- Maboshadi (10/5): Magnificent - I loved the staff members treatment, the cleanliness, welcoming .
Most of the time I was not in the room during cleaning time but non of my things were missing. I loved unlimited complementary tea/coffee and cappuccino. No private fidge , atheist bar fridge in the rooms could add cherry on top.

- Trisha Sam (5/5): Uncomfortable. - The staff. The bed positions. all rooms only have the trio bunk set up, this was uncomfortable for 2 people, having to sleep under an unused bed. They should maybe look at having some rooms without them.
The room was very small. we had to wash our face a step from the bed. the toilet was also very compact. The window situation was most uncomfortable. It was as if you were in a very small cabin on a boat.
the coffee stations had half-boiled water to use. Sun1 really needs to rethink their setting. The only bonus was the pleasant and accommodating staff. The facility was absolutely uncomfortable.
It is not value-for-money. There are way better places to stay at that price.
- Megan (5/5): - Lovely staff, clean rooms. The rooms are exceedingly small, especially the bathrooms. I hit my head a few times getting in and out of the bed.

- Zinhle (4/5): - It was clean Firstly the receptionist Nonhlakanipho was unfriendly. When I walked in to check in I told her I didn't have my ID but before I could say I only had my driver's license, she rudely told me I won't check in without it, my partner asked if she could take hers, she said fine but ended up not taking it. I asked for a shower cap and she rudely replied and said they didn't have. I asked for a toilet brush she said they didn't have. I asked for a toilet bin for sanitary pads she said I must look for it by the bed. Later on I asked for an iron and she said she was busy until I insisted and then she assisted.
On facilities, there was no basic things e. G shower cap. The water was not hot. It was lukewarm. The carpet was wet and uncomfortable to walk on
