- Axelle (1/5): CAFARDS - RIEN PIRE HOTEL QUE JE NAI JAMAIS EU. Arrive à l’hôtel dans l’après midi, présence d’un cafard dans la chambre : nous change de chambre nous dit qu’il n’a jamais eu ce genre de « bête » dans l’établissement. Autre chambre qui avez une très forte odeur et on a vu sortir une dame avec une bombe sens bon… demande de changement. Nous re change de chambre qui a l’air ok. Après une douche prise des dixaines de petits cafards dans la salle de bain !!!! Il était à ce moment là 20h. Nous propose ENCORE une autre chambre : va dans la chambre seul avec une bombe anti insecte sauf qu’on le voit et quand on va voir la chambre présence de caca de cafards !!!! INNACEPTABLE !!! Cerise sur le gâteau refuse de nous rembourser cette nuit la (nous rembourse quand même les 2 autres) car si on voulait un remboursement il fallait partir avant 16h. Obligé de trouver un autre hôtel à 21h, ne veut pas nous prêter son téléphone pour appeler des hôtels. Ne nous paye pas le taxi pour le changement. Aucun geste commercial. Pour votre santé, votre hygiène n’allait JAMAIS dans cette hôtel car on a vu dans plusieurs chambres des dames de ménage sortir et faire rentrer des clients après avoir mit la bombe anti cafard….

С него красивый вид на канатную дорогу и залив. Пляжа нет. Расположение очень плохое. Деревня шумная, постоянно мопеды и байки мотаются по дороге не пройти грязно. Негде поесть. Даже если купить что-то из морепродуктов на рынкн, негде приготовить.. зато видно салют из Сансет таун.

Okno w pokoju całe w zaciekach białych psujące piękny widok na Zatokę też można to jakoś doczyścić? Słabe ciśnienie pod prysznicem i często brak ciepłej wody. Mały wybór wietnamskiej kuchni w barze na dachu której łakną turyści.

Меню на английском языке. Всё было вкусное и свежее. Обслуживание было быстрое и дружественное. Персонал вежливый и услужливый. Проблем в общении не было. Проблемы с подключением к гостиничному wi-fi. Иногда невозможно было подключиться целый день. Гостиница расположена в районе рыбного порта, нетуристическая зона. Поблизости нет пляжа и других туристических удобств. Приходилось каждый день ездить на такси на пляж или поужинать, или на вечерний променад.

- Natali (9/5): - The hotel provides a free one-way airport transfer, but no one informed us about it at check-in. We only found out after seeing the advertisement in the elevator. Beach towels can be taken for free at the reception, which is convenient. Housekeeping is excellent — one of the best we have experienced. The staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is à la carte, but the selection of European dishes is very limited. It was not even possible to order pancakes. It would be great to add children’s breakfast options to the menu. However, the duvet cover was torn, which was disappointing. There were two safes in the room, but neither of them was working.

Staff were helpful at all times. As a result, se extended our stay to 10more nights in total. Not applicable to our stay

- Maksim (10/5): Excellent hotel for your vacation on PhuQuoc - Really good hotel with really good location. Stuff really friendly and helpful. If you have a motorbike - this hotel and its location will be the best choice for your vacation. Room is clean and comfortable, every day cleaning. So I recommend this place for everyone. Cleaning lady came too early, but it wasn't a big problem as we also woke up early
