• Alessandro (7/5): - L' appartamento è piccolo, ma attrezzato. Aria condizionata funzionante. L'acqua del rubinetto non è potabile, ma nell' appartamento era presente un contenitore con acqua potabile. Comodo il minimarket proprio sotto la struttura. Per motivi di salute abbiamo avuto necessità di spostare le date del soggiorno e l' host le ha modificate senza problemi. La prima sera non siamo riusciti a fare funzionare l' acqua calda della doccia, abbiamo contattato l' host e ci ha inviato le istruzioni per il funzionamento.

The unit is clean, fully furnished, and ideal for a staycation. I highly recommend this place. The owner, Mr. Abed, is also very accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable.

• Marcial Luis Sanchez Jr. (10/5): A pleasant stay at a fully furnished condo unit accessible to SM Mall of Asia by GRAB. - The condo unit's owner, Abed, is the most engaging person you can ever deal with. Although he is away from Manila during my stay, he continually kept in touch asking what I needed. True to its tagline, the condo unit felt very much like "home away from home" with complete kitchen appliances - cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils - cleaning implements, freshly washed linen, strong and stable wi-fi, a comfortable sized bed, a sturdy sofa bed, a good sized dining table, numerous chairs to sit on, heaps of clothes hangers, a clothes drying rack, a sizeable wardrobe, and a fully functional washing machine. What I truly loved about the unit is the strong water pressure. Drinking water dispensed by an electronic pump is supplied during the first few days, but I was happy to buy additional drinking water bottles from Alfa Mart conveniently located on the ground floor. A BDO branch is conveniently located within the premises, making it safe to withdraw money from its secure ATM's. SMDC COAST Residences building is safe with security guards making rounds 24/7. It is accessible to SM Mall of Asia by GRAB. I will gladly stay there again. Highly recommended! There was nothing about Condo Unit 1960 that I didn't like.

Location was a bit hard w/o a car or motorbike. Must use grab to get around If you want to explore the city but would be great if you are staying in the area of Pasay.

• Yusef Alsafwani (10/5): Great Stay - Apartment owner Abed was very helpful and exceptionally accommodating! The coastal view on the balcony was superb. Alfamart on the ground floor is very convinient if you want to have snacks on the go or cook your own food in the apartment's mini kitchen. You can also buy your daily essentials in the store. There's also a mini mall next to Alfamart were you can enjoy korean food and laundry service. Install the "Grab" app to get quick rides around the region as well as if you feel lazy going out to get food, groceries or even pharmacy. The swimming pool and lounge is cozy whenever you want to relax. I'd book here again when I visit the capital next time. The traffic on rush hours can be exhausting. Always have water with you to keep up with the tropical weather.

• Belfil (9/5): Amazing Stay - Highly Recommended! - We absolutely loved our stay at this place.! The unit has everything we needed- clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which was a huge plus given the heat in the city. The location was excellent, with grocery store for convenience, and even a massage place right in the building. Super easy & relaxing! The view from the unit was beautiful, and the staff at the lobby were very welcoming & helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Security- good to have a door latch so as whilst asleep, door cannot be opened incase past users has duplicated key Items or amenity that will be good to be placed strategically:- 1) room air freshener- available 2) dish washing liquid- not there / not labelled 3) toiletries- soap available, shampoo available but no liquid body foam/soap Things that are good and available... - bottle water 👍 - refrigerator 👍 - washer 👍 - waste basket ×02 👍👍 - clean and neat The above are minor inputs not critical or as important as what your team has already made available in apartment We are most happy with the service and prompt replies via WhatsApp chat.

And if needed an urgent extension, they’ll make a way to make it work for you, cheerfully. Overall, I love the convenience because the mini mart also is just around the corner outside the building and the atm as well. Sometimes, I didn’t want to leave and find another place. Till I go back home.

The room was very clean and smelled refreshing. All amenities worked flawlessly. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Abdulrahman was very hospitable and kind, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. Not to mention it's very affordable given the location and the quality of the room. Looking forward to my next stay. There was a slight miscommunication between the guard and the condo admin staff when checking in. Has nothing to do with the owner of the unit and the quality of my stay. Still highly recommend booking the room.

• Christopher (6/5): Good value for money that's a taxi (Grab) away from everything. - There are a few very expensive places to eat nearby, but now that I've been in Manila a while I would easily choose a location closer to either a main market or one of the many Malls just to have an overall easier experience. A few of the aspects of the accommodation need a little repair, but it's decent value for money. The location isn't the best, unless you are wanting to go to the Mall of Asia. It's a bit far from good eating options and any of the major markets for buying food.

• Beeconpancake (9/5): Great! - I liked that Mr Abed the owner, and Ms Rose the assistant were so easy to reach and accommodating with inquiries and questions you may have. The place is well-equipped with most of what you will need. Should you need more, everything is just down the building itself (grocery, ATMs). Moreover, it is very easy for Grab (uber-like) and taxis to reach. I didnt like that some tenants do not show proper manners esp with elevator use. Most of them would just get in without waiting for you to get out. And also most of them just try to press the door shut immediately just when it opens on different floors, barely giving a chance for someone that could potentially get in. But keep in mind that this is an issue with other tenants in the building and not the accomodation itself and the owner.

Stayed 27 days. Place was too quiet on 19th floor. Security was great. No roaches or rats. Very clean condo. AIRCON was new. Owner is very responsive to needs at condo. My wife liked the stay. Will book again if available.
• Farisia (10/5): Exceptional - 1. Mr Abed, the owner, was very kind and easily approachable yet professional in dealing with his customers. I contacted him thru whatsapp and he responds fast. 2. Ms Rose, the caretaker, was also kind to us and we checked in easily. 3. No other hidden fees were charged from us. Much better, no security deposit unlike other places. 4. Location is 15-20 mins to the airport. Accesible to both private and public transpo 5. Room was LEGIT a home sweet home. Much better than the pictures. Very clean and cozy place. 6. Queen size bed was comfortable. Had a good sleep. 7. Wifi is very fast. They even lend us their netflix account. 8. View is quite good. Didnt really have the time to gaze outside or use the pool because I prefer staying in and watching TV. 9. Cool temperature. Aircon was working well. 10. Bathroom is clean and they give free toiletries. Also all appliances were working well and easy to function. 11. Kitchen was complete but didnt really use it because we prefer take outs 😅 But thank you for the free water 🤗 12. Overall a very nice place. Highly reccommended for staycation. No shops available in the building, only BDO branch. But food shops are available just walking distance like alfamart and 7/11.

The place was very clean and well-maintained and we had everything we needed for day-to-day living. Wifi worked great for I had multiple work calls and no issue. The property owner and local manager were GREAT; very personable and accommodating. It was also located in a great area;small store downstairs with bank ATM and all grub and taxi drivers knew of the building. Would highly recommend this place for we hope to stay there again in yhe future.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 強いて悪い点を挙げれば、近くに良いマーケットがないのと、近くにたむろっているタクシーはみなボッタクリ。施設に関してはちびっ子ゴキちゃんが居るくらいだが、こんなのフィリピンでは当たり前。部屋は清潔感あり、不自由さは感じません。ダクトのスイッチが見つからなかった位かな？火山の噴火により、プールがクローズだったのが残念。また利用したいと思える施設でした。

• Byron (10/5): A Truly Comfortable Stay - The unit was clean and well equiped with the basics to make you feel at home. Our host was exceptional. The view from the unit is spectacular. Nice TV with good channel selection. WiFi was strong. There is a washing machine in the unit. The property itself is great! Friendly staff, nice amenities. Two swimming pools. All day entry for 140 pesos. There is a kiddies pool as well and swings and a slide. We didn't use these as the weather wasn't nice. It's a short walk to Star City and the Coffee Library on the main floor serves delicious food. I highly recommend this place.
