• Bernhard (10/5): Eine Unterkunft in familiärer Atmosphäre in guter Lage bei einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. - Ich habe mich bei Raffaella und ihren weiteren Gästen, mit denen Raffaella ihre hübsche Wohnung geteilt hat, wie in einer großen Familie gefühlt. Raffaella ist sehr herzlich und immer bemüht, jedem es so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen: für diesen ein Ei zum Frühstück, für jenen ein Cappuccino und für den dritten ein Espresso. Auch die gemeinsame Badbenutzung war völlig problemlos. Raffaellas Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß einer ruhigen Seitenstraße etwa 10 Fußminuten von der Metrostation Ottaviano entfernt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms lassen sich von hier zu Fuß erreichen. So der Petersplatz mit dem Dom, die Vatikanischen Museen, die Piazza del Popolo mit dem Pincio, Piazza Cavour, die Engelsburg und die Altstadt mit Piazza Navona und dem Pantheon und vieles mehr. Ich würde mich sehr glücklich schätzen, wenn ich bei einem weiteren Rombesuch zu Gast bei Raffaella sein dürfte !! La ringrazio di cuore del tutto, Raffaella, mi sono sentito come a casa !! Sarebbe un grande piacere per me essere di nuovo il Suo ospite - forse l'anno prossimo !! Es gab nichts, das mir nicht gefallen hätte. Es fehlte an nichts !

The room was very comfortable and everything was spotless, including the shared bathroom, which was always clean and well equipped. The location is absolutely top – just a short walk from the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Castel Sant’Angelo. Great restaurants and shopping are close by, and the internet connection was excellent throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Raffaella, for your hospitality. • Puspa (10/5): Best B&B in Rome - Raffaella is an awesome host. Her apartment is easy to find, is in a safe neighborhood. The apartment is scrupulously clean and she cleans the room thoroughly everyday. Please don’t let the shared bathroom put you off from booking. In the rare event that the guest bathroom is in use Raffaella tells you to use her personal bathroom. My family of three never had any issues with using the bathroom. Great selection of breakfast items and coffee, Raffaella goes out of the way to ensure you have whatever you need. She's helpful and responsive and makes you feel absolutely comfortable staying at her place. Vatican City is a mere 7 minute walk and there is a nearby Metro if you don’t fancy walking to the Colosseum and you can easily get uber and taxi closeby. There are some nice shopping area, cute coffee shops, great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nothing is too much trouble for this warm lovely host who also makes the best cappuccino.

Good location - residential area but close to the Vatican and to shopping/restaurants. It was hot. The host brought a ventilator which was great, but I think it might not suffice in the height of summer. Otherwise, it was really great.

• James (10/5): My stay was perfect. Raffaella was a wonderful hostess. - The breakfast was just right with fresh coffee with warm milk and choice of cereal , fruit , yoghurt and juice. Also croissants and toast was on offer. The location was perfect with only a ten minute walk to St.Peters square. The nearest Metro station was about a five minute walk and all types of eateries and grocery shops were even closer. The shuttle bus to the airport was only a five minute walk so the location really is perfect. I must say that this is one of the best accommodations on the booking.com platform that I have stayed at and I have no complaints at all about this property.

The apartment is scrupulously clean and your room gets thoroughly cleaned daily. Please don’t let the shared bathroom put you off booking. In the rare event that the guest bathroom is in use Raffaella tells you to use her personal bathroom. Great selection of continental breakfast items. Vatican City is a mere 7 minute walk and attractions such as the Colosseum is a pleasant 40 minute walk. However, there is a nearby Metro if you don’t fancy walking and taxis very close to hand. Great shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host who also makes the best cappuccino.,

Immediately upon booking I received an email advising transport methods from airport to her location . Her apartment is wonderful and scrupulously clean. Is is perfectly located within short walking distance of high end clothing stores, Vatican City/tourist sites and fabulous restaurants. I would never normally book a place with a shared bathroom but went on reviews which are accurate. The bathroom is spotless and on occasion it could be busy (did not happen during my stay), Raffaella kindly let’s guests use her own bathroom. So don’t let a shared bathroom put you off. It was a great experience and exceptional value. I will be booking to stay when I next visit Rome. Highly recommend.

She runs a spotless place boasting spatious rooms and a lovely deco. The property is a few blocks away from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, in a charming neighborhood with convenient stores, markets and restaurants nearby. An airport shuttle bus (SIT) stop and a metro station (Ottaviano) are at a stone's throw.

We would stay again! - Perfect location - so close to the Vatican (10 mins walk) and an enjoyable walk to all the main attractions including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, Trastevere etc We walked everywhere. It was easy to reach by train and bus from the airport. Rafaela is the perfect host. This property is like home from home. She made us feel so welcome. She was accommodating (we arrived early and the room was ready) The shared bathrooms are really big and out room was huge! For a huge and noisy city this area is surprisingly quiet. So tastefully decorated too. Continental breakfast included in the price with the best coffee we had in Rome. Thank you for opening your home to guests Rafaela. It was a pleasure to stay in your B&B.

The bedroom size and decoration was so homey and warm to be in and beautifully clean. Rafaella had so many amazing stories and her conversation was so nice, it really didn't feel like a bnb, it felt like being at home. The beds are very comfortable and she provided an extra pillow. She cleans the rooms daily. As far as the location, you won't find better for the value. Piazza Cavour is a 8-10 mins walk and all of the main sightseeing location are within 20 mins or 45 max. You can walk to Trastevere too. The neighborhood feels safe and in Prato you'll find some great restaurants.

The host, Raffaella, is a dream! So kind and accommodating, but respectful of your privacy too. The attention to detail, such as the daily room clean, is above what I've experienced from more expensive hotels. I was so charmed and impressed... I instantly booked another visit in three months' time! I can't wait! (Oh, a good tip is to ask Raffaella for a complimentary bath robe ;-) And the breakfast and coffee is spot on. Nothing was too much effort for Raffaella - what a legend! Can't fault anything. Amazing all round!

• Courtney (10/5): Truly exceptional stay - I do not often leave reviews but this stay was exceptional and I want to take the time to make sure that others can read about it. Raffaella was the most accommodating, kind, caring, and friendly host and I wish we had had more time to talk with her in the mornings during breakfast (we often had somewhere to be) as she was lovely to chat with! If you are second-guessing staying here because of the shared bathroom, please don't. This was never a problem and Raffaella kept the bathroom sparkling clean (and everywhere else as well) - honestly in this aspect and in many others this stay was far superior to staying in hotels. If we ever come back to Rome we will book this place in a heartbeat!

• Donald (10/5): Most friendly host, B&B on great location - Raffaella is the most friendly and accomodating host you'll find anywhere. Very nice and warm welcome and always in for a little chat about Rome or anything in life. The place is kept very neat and clean, the bed was really comfortable and the room is nice.
• Smith (10/5): 5* - This is a perfect location for a city break. We were thrilled with the location. All landmarks where max of 40 mins walk away. Bus service very cheap as well. Right in the Vatican city which is a beautiful place to stay in Rome. Rafaella is a perfect host and very hospitalitable and friendly you cannot not get on with her. Nearby supermarket and pharmacy and close to goo restaurants. There are rooftop bars which are a close walk away. This place is near the castle Saint Angelo which has stunning view points in Rome right around the corner as well as the Vatican museum being around the corner. Trevi Fountain and Patheon is 20 min walk. This is round the corner from Saint Peters Bascilla which has highest view point in Rome, but there are many stairs so take water, there is only disabled acces half way up as well. Colosseum is completely disability friendly, as well as all churches. Rafaella could not do enough to make our stay perfect. We came for our honeymoon and it was such a romantic city. We will never forget her hospitality. You can easily book this place up and get transfers with SIT from around the corner. Also for booking the Colosseum, it is cheaper to do online. But cheaper to pay for the Vatican museum inside the actual place. The Sistine chapel is inside the Vatican museum.. just FYI as we nearly missed this when walking about. Do not pay for Saint Peters Bascilla as it is free with the viewpoint being £10. All the best Rob and Shev. X Nothing. Absolutely perfect
• Anna (10/5): A great place with a homely atmosphere ❤️ - Raffaella is the best owner you can dream of. Nice, fun, outgoing, always willing to help. A wonderful woman ❤️. I have never, nowhere felt so nice as in Boezio43. In the evening I had a return flight, I could easily leave my luggage and rest after the walk at the B&B. By the way, you will have the best cappuccino in the world here ☕️. Nice room equipped with everything you need. Clean, quiet and warm home atmosphere. Great B&B location, a few hundred meters to St. Peter's Basilica. 5 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro station. There are many cafes, restaurants, post office and shops in the area. Raffaella thank you for everything ❤️ Nothing!
• Dilip (10/5): A very pleasant stay and great host. - Rafaella is an extremely accomodating and helpful host. The place was very comfortable, washrooms were clean and fully equipped. It was a very pleasant stay in rome.
• Lesley (10/5): excellent value and great for our 5 day trip - our hostess was lovely and very helpful. The location was very close to shops a fruit and vegetable market and a short walk to The Vatican and St Peter’s. We walked everywhere to sightsee without too much effort.
