• Shasta (6/5): Great hotel but they should have told us about the construction - I love this Property. The staff, the parking, the room size and that they take pets. The hot water was not working due to construction so we couldn't take a shower.

• Pamela (6/5): A very convenient and clean facility for very basic needs. Great breakfast! - Clean Rooms and Reception/ Breakfast Cafe area. Good Security. Lg. bottle of water provided upon arrival. Nice serving staff in cafe. Breakfast was "to order" and good. There was no coffee or coffee maker in room, No refrigerator or micro. Only 2 bath towels; NO face washcloth or hand towel. Granted that I do not speak Spanish fluently, but the front desk check-in person did not speak any English and did not tell me that I needed to use my room key card to use the elevator. I was there for 5 minutes, trying to figure out why the elevator was not working, until another guest told me I had to use my room key card. The hallway to the room was hot, not air conditioned, and the cleaning chemicals had a very strong unpleasant smell. Not a great introduction to the facility, but the room was comfortable, though very small, quiet and the TV worked.

• Katia (7/5): I would have rated it higher if it was not because of the noise - A very nice modern and clean hotel. Good shower, strong WI-WI connection. Nice room from my 6th floor room. A phone in the room which was nice and unusually these days. Helpful staff, very good cleaner on the 6th floor, super comfortable bed and nice part of Mazatlan but a car is needed for this part of town. The walls were paper thin and my room was a joint room which meant I could hear the guests next door like they were in my room. My room was facing the noisy A/C units outside the hotel. Other guests slamming the doors in the hallway, SUPER noisy cargo trains pass by the hotel 24/7 and woke me up every single night several times. My room key did not always work so I had to get it changed at the front desk every time. The rates I thought were high for this hotel. A car is needed here as the hotel is very remote. Small room, no hairdryer, no fan, safe box or fridge in the room. The iron and iron board were at the end of the hallway for all to use.

• Arthur (6/5): - Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we found the room lacking in amenities. Although there was a duvet, there was no top sheet on the bed. And the bottom sheet was not fitted for the mattress and you could not tuck it in. On retrospect, maybe there was no bottom sheet. There were no hand towels, but upon asking we were provided a third bath towel. A liter of bottled water was provided, but there were no glasses in the room, but paper cups provided when requested at the front desk. Maybe these issues relate to attempts at water conservation (less water used for cleaning) or more likely the relatively inexpensive cost (however our experience at similarly priced hotels has been better)

• Jorge (4/5): - Mi estancia fue con desayuno incluido, pero solo te sirven bien si lo tomas a la carta y pagándolo y se excusaron diciendo que no había abasto de varias cosas, con trabajos nos dieron café, jugo y un poco de huevo preparado. No volveremos y lo comunicaré a mis compañeros que nos hospedamos seguido en Mazatlán.

• Luis Alberto (5/5): - Las instalaciones y su comodidad La recepción no cumple los acuerdos de la reserva y su arrogancia e indiferencia denotan su falta de sensibilidad, ya que estaba arreglado el desayuno incluído , el recepcionista de la tarde acordó que la reservación incluía desayuno y la muchacha de la mañana dijo que no procedía, lo peor es el acoso del cajero del restaurante, ya cuando uno está comiendo llega reclamando el pago.

• Maria (6/5): - No volvería, estamos en México y los bcanales de televisión están en inglés sin opción para cambio de idioma , no se cuenta con jabón ni shampoo, no hacen aseo si no se solicita, no hay cambios de sábana si no se solicita, en fin, se escudan en que protegen al ambiente, se puede ser limpio sin lastimar el ambiente.

Not a lot of people in the hotel so limited availability from the menu. Staff is young with minimal training but try their best. Food prep takes forever.
