Important Information
The property consists of a main building and 2 annexes. The main building has a rooftop swimming pool, while the other pool is near the annexes.
To reach the property: when coming from the South, drive through Toscolano Maderno. Do not go up towards Cecina at the first intersection, instead go towards Gargnano and turn left at the sign. Then follow indications for the hotel. When coming from the North, turn right after the Toscolano Maderno sign and follow indications for the hotel.
For a minimum stays of 7 nights, a return boat trip from Toscolano - Salò is included.
Animation is from 19 May 2024 to - 6 September 2024, except Saturdays. There will be 2 theme evenings per week, including one with live music.
All Inclusive Mealplan includes the following:
-Breakfast Buffet: From 7.00 to 9.30 a.m.
-Morning snacks: from 10 a.m. to 12 noon with tarts, cakes, buns, etc.
-Buffet lunch: from 12 noon to 1.30 p.m. consisting of first courses, main courses, salad, vegetables, and dessert.
-Afternoon snack: from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. with cheese, salad, cold cuts, pizza, etc.
-Dinner with choice of menu served at the table from 19.00 to 21.00
Alcoholic (white and red wine, draft beer, domestic spirits) and nonalcoholic drinks (water, lemonade, cola, coffee and tea), choice of 3 cocktails. Loose ice cream included at mealtimes.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Het eten was goed voor wat prijs kwaliteit betreft. Zwembaden aanwezig zagen er goed uit maar door weersomstandigheden niet gebruikt. Het interieur van de kamer was wel wat verouderd ttz, geen dekbed maar een oud deken, de sprei en de gordijnen ook al wat verouderd en zoals al gemeld ook maar een flauw plafondlicht. Geluidsisolatie denk ik was er niet aanwezig 😏

Toilets not proper clean and swimming pool closing so early 8pm is to early at least 10pm this hotel should make it clear that it is not easily accessible if you don’t drive.

- Maria (8/5): - Beautiful place with splendid views and nice pools. Clean and tranquil. Good cost-value ratio. The dinners were not good. Breakfast and lunch much better. Still good value for the price however, and it overall met our expectations given the decent price of the stay.
- Alicia (6/5): Insgesamt trotzdem ein tolles Hotel, für uns das nächste mal nur mit Frühstück. - Die Lage ist wikrlich außergewöhnlich schön, man hat eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Der Weg ist leicht zu finden. Für uns hätte Frühstück völlig ausgereicht, da das Abendessen nicht zu unseren Vorstellungen von Italien gepasst hat. Es gab immer 3 Essen zur Auswahl. Am einen Abend gab es Schweinekotlett, das konnte man kaum essen, da es aus Knochen und reinem Fett bestand. Es hat sich gezogen wie Kaugummi. Die anderen Tag haben wir auswärts gegessen, da wir gerne typisch italienisch essen wollten. Wir hätten es besser gefunden wenn es hier wie beim Frühstück auch Buffet gegeben hätte. Was auch etwas schade ist, sind die Pappteller und Plastikbecher.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aber kommt an seine Grenzen. Durch das all Inklusiv Angebot auch bei den Getränken ist das Klientel nicht mehr so wie man es sich an diesem Wunderbaren Ort vorstellt. Das Hotel selber kommt so langsam in die Jahre was aber die Qualität in allen Bereichen nicht betrifft. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Leider sehr viel Plastikgeschirr. Zuviel Plastikgeschirr. Trotz Verbots werden einige Regeln durch die Gäste missachtet, wir sind alle im Urlaub und auf Erholung.
- alice (7/5): - Esperienza decisamente deludente. Siamo arrivati il sabato pomeriggio e abbiamo pagato subito l’intero soggiorno al momento del check-in. Il giorno dopo, al check-out, ci è stato incredibilmente detto dal personale della reception che non risultava alcun pagamento, insistendo addirittura perché pagassimo di nuovo. Abbiamo consegnato le chiavi con il numero della nostra camera, ma lo staff stava controllando i dati di un’altra stanza, confondendo ulteriormente la situazione. Solo dopo vari minuti si sono finalmente accorti dell’errore, ma non si sono nemmeno degnati di chiederci scusa. Un atteggiamento poco professionale e zero attenzione verso il cliente. Sicuramente non torneremo.
- Rachel (7/5): Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, would have been much easier if travelling by car not buses. - I really enjoyed the evening meals and the way they are set up. Where you have a hot 3 course meal served to your table. That there were multiple options to choose from. That the table was set to your room and you got the same member of the waiting staff each night. The staff were lovely, special mention for Daniel our waiter. We enjoyed that there was a family pool and an adults only pool. The view of the lake was fantastic. We had a relaxed stay and enjoyable time at the hotel. We don't really have complaints, the only thing that was a little disappointing was the choice of only 5 spirits included in the all inclusive and that water wasn't available after 10. Would have been nice to have a sheltered place to go play table tennis when it rained. But this is probably not very often anyway.

Zimmer immer sauber kein stabiles WLAN, häufige Unterbrechungen, TV-Empfang nicht gut, schlechte Bildqualität, Getränke ( Ausnahme Frühstück und Abendessen ) in Plastik/Papp - Bechern. Da gibt es noch Luft nach oben.

Vista bellissima sia dalle camere che dalle piscine ma in generale da tutto il complesso. Personale cordiale. Buon cibo e ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Rigenerante !!! Abbiamo anche utilizzato i mezzi locali. Dal parcheggio tra gli alberi, scende anche se ripida una scaletta che vi porta alle fermate del bus in 5 minuti. Potrete lasciare l'auto e godervi ad esempio una gita a limone (da qui noi abbiamo anche preso traghetto x malcesine). Insomma posto bellissimo. Ah, ci sono 3 piscine e in quella sul tetto ho apprezzato che l'accesso fosse soltanto x adulti. Tutto benissimo. Bravi Unica cosa la strada x arrivare è stretta e bisogna fare attenzione ma non più di altre strade panoramiche che si trovano nel nostro bel paese.....

Lovely breakfast every morning. The pools are not heated, also the upstairs pool was adults only. The carpark was very tight and the upper car park had a steep slope which made it a risk on catching the bottom of your car. They have an overflow carpark in gravel down the road. The wine is sweet and watered down, the lager is just watered down. Not much food on evening meals for children, table we eat from had a problem with ants every night. Table tennis is outside in kids play area so playable in the daytime and when dry. You will need a car as it’s distance from anywhere.

- acurata GmbH & Co.KGaA (4/5): - Die Zufahrt ist leider eine Zumutung. Von Süden ist sie kaum befahrbar, und vom Norden führt nur eine sehr schmale Straße zum Hotel. Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht, wo es kein All-Inclusive-Angebot gibt – dafür muss man etwa 300 m den Berg hinauf zum Haupthaus gehen. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war insgesamt enttäuschend und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Insgesamt würden wir hier nicht noch einmal buchen.

- blakelis (9/5): Vista splendida e cibo a piacere, per dimenticare la dieta. - La vista è spettacolare sia dalla camera vista al lago sia dalle piscine, specialmente la piscina nella terraza anche nella terraza del ristorante dove abbiamo potuto mangiare con il cagnolino. All inclusive eccezionali in quanto comprende anche le bibite analcoliche e alcoliche nazionali. Molto apprezzato sia la merenda che l' aperitivo alla sera. Frutta e gelati inclusi. Buon cibo in qualità, quantità e varietà. Parcheggio grande (3 piani) sia al aperto che sotto tetto La via di accesso, sono circa 2 Kms molti stretti ma quando arrivi ne vale la pena. Sarebbe stato più che eccezionale se la piscina fosse riscaldata.

- Raid (1/5): We left after one night due to terrible food, surprise added costs, and very rude staff - We didn't like a lot! Breakfast was okay. I had a nice pistachio cannoli. The location cannot be beaten, Lake Garda is stunning, and I think they rely on that - plus the fact everywhere is a drive away down a mountain - to get you to pay hidden costs and eat bad food without complaint. We left after one night, and I don't regret it. We specifically booked this hotel because of the 'all-inclusive' offer. This was quickly dashed as a dream when we realised that the food and drink situation was practically inedible/undrinkable. Alcoholic drinks included in the (quite expensive- €540 for 3 nights) cost were wine from a vending machine tap which was sour and cheap-tasting, beer from a tap which was obviously watered down, or a choice of spirits that honestly very few people would find appealing. One of them was sambucca, and one of them was a Greek spirit I've not heard of before. My partner and I were hoping for a simple vodka and mixer drink, not that expensive or extravagant, but it was an extra cost, as were all 'typical' spirits like gin, rum, etc. as well as all cocktails. We had to select our dinner options right away from a set menu, and when I explained I was vegetarian - there were zero vegetarian options on the set dinner menu - I was met with sighs of annoyance and told they would have to 'see what the chef could do', like I was an inconvenience. Attached are the photos of the frankly inedible meals we were served at dinner. My partner eats meat and had selected a 'cold roast beef' option as a starter. It turned up raw and swimming in oil. I invite you to look at the attached photos to understand hounappetising this looked. My partner couldn't eat it, and struggled to eat any sort of meat for days afterwards. For my own starter, I used the 'salad bar' which was a hot hold of mushy steamed vegetables definitely cooked from frozen, with various creamy and unlabelled sauces. For our mains we both asked for the 'vegetarian option' which turned out to be 'ravioli'. It was served to us like it had been slopped onto a canteen tray, and covered in bland and fake-tasting 'cheese' sauce. This is Italy! I was blown away that they could serve something like that and call it Italian pasta.

- Romy (5/5): - Wir waren das 3.mal da, die Lage des Hotels und die Pools sind sehr schön Das Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne mehr Wert es ist nicht mal zum Frühstück eingedeckt man muss sich alles zusammen suchen ( Besteck, Servietten, Tischmülleimer usw).Fernsehprogramme funktionieren nicht, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Es ist alles sehr lieblos. Am Abend war eine stark alkoholisiert Reisegruppe zum Abendessen die Hotelleitung war nicht in der Lage ruhe in den Raum zubekommen. Es war auch für das Servicepersonal eine Zumutung. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht wieder besuchen.

- Vitor Pacheco (6/5): - This is not a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are smoker rooms (they do not separate rooms for non-smokers) and the room I had smelled really bad. The food (breakfast) is mediocre and the service is bellow average. The place is difficult to reach and the parking was difficult, with multiple places fully used and a garage with difficult access. The room furniture is very basic. The views are very good, that is the highlight of the hotel. Not comparable to all other 4* hotels that I reserved in the region.

Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden Viel zu viel Einsatz von Einweg Plastikbechern - am Pool kann man auch mit Mehrwegplastikbechern agieren. Das passt einfach nicht mehr in die heutige Zeit - das versaut einfach das Gesamtergebnis! Ab 22.00 keine Getränke mehr erhältlich - geht gar nicht

- Luitpold (9/5): War ein schöner Aufenthalt mit gigantischem Ausblick. - Das Essen war sehr gut. Frühstück reichhaltig.Wir hatten Zimmer mit Seeblick im Nebengebäude war super toll. Unter dem Bett wird vermutlich nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Ansonsten war es Sauber.

- Gabriele (7/5): Anspruchsloser Aufenthalt - Die Poolanlagen sind angenehm und die Aussicht aus den oberen Etagen sehr schön. Für all-inclusive Gäste gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Äusserst mühsame, enge Zufahrt. Der Balkon wurde durch untensitzende Gäste mit Zigarettenrauch eingenebelt und das Zimmer wirkte sehr abgenutzt. Man bewegt sich auf sehr engem Raum mit vielen anderen Gästen. Muss man mögen.

- Greiff (5/5): Tolle Lage und Pools, mit Abstrichen bei Essen - Die Lage ist sehr schön, die beiden Pools auch. Sehr große Anlage, gute Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Es handelt sich hier um ein klassisches All- Inclusiv-Hotel. Die Qualität des Essens ( wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht) war nicht sehr hoch. Wir hatten nicht auf die Größe des Hotels geachtet und waren entsprechend etwas überrascht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, da bekommt man das Schnarchen des Nachbarn sehr gut mit.Wer diese Art von Urlaub mag, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Da wir aber sehr viel Wert auf gutes Essen und Trinken legen, würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
