• YI JO (7/5): 自助入住。乾淨度真的還好。簡易廚具真的蠻簡易的 沒有碗 對了我們住二樓行李要搬上去。有附牙刷 洗衣粉 自己買的調味料最後油跟調味料就跟下位住客分享囉 - 地點蠻不錯的 附近有24小時超市 有24小時便當店 裡地鐵站走路只要7分鐘 附近停車很方便 有很多收費停車場 晚上8點到隔天早上8點 只收500日幣 要爬樓梯上去睡覺 覺得有點可怕 所以我們直接拉到下面睡 但空間就比較不夠 因為不想每天把棉被收起來

• Katayama (6/5): 設備には不満ありですが、家族で泊まるには良かった - 近所にたくさんコインパーキングがあり、料金も安い。 地下鉄の駅まで徒歩10分ぐらいで、天神も博多駅へも行きやすかった。 ハンガーと洗濯機と洗剤、浴室乾燥もあるので洗濯には困らなかった。タオルハンガーがあって良かった。宿泊税の件で問い合わせをしたが、すぐに返答があり助かった。事前チェックインしておくと本当にチェックインがすごくスムーズ。 写真よりかなり年季が入っている印象。入口の提灯もボロボロで、201号室に宿泊したが行くまでの階段も屋根がなく、蜘蛛の巣だらけ。雨じゃなくて良かったなと思いました。洗面室に入るドアの建付けが悪く、閉まらなかった(主人が応急処置で直してくれました)家族は皆髪が短いのですが、明らかに私たちのではない髪の毛が沢山落ちていて、床が白いのでかなり目立ちました。また、写真にはあったテーブルの下のラグや座布団がなく、ご飯を食べるにはこのテーブルしかないので、直に床に座って食べるしかなく、少し悲しかったです。布団は沢山あったのでロフトで寝ましたが、クーラーの方向を決めるルーバーが壊れていて、風を上に向けることが出来ず、困りました。ロフトの窓が多分清掃の際から開いていて気づかなかったが、閉める時に内側の網戸にホコリがびっしりついていて、もう少し清掃して欲しいなぁと思いました。

• HIGUCHI (8/5): オッケー - 大人4人子供1人でしたが快適でした 2段ベットの上がギシギシいうので使わないで床に布団をしきました
• カレー (7/5): - 初めてアパートメントホテルを泊まって、とても不安だったけど快適に泊まることができた。 チェックインも簡単に出来てよかった。 掃除も綺麗にしていて過ごしやすかった。 また泊まる機会があったら利用したい。 ベッドを寝返りするたびに軋む音が気になった。 洗濯の洗剤とトイレットペーパーが棚の一番上にあって背の低い人は届かないと思う。私は背伸びをしたらなんとか届きました。

• Edward (8/5): - きれいで快適でした。ただ近所の人の足音や声が響いて気になりました。あとお湯が10分しか出ないと言うのもどうかと思います。洗濯機があるのはよかったですし、キッチンも綺麗で十分な設備があったと思います。
• BEN (8/5): 推薦給家族或團體旅遊但預算有限的旅客~ - 這次是帶家人與好朋友(共四人)一起到福岡旅遊，挑高夾層的空間可以睡2~3人，樓下還有一個上下舖。行李的話稍微橋一下是可以分別打開整理的。有廚房及乾濕分離的衛浴。以價位來看CP值很高(一個人平均下來才650台幣)，唯一美中不足的部分設備及內裝有一定程度的使用感，但是我認為對得起房價收費。交通部分位於渡邊通及藥院之間，附近有大型超市、傳統市場、三大超商，我覺得很方便。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - I travel alone, so the space is good enough for me. It's really cold indoor,but I didn't ask them. Probably my problem that I didn't know how to adjust the temperature with A/C. And my phone couldn't find the wifi, but I had esim. Not a big deal.

• Marlo (9/5): We had a really great stay! - The beds were very very comfy. The room size was also perfect for a group of 4 like us. The bathroom sometimes smelled of sewage. The upstairs neighbor was also pretty heavy on their feet so we could hear all their footsteps. Lastly, it was a little far from the subway but generally a nice area.
• Jun He (10/5): - They have utensils (bowls, fork, spoons, chopsticks, pans, pots)and microwave, which is perfect for food from the convenient store. And washing machine for laundry. One thing which i thought could be better, is to have power points upstairs in the loft. Would havr given 4 stars for overall rating cos of the little inconvenience in charging gadgets, but what they have more than make up for it. There are also hp chargers around. Solid
• Maria Teresa R (8/5): Value for money - For the price, it is value for money. The place is accessible by bus from the Hakata Train Station/Bus Terminal. Check-in was smooth using the IPAD at the entrance. We were on the 2nd floor. There is no lift but that was not an issue. The unit is very clean. It was great to have a small kitchen, full size refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower/tub, bidet toilet, and washing machine. Aircon was perfect. It was a challenge though reaching the beds located on the loft because of the steep ladder. Futon mattresses were a bit thin for our liking. But overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
• Famela (8/5): Very good - It is clean, they have provided necessities (bath towels, face towels, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap), i commend the comforter for it gave us very great sleep. I suggest to have electrical sockets upstairs in the sleeping area. Have extra chairs also if there are more than 3 persons staying . Wifi is quite slow.

• Elaine (7/5): Affordable Place to Rest Up in Fukuoka - It is nothing extraordinary in terms of service or cleanliness, but it was a good price to come back to a place after a full day of traveling and sightseeing. Very helpful to have access to a washer/dryer machine. The location is walking distance to subways and shopping centers. The check in process was not as smooth as I had hoped (the Ipad check in tablet was having technical difficulties and it took more than half an hour to complete the check in process). The place could have been more clean as there was noticeable accumulated dust and leftover hair throughout areas of the place. The mattresses were not very comfortable for sleep. I didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen did not have adequate cooking/dinnerware if someone wanted to do so.

• hagsung (10/5): 체크인 문제 - 체크인하는것이 어렵습니다 체크인 카운터와 숙소가 다르다고해서 체크인 하는곳으로 갔는데 사람도없고 태블릿으로하는 체크인이 잘 안되고 관리자가 늦게 왔는데 해결이 잘안되 어려움이 많았습니다 숙박시설은 청결하고 편리했습니다

• JINSIL (8/5): 3명이상이라면 여름에 완전 추천!!!!!! - 8월에 언니 동생이랑 같이 갔습니다. 급하게 구하느라 후기가없어도 모험하는 심정으로 결정했는데 진짜 체크인장소가 따로있어서 찾아가기 어려운점? 빼고는 에어비앤비 같은시설로 건물 두채로 만들어 놨더라구요. 저는 A 201호에 묵었던것 같은데 세세한 청소같은건 약간 별로였지만 세탁기도있고 복층으로되어있고 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘나오고 위치도 좋았어요 체크인장소는 따로있지만 서로 가까워서 문제생기면 바로 해결하기 좋은것같아요. 체크인장소는 따로 알려주는 주소 건물 지하1층에 있어요. ㅇㅇ 복층에서자면 실외기소리가 약간 나긴하는데 여행하고 피곤하니깐 상관없는정도에요 ㅋㅋ 그리고 진짜 화장실이 짱짱좋아요 진짜 진짜 완전 짱입니다

• 성훈 (2/5): 외관만 깔끔 실속이 없음 - 후쿠오카로 가족여행을 갔었습니다 마지막날 숙소를 여기로 잡았었는데 집 자체는 신축이나 서비스나 접근성이 많이 떨어집니다. 체크인은 숙소에서 걸어서 5분 정도 떨어진곳에 위치해있는데 문자나 메시지가 한 통도 안와서 숙소에서 다시 사무실까지 갔다가 다녀왔습니다. 그런데 숙소를 들어가보니 외관으론 깨끗했으나 오랫동안 방이 안나갔는지 먼지가 수북히 쌓여서 가족들이 청소를 했습니다. 전화 달라고 했었으나 로밍이 안되서 받지는 못했네요. 후쿠오카 3박4일 중 최악의 숙소였습니다
