• Silke (7/5): Lage top, Zimmer recht eng aber sauber. - Die Lage war ideal in der Nähe der Vaporetto-Haltestelle, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Markusplatz und jede Menge Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf meine Anfrage, ob wir ein Doppelbett haben und Frühstück dazu buchen können habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten. Erst am Abreisetag als ich geschrieben habe, dass wir den Schlüssel behalten bis wir unser Gepäck abholen kam ein Anruf. Die Übergabe des entsprechenden Schlüssels erfolgte dann über die nette, aber nur italienisch sprechende Reinigungsperle.
• Elena (8/5): В целом приятный мини-отель за адекватные для Венеции деньги. - Замечательное расположение, а вид с балкона просто изумительный. Поблизости много ресторанов, даже есть супермаркет. В номере был мини бар, что очень порадовало. Wi-Fi не работал в номере.
• Laurent (9/5): Venise tranquille et Sérénissime. - Nous avions choisi une chambre avec une vue fantastique sur la lagune. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville sans être en permanence dans la foule. La place St Marc est à 10min à pied et l' arrêt des vaporetti à quelques pas. Le bar du rez de chaussée (7h-21h, sauf le mardi) fait d'excellents petits déjeuners. L'établissement est propre, la salle de bains grande et moderne, la literie excellente, la décoration à gardé un charme ancien qui n'est pas désagréable. Arrivée et départ faciles et acceuil très sympathique. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine dans la Sérénissime.

• Jakub (9/5): Cudowny widok na lagunę z okien apartamentu - Lokalizacja niedaleko placu świętego Marka, świetny widok na lagunę, San Giorgio Maggiore i San Marco z okien apartamentu, niewielki balkon. Fajna, duża i wygodna łazienka. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Knajpka ze śniadaniem i pizzą na dole, liczne inne lokale. Przystanek vaporetto Arsenale tuż obok Nasz apartament to tak naprawdę większy pokój, ale widok na lagunę i plac Świętego Marka rekompensuje wszystko. Zdjęcia w opisie mogą wprowadzać w błąd, gdyż pokazują też część wspólną obiektu, a wydaje się, że to pokój lub apartament

La camera è molto piccola nn c è un tavolino, per la colazione. Non c è il bidet ma il bagno è spazioso con una bella doccia

Danke! - Beim Aufwachen den Blick über die Lagune und San Giorgio schweifen lassen, aufgeweckt mit dem zarten Rosa der Wintersonne in Venedig - ein Traum! Sehr zentral gelegen (2 min zum Vaporetto "Arsenale"); die Bar vorm Haus sorgt für einen guten Einstieg in den Tag. Venedig steht offen, sei es Richtung Giardini und Via Garibaldi, als auch Richtung San Marco oder mit dem Schiff zum Lido oder auf eine Insel... Letztes Mal gabs noch Frühstück vorm Zimmer - diesmal in der Bar vorm Haus...

• Kristine (10/5): Great stay and would highly recommend - This B&B is located along the waterline of Venice is extremely well-located especially if you are in town for the Biennale (Arsenale and Giardino) or if you are around for a Venice football match. The outside looks like an apartment, but once you get to the "b&b" floor, there are hotel rooms as expected. Housekeeping is kept to a limit during the day, but check in is flexible. I also loved the homey feeling and that pets stay for free. I liked everything! If I had to choose one thing it would just be make sure you choose a room with a view of the water.

The room was spotless and very cozy — everything felt well taken care of. The value for money was excellent, and Giovanni was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was great — nothing to complain about!

• Francesco (10/5): Una estancia muy por encima de lo esperado - La habitación es espectacular, limpia, baño enorme, muy buen servicio y unas vistas inmejorables. Desde luego vale cada euro pagado Dificultad de contactar con la propiedad, encontrar el portal a pesar de las indicaciones correctas. Sugiero añadir una imagen del portal que está escondido tras las sombrillas de una terraza de un bar y difícil de encontrar a oscuras.

• Mathias (10/5): - Perfekt und unkompliziert… per Nachricht kommen die Zugangsdaten… Lage ist perfekt! Ganz klar perfekt! Nicht zu nah und trotzdem ist man entweder zu Fuß oder per Bus sofort überall. Schöne saubere Zimmer… vor der Türe Station Arsenale… das ist zentral für Lido oder komplett Venedig.

Le altre camere che visto sembravano meglio ma quella assegnata a noi era veramente deludente. La pulizia è un sommaria, le parti comuni per accedere al piano dove ci sono le camere sono piuttosto sporche, al numero indicato per le chiamate e le urgenze non rispondono quasi mai, anche ai messaggi la risposta arriva in ritardo.

• Felix (6/5): Kleines Zimmer im zweiten OG. ideal für Biennale-Besuch. - Wir hatten das kleine Zimmer ohne Aussicht (es gibt grössere Zimmer mit Sicht aufs Wasser) ideal für Besuch der Biennale. Gute Dusche, viel Dusch- und Handtücher. Freundlich und Familiär. Reinigung täglich ! Preis tiefer wenn mit Mobile Phone gebucht, teurer wenn ab Desktop oder Laptop ! Zimmer ist klein. Frühstück: Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Nescafé, kleine Brötchen, Konfitüre, mehr nicht. Kaum Platz im Zimmer um zu Frühstücken, im allg. Bereich möglich. Keine Mikrowelle, Toaster oder Kaffeemaschine in der gesamten Unterkunft. Preis zu hoch für Grösse. Preis okay für Lage.
• MARIA-ANA (7/5): - Locația este excelenta, ușor de găsit și aproape de multe obiective turistice. Micul dejun acceptabil...dar nu copios. Din păcate doar 2 camere dispun de vederea superbă spre canal...dar care poate fi admirată din frumoasa camera de la recepție. Am fi dorit un pic de căldură în camera orientată spre nord...dar ni s-a explicat că o nouă lege nu permite aceasta... doar începând de la 15 octombrie.

Es sencillo llegar a la Piazza de San Marcos andando desde allí y a otros muchos sitios de interés en la ciudad. Me encontró encontrar un enchufe con electricidad para cargar mi móvil...Pero finalmente lo encontré...

We also got an early drop off of luggage. Really nice. We were in a room that was on a lower flower and it was noticeably colder than the rest of the flat. It was a bit humid as well, but such is how it is in Venice...

• martha (10/5): Perfecto! - Es un pequeño hotel mas que bonito ,10 min de la plaza caminando pero con la tranquilidad de alejarte de las masas , con una parada a 3 minutos del vaporetto , con llegada autónoma , con restaurantes a una cuadra en una calle hermosa y muy tranquila , es mucho más lindo que lo que ves en las fotos .

Direkt um die Ecke ist alles was man braucht, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nur 10 min ca. zum Venedig Centrum. Giovanni und das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Gutes Bett und gute Kissen.

• Iradu (9/5): A spacious room with a breathtaking view and kind staff, though the mattress and lack of elevator were downsides. - The location is excellent, very close to the port which made it easy to take the ferry. I was upgraded to a room with a stunning view, and it was absolutely magnificent. The staff were very nice and friendly The mattress was too flat and uncomfortable. There is also no elevator, and the property is on the 3rd floor, which made carrying luggage a bit difficult.

• Giedre (10/5): It was one of those stays you don’t forget! - We had a fantastic stay at La Rosa dei Venti! Our host Giovanni was incredibly kind and went the extra mile upgrading us from a regular room to a spacious two-bedroom, two-floor apartment for 5 out of our 7 nights. That was a complete surprise for us! Also the entire staff was super kind, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - right by the Arsenale vaporetto stop, just a 10 min walk from Piazza San Marco, but away from the crowds. The hotel overlooks the lagoon, with stunning views from the balcony and lagoon-facing rooms. There are also many great restaurants nearby. We sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice. Grazie mille to Giovanni and the whole team! Nothing :)

• Natalia Hossu (9/5): - Beautiful and kind host Giovanni. Who was amenable and helpful. The place is divine ,if you like a bit of history in your house. Stunning lounge watching the lagoon. My room was spatious, and the bed was comfortable. Separate shower with bidet. Toiletries, amazing towels, and great bedding. The place is right by thr lagoon with many good eateries and obviously gelato. Walking distance to everywhere (I like to walk). Also, vaporetto 3 min away to take you to your destination. No lift,for those who have mobility issues to be aware. A joy Thank you 😊 There was nothing to complain about.
