- Baldwin (4/5): - I liked the location and the size of the room. The mini fridge in the room smelled awful and didn't get very cold. The water in the room stopped working and I had to call the front desk. They said it would be off for a while due to maintenance. No prior warning was given prior to this happening. The A/C was either too hot or too cold, no in between. Part of the tile was coming of around the shower.

- X990DGambers (2/5): Will Never Be Back - Room looked clean. Got back into room at 11:30 pm from concert and pulled back the covers to go to bed. There was black hair and makeup all over sheets. So they clearly made the bed without washing sheets. We had to go down to the office and get new sheets. So at 11:45 we were having to change the bedding. They didn’t have extra blankets so we had to sleep without one.

Considerable road construction around the property made it difficult to access the property’s parking lot. Inconvenient and noisy.

- MtcbBlaineWA (8/5): Good option for Cedar Park - Typical Hyatt Place- clean and comfortable. Easy on and off the highway. Did notice some wear and tear but overall would stay again. Nothing really around the hotel so unless you have business in Cedar Park no reason to stay here.
- saleaway06 (4/5): Hyatt place - I have stayed at this property four times in the past six months. The hotel is clean and the front desk is helpful. If you are staying at this hotel make sure to not have room 408 unless you like cold showers. I ran the shower for a least 15 minutes. You might get about two minutes of luke warm water but then you get back to ice cold. The hotel was sold out with no other opportunities to move rooms. Most hotels are sold out because of spring break. The front desk said maintenance came to the room but I never had a message on the phone in the room. The water was never fixed even though maintenance said the hot water was working.

- 625chrissis (2/5): Dirty rooms and unhelpful staff - Not what I expect from Hyatt - I’m extremely disappointed in my recent stay. Cleanliness and customer service were both well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hyatt. I originally booked a suite specifically for the additional workspace. Upon arrival, the first room had visible pink mold in the bathroom, cracked grout in the shower, and a strong musty odor throughout the space. It was clearly not properly maintained. I was offered the option to move rooms, but only to a smaller standard room. When I asked whether a conference room could be provided the following day to compensate for the lost workspace (since I had booked the suite for that purpose), I was told it would only be available at a cost — $350, though they offered 50% off. This did not feel like a solution-oriented response. I also asked whether I could be moved to the suite at the Hyatt Place location approximately 10 minutes away and was told I would need to pay their current rate — about $100 more than what I had originally booked. Again, no effort was made to make this right. The second room I was moved to was also not clean. There was visible dust, cracked tile in the shower, fingerprints on the light switches, and residue around the base of the toilet. Ultimately, I left early and moved to a competitor hotel, where I immediately found a clean room and excellent customer service. While my rate was adjusted to match the smaller room, it was still more than I would have paid had I originally booked that room with my corporate discount. Your inability to maintain the property should not result in additional cost or inconvenience to your guests. This experience fell far short of the Hyatt brand standards I’ve previously experienced.

You’re close to all kinds of shops and restaurants from sitdown meals to fast food. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and were very friendly.

- Diana (10/5): Pleasant Surprise - This hotel was exceptional in all evaluated areas. I've stayed in several Hyatt locations, and this is by far the best. Simple touches make the difference. For example, ceramic coffee mugs in the room. It was nice not to have morning coffee out of Styrofoam! I have long hair. Large containers of shampoo and conditioner were provided. The hotel was very quiet. We slept very well in an extremely comfortable bed. Thank you. We were exhausted! A couple of small things come to mind. Because we've traveled quite a distance, we have a very small ice chest we use for bottled water and sodas. An ice machine with an ice bucket would have been more convenient.

Everything was close by—groceries, restaurants, malls, etc. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were terrific. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. I’ve never had this many different choices for breakfast, and they all tasted good too! One morning, the cook from Vietnam prepared rice noodles, and let me tell you—it was a big hit for my hungry tummy. I know noodles for breakfast isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but it definitely was for me. I saw a few other guests loving the noodles too. I’m so happy they offer different food choices instead of the usual breakfast items!

- citygirlcountrygirl (6/5): Good suburban location - This was my fourth or fifth stay at this hotel. Over the past year new ownership has acquired this property and there are certainly going to be growing pains. Here is some info to help you make a decision to stay here. Location: About 20 miles outside of the city of Austin, it's going to be a tough location to have a home base. If you are going to be in Cedar Park or Leander, this is a great spot. HEB center is very close by. Haute Spot, a great music venue, is across the street. If you are on their side of the hotel, make a note that any live music will be heard until 10 or 11 pm. It didn't bother me, but might someone who needs to get to sleep earlier. Hotel amenities: nice big work out room with weights, mats and machines. Overlooks the main level outdoor swimming pool. Patio in the front of the hotel; bar, very small menu for food, breakfast had a good selection although I found the coffee to be more bitter than I like. Some inconsistencies in rooms - some had comfy beds, some had fluffy towels. Some do not. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. They do have refrigerators. If you are staying on the top floor, be sure to check your WIFI before claiming your room. The signal I had this trip made it impossible for me to do any work or stream. Staff is very professional and nice overall. I would stay again, and hope for more consistency.

If you enjoy random EDM, Rap, Rock, Country, Acid, or other music loud enough to make your windows vibrate and a base sound that resonates your room up until 11pm nightly, this is your place.

The toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle. Even though thermostat was set at 65 it was still to warm in there and I’m cold natured so I know it was too hot in there.

The AC was broken an maintenance was sick so the offered us 2 box fans for extra air due to me not wanting to switch rooms so late an i had decorated for my ladies nite out. I would highly recommend this hotel an i will be going back.

- D2595WWcarolinet (10/5): Lovely Hotel - Great value for money! - Really lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable & friendly staff. Room was huge & super breakfast. Super value for money. Only downside is the location is a good 30-40min drive from downtown so a little out the way, but lovely & quiet.
- Leslie (10/5): Great location for a concert at the Haute Spot! - I’ll always stay here when I see a show at the Haute Spot across the street. An easy walk. Comfortable rooms, affordable, easy. Nice lobby area for gathering with friends.

- Sri (10/5): - We stayed at the hotel for an event. Asked for late check out an extra hour beyond extended time. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating and made us feel welcome and made the stay very pleasant. Recommend with 5 stars
- Anita (4/5): - Ants in the room and outside by the pool. Dead bird on chair outside by the pool. House cleaning came the last day of our 5 day stay after numerous requests. Breakfast was okay, but after first morning didn’t go back. The bed was comfortable. Probably not going to return.

- LINSE (2/5): - The hotel seemed like it was an older hotel that had been remodeled. Did not have a new feel.Our room smelled like smoke when we turn the air conditioner up, the sink was stopped up, the room was tiny. breakfast was good though.

Me toco una habitación en el piso 5 la verdad no fue muy agradable dormir porque estábamos justo debajo de algún compresor o motor del aire acondicionado y sonaba horrible todo ese ruido estremecía nuestra habitación me preocupaba un poco para ser honesta pues era un sonido muy fuerte deberían tomar en consideración esto pues de solo pensar lo que teníamos arriba de nuestra habitación nos daba angustia. Realmente fue muy incómodo y molestoso del resto todo bien es un lugar limpio y de fácil Acceso .

I will tell you this after my long term stay, I also gotta meet, and greet many other's who routinely stay here for the Venue across the street the Haute Spot or for the many new places of work popping up all over Cedar Park Hyatt.
