Dårlig check in - Vores kontakt over whatsapp svarede ikke over telefon, da vi stod og dørsystemet ikke virkede. Der blev ikke undskyldt men i stedet skyndt på os ift. Betaling. Da vi bad om vi kunne lade vores bagage stå i receptionen i nogle timer ville han have en opkrævning.. det slap vi dog med at betale efter at jeg påpegede at dette ikke kunne være rigtigt - især med tanke med deres fejl ved check in.

Tutto impeccabile, dal checkin in remoto (anticipato da un chiarissimo video esplicativo) alla pulizia delle camere Tutto positivo. Le uniche pecche, ma che non è possibile migliorare, è che la struttura si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore. Quindi di sicuro non è per niente agevole salire con i bagagli. Inoltre, la via sottostante è piena di locali notturni con schiamazzi fino a tarda notte specialmente nel fine settimana. Quindi abbastanza fastidioso per le stanze che si affacciano su questa via

• Luciana (8/5): E' la seconda volta che vado a Napoli mi è piaciuta tantissimo e l'alloggio era perfetto !! - la posizione di questo appartamento ti dà la possibilità di arrivare a piedi ai luoghi principali di Napoli. appartamento confortevole, sempre pulito e ben insonorizzato nonostante vicino a due pub o bar sempre pieni di gente. servizio transfer da e per l' aeroporto puntualissimo ! la sporcizia lasciata sulla strada principale il sabato sera, ma qui c'è da fare una grande campagna di educazione a partire dagli adulti che purtroppo buttavano tutto a terra ! Poveri spazzini!! Napoli mi è piaciuta tantissimo e non merita di essere trattata così !

• geoffroy (5/5): - La situation géographique de l'appartement est top, le ménage est fait chaque jour et bien fait) Le logeur n'y est pour rien mais les fenêtres donnent sur la rue ou il y a quelques bars qui ferment minimum a 2h du matin. Bien qu'il y est une double fenêtre et que j'étais équipé de bouchons d'oreilles le brouhaha nous a vraiment empêché de dormir toute la famille, nous repartons épuisé.

A senhora que nos atendeu foi pouco simpática, não explicou sobre o café da manhã, acabei não tomando nenhum dia, não soube como funcionava. Pedi ferro de passar roupa emprestado disse que não tinha . É só um detalhe porém nós brasileiros gostamos de um pouco de calor humano. Mais o quarto é muito bom

A Spanyol negyed szélén, mindenhez közel, ez miatt esténként kicsit zajos, de a tulajdonos által felszerelt dupla ablakok sokat felfogtak a vidám utcai hangokból! Bennünket ez nem zavart, megadta a város hangulatát! Inkább 2-3 főre ajánlanám, négyünknek picit szűkös volt!

• Dalila (7/5): Nice central spot in Naples - The breakfast was at a local bar, good quality food but limited choice. Room was nice and clean, in a very central and safe area. Gennaro was really helpful and ready to help us via chat, the lady at the reception was really nice. We asked for an extra pillow and we were given one. The price is amazing for the location, affordable for that nice room! The location is strategic, between spaccanapoli and the historical part of the city, with restaurants and pubs everywhere, really nice streets full of shops around. We asked for toilet paper twice, we only got 2 toilet rolls for 4 days, for 3 people. The shampoo was missing, we only got 2 coffee capsules for again, 4 days stay and 3 people in the room. We ended up buying the things we thought were provided already. I think it's important to pay attention to these things to give your customers the best experience and service. Also, the area is noisy because there are a lot of bars, pubs and restaurants all around the typical neapolitan corners.

• Deivyda (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean and cosy, we had everything we needed. The host left earplugs for us, so we did not have any problems with sleep. Eventually around 12-01 PM the noise from the bars stopped. Location was also perfect. Downstairs there's a cool bar with lots of craft beer choices. Near is also a cocktail bar Malocchio if you want a good cocktail. I would definitely stay here another time in Naples.
• Grace (9/5): Amazing apartment near Spaccanapoli - Amazing location just steps away from Spaccanapoli and the Santa Chiara complex. It is a typical apartment building with inner courtyard, the apartment itself was nicely furnished with high ceilings and a big bathroom. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe and we enjoyed the coffee and pastry a lot. No lifts available but then again, that's kinda part of the charm of these types of Italian apartments. Just make sure to pack accordingly.

Bed was comfy and the room was great. You felt very safe entering the property as there were 3 doors to unlock. Breakfast choice very limited (pizza or croissant) and this was at a cafe 50 yards or so away. As the room overlooked a bar area, this was quite noisy until the early hours.

• Lotte (8/5): Very nice! - Very nice location. It was very clean! They where very flexible for the check-in time and very helpfull. I asked for a birthday surprise in the room and they did this very nice for a small price. There is a bar next to the B&B so you can hear this in the night. Also, the shower was a little broke, but the water was nice and warm so not really a big deal. It worked enough to get the job done.

We were close to Metro Train Station, shopping, restaurants, everything within walking distance. no elevator to get to your room, had to take stairs, which i think is common in Italy. Overall nothing bad to say about this place.

Among that madeness we found in Naples, I think a good, trustful accomodation is gold. and this is what we found. Naple is an absolutely nuts city but extraordinary to visit. you can be easily confused with the Naple habbits and this accomodation and the way the stuff deals with you, helps a lot to keep you relaxed and lets you enjoy your holiday. The only complaint I have is noise. Unfortunately, the room was right above a very loud bar open until late at night. I recommend bringing earplugs.

• Evelyn (7/5): Lovely location and sweet traditionally italian apartment but hard to communicate with the staff. - I liked the location, lovely space, clean facilities and easy to find and nice that breakfast is included. I didn't like how there was no one who spoke English when we arrived. I think the host was out and his mother was there, but we wanted to let our friend come in and just rest for a while but she wasn't allowed because she hadn't been "booked" for the room so she had to wait outside, even though she was never going to sleep there. But it was hard to explain this to the staff because they only spoke Italian... The breakfast was also just a croissant and 1 drink. I would have liked a bigger breakfast.

• Dianasmartins (4/5): Do not recommend - The location of the hotel, very central The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, the worst that I've been to. It felt like sleeping on the floor would be better. The cleaning lady that does not speak any English gave us another pillow but as bad as the other ones. The breakfast was very disappointing you have to take the breakfast in a coffee shop near the hotel and you can only choose one pastry and one basic drink (coffee or cappuccino). In the check out the hotel kept our baggage until 12pm and then after that hour they said if we wanted we could leave the baggage at the breakfast coffee shop and we had to pay 9 euros for that service. The guy who runs the place was very annoying, kept massage us 1 week before the check in always asking what time would we arrived, the day of the check in he asked twice what time would we arrived making us rush. And the next day he kept massage us asking what time would we do the check out ...so we were on vacation but always been disturbed by this guy, always making us rush and be stressful. Also the hotel is located at a very noisy place so through all night you will hear people talking and making a lot of noise.
