- Kathleen (10/5): Sorrento Rooms was perfect for our stay in Sorrento - The location was perfect. Gian Mario was fabulous. He was very patient with our delayed arrival. Always ready to accommodate our needs for breakfast whether we were eating on the terrace or on the go. He also arranged transportation for us to the train station when we left which was very helpful. The only downside for us was the neighbors dog. Seemed to be always outside and always barking so unfortunately woke us up every morning.

Gian Mario offered help with getting to the location by messaging and then giving advice and knowledge of the surroundings after arrival. I personally enjoyed the location as you didn't get bothered by sounds from outside's nearby main road. I've had a great experience during my time in Sorrento because of this.

Vynikající spolupráce s obsluhou hotelu. Hned v úvodu nám byly poskytnuty velmi užitečné informace o památkách, důležitých místech, cestování. Zároveň byl kontakt na ubytovatele přes WhatsApp s možností získat informace v kteroukoliv denní dobu. Mohu konstatovat, že jsem již navštívil hodně hotelů a s takovou vstřícností se host setkává skutečně málokdy. už si nedovedu představit co vylepšovat, naprostý komfort.

La struttura è ben collocata in quanto si trova a solo un paio di minuti a piedi dal centro, in più vicino ci sono bar e rosticcerie. Il personale è attento alle richieste che vengono fatte, in particolare Gian Mario è stato davvero cortese e disponibile!

Il était précisé parking disponible sur place, payant, ce qui n était pas le cas. Après avoir demandé deux fois où se situait le parking, un m a été indiqué, bien loin de l appartement quand l on porte plus de 40kg chacun... A 211e/nuit, j'ai été déçu du rapport qualité prix.

- Charlotte (10/5): Great location and staff - would recommend! - We really loved the location of the room as it was very close to the town centre, restaurants and a good walking distance to the bus station and port. The room was very clean, the facilities had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and welcoming. Gian messaged in advance to check what time we'd be arriving, helped us with our bags and was helpful with how to get around the local area. It's not something the hotel can change unfortunately, but given the location being very close to the main centre of Sorrento, it could be very noisy at night due to passing crowds of people heading out and a barking dog in the morning. We kept the windows closed to reduce the noise as best we could and were able to sleep quite happily as a result.
- Julie (10/5): Perfect…absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have asked for more. - This property is perfect..a very short (5 minute walk) to the centre of the old town, a spacious room with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and a spacious bathroom with large efficient shower. We had shutters at the windows for a lovely, dark sleep and access mini fridge and kettle for making drinks in the room. Everything was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. Access to the clean and convenient communal kitchen was a bonus and the dily breakfast of tea/coffee, juice and a fresh pastry served on the compact balcony each morning was delicious and nicely presented. Gian Marco is an incredibly kind and helpful host and the lovely lady who helps with maintaining the rooms for guests was pleasant and helpful too. We stayed for a week and loved it here. A little noise from the road is worth mentioning for light sleepers. We use earplugs and so it was not a problem to us at all.
- Taylor (10/5): Amazing stay! - We stayed in the Napoli room and really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Modern and clean room, great amenities including coffee pod machine, and complimentary mini prosecco, waters, juices, crackers and biscuits on arrival - really nice touches. The bathroom was very spacious with a lovely waterfall shower head. Breakfast was also included, this consisted of vouchers to use at Zubra 2.0 Cafe across the road, redeemable for a pastry, hot coffee and cold drink each morning. They had gluten free options to accommodate my coeliac partner. One thing to note is the adress may be different from what Google says. For the Napoli room, this was located at Via degli Aranci, 80. I believe Sorrento Rooms has properties at two different locations which aren't far from each other... the adress was correct in our Hotels.com app booking but different from our initial booking confirmation email so there was a bit of confusion on our end for where to check in. All of this was promptly sorted though via WhatsApp and a lovely gentleman came to greet us on arrival. Overall amazing value, and a great safe location. You are within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main square, ferry station and train station. Was a perfect base for our day trips to Positano, Amalfi and Capri. We will definitely choose to stay again if we return to Sorrento!

Only a five to ten minute walk from train and same for elevator to the ferry. Square was a few minutes walk. Gian was amazing keeping in contact until our arrival and meeting is. He also provided an excellent breakfast. The croissant and coffee was excellent out on the balcony. There was some street noise of motorbikes going by but I slept through it. My husband said he heard it but noise cancelling earbud worked. Enjoyed a little Netflix before falling asleep. AC was perfect. My husband would say the motorbikes. I say everything was perfect. If you are undecided choose this place!

We are in our 60’s and I think I would prefer to be more pampered. The sheets were rough and pillows rock hard. I ended up putting pillow cases on the couch throw pillows to get a better nights sleep.

- Callum (10/5): Fantastic Central location stay with a great host. - The location of the BnB was excellent, a 5 minute walk away from Sorrento centre with fantastic restaurants nearby. The room was as described and as it looked from the pictures. A reasonable size with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. It was exceedingly clean with good A/C. Gian Mario was a very good host. Helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us on our stay. We didn't realise this but the pool is in another apartment complex, it is a short walk away though. It did also feel a little expensive for what was a converted room of an apartment, but it was very nice and clearly the location is the reason it was such a price.

Walking to the old town was easy within a few minutes and you will find all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good but not fancy. It offers discounted tours and can be booked ahead of time, which makes it convenient for the few days we stayed there. Room is a bit basic but enough for our needs.

- Lenuta (10/5): Sorrento trip - The apartment was close to city center, everything was clean, both room and bathroom were spacious. Mario, our host, was very helpful and very responsive to any question we had. Also he prepared breakfast for us on a daily basis at the hour we agreed one day ahead. I would have liked to have a bar or a hanger in the bathroom to help dry the towels faster but this is just a suggestion of course.

The rooms were so clean and we came back to clean rooms everyday. very grateful to the staff for their kind and hard work and for the easy ability to communicate with the host at basically any time of the day. The breakfast was good and we were given the choice to choose our breakfasts the nights before; always fresh. The bed was comfortable, we had a mini fridge, there was a hair dryer the shower was lovely and well kept the lights were a cute touch. Very close to the centre about 5 minute walk , honestly the location was great , easy to get around. Was able to communicate with hosts before hand via booking making for a smooth and easy arrival. Truly 10/10. nothing everything was great, the room was perfect for us

We didn’t get breakfast because we left the property at 6.45am so we can’t comment on that. Perhaps it would have been nice to have had a take away breakfast available for early leavers.
