• Alicia (9/5): Plein les yeux. - Le calme , la vue, plusieurs piscines, bien espacé, entr’elles, petit déjeuner aux petits oignons, œuf et tortillas cuit à la minute sur place avec serveur. jardin bien entretenu avec des plantes diverses. Annonce de Booking qui décrivait une piscine chauffée. Malheureusement cela est faux et nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. C’était un élément important pour nous en connaissance du temps.

Separate bedrooms in family suite with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with made to order hot food and excellent coffee. Easy access to beach and restaurants by foot. Music at night from bar a little loud. Some noise from guests in upstairs suite at night. Jacuzzi not heated. Limited hanging rail space for 3 people in a suite.

• olivia (10/5): - Loved it had its own sunbeds on the balcony. All rooms have a hairdryer and iron. Tea making facilities with a fresh bottle of water every day. The only thing a little of putting is the lunch menu. It is the same menu for evening dinner which is big meals. A little menu of sandwiches and burgers (on there own) would be great.

• emer (8/5): Brilliant stay. Kids loved the pool would definitely stay again - Property was beautiful and clean. Bedrooms were big and spacious for my family of 5. Grew that they provided towels for the pool and the room. Breakfast was delicious and hit. Cooked fresh when ordered. A short walk to the new town. Up a steep hill but manageable. Great location close enough to go out for dinner and drinks if you like but not so close that you have the noise and crowds. Situated up a steep hill.

• Eoin (9/5): An excellent Christmas and New Years break made even better by brilliant staff! - Breakfast was great with lots of variety. It was really nice to have fresh cooked food each morning rather than just a pure buffet. All the staff were incredibly helpful especially to our children. Sam in particular always went over and above to help in any way she could. Very little. Some of the gym equipment could do with a refurb but its not really a place to go to for a gym holiday! The Wifi was a bit patchy at times but that was a very low priority for us.

• NIEVES (7/5): Muy buen descanso...para un fin de semana! - Desayuno muy bien... Comida en general en el restaurante bastante bien! Personal en general muy bien! Agua en la habitación, buen detalle! La cama muy ancha, muy bien si vas con niños, además hay otra habitación con un sofá El agua de la piscina... Helada... Para verano puede ser,... En noviembre no! Fueron pocos días de descanso! Un detalle: reservamos mesa en el restaurante para cenar a las 18:30... Parece ser que era un poco pronto... Y una camarera alta y morena ... Dijo algo como... Que no había que ir tan pronto.... Y le entendimos.... Muy feo eso! Hay que tener cuidado... Por si te entienden!

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps d'utiliser la piscine et le jacuzzi, mais tout était très bien entretenu, et de nombreux transats étaient à disposition. Nous étions en demi-pension. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec un bel assortiment de viennoiseries, pains, fruits...et quelques plats chauds préparés à la demande. Pour le diner, il fallait choisir sur la carte du restaurant (un petit bémol pour les desserts au choix limité). Le personnel de l'hôtel était particulièrement serviable. • Ainhoa (9/5): Alojamiento con desayuno rico. - Nos quedamos una noche en el Bakour Lanzarote Splash, una noche horrible… la habitación estaba llena de cucarachas, una plaga en toda regla y nos pasamos toda la noche matando cucarachas (y dos grillos), así que, aunque pensábamos quedarnos tres noches, decidimos abandonar el alojamiento y buscar uno nuevo. Llegamos a Suites Bene Lanzarote nerviosos, por si la noche se complicaba de la misma manera. Sin embargo, encontramos un alojamiento espectacular, pero no pudimos quedarnos la tercera noche porque estaba ocupado, así que reservamos en Aqua Suites. Llegamos nerviosos nuevamente por si había más habitantes en la habitación…pero no, todo correcto. Resaltar la amabilidad del personal y que es un alojamiento pequeño, así que puedes disfrutar de la piscina. No hay mucho ruido. La cena fue normal, pero recomendamos el desayuno, un desayuno pequeño, pero completo y coqueto: tiene una parte buffet con variedad deliciosa y todo lo caliente se pide al personal (huevos, salchichas, etc). Arreglar la puerta del baño, está picada.

• Angela (10/5): Fabulous five nights in a beautiful, tranquil hotel with amazing, friendly staff. - Fabulous hotel, staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Maid service every day, pool towels and towels changed everyday if required. Beautifully furnished and maintained. A bit further to walk from the Main Street but then again taxis are only a few euros.

The fitness area was not usable, dated. The TV in the room was dated and barely working Half board was booked but at dinner we had to order from menu and it wasn’t up to our taste.

I stayed in a double bed apartment with my husband but we also had an extra room which we used for our luggage etc, leaving plenty of space in bedroom area. The only drawback I would say is that it's up a bit of a hill which may not suit someone with mobility issues. The bus from Playa Blanca 161 stops almost outside of Aqua Suites which was very handy after a day trip. One evening there was a BBQ for dinner, which was amazing and we had dinner there another evening as we had been out all day and didn't feel like going down town to eat. That was really tasty and enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend Aqua Suites Nothing. Everything suited
• Lfcwall (9/5): Very relaxing stay in a very nice hotel - Very friendly staff and welcome. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was great and freshly made. Location was decent. Heated pool could have been more heated and it was turned off on the last couple of days without warning. On some days the kids were able to play with balls etc with no issue but there was another lifeguard who was very strict and wouldn't allow it.

• Ed (10/5): - Best customer service ever. We were greeted at the front desk with a bottle of Cava. We got there a little early and they were very attentive and accommodating. The hotel is very clean. 3 pools. 5 minute walk to the beach and main Street with hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is perfect. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel check all the boxes. Outstanding.

The accommodation was excellent and very clean. Everyone who worked there was very pleasant. There were good cocktails in the bar. My 8y.o. daughter adored the water games with the Kids Club leader and the magic show. We liked everything about it
