Also roooms are spacious but the room need to be clean and keep hygiene. The rooftop view is great, enjoyed the view. Had a good time 👍🏼 There were so many flies and pests and dusts, the rest stay and food is exceptional. All great at the moment 😊

• India (2/5): I will not recommend - Location is good near NBC jaipur room is in basement with full of foul smell and not good for the AC I told them many times after they open after almost 11:30 so very bad service and there is no bathroom where the dormitory available at basement if I want to go washroom or toilet I have to use receptionist toilet that is totally wrong and my experience is very bad.

They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
• David (10/5): Definitely recommend this comfortable hotel at a short drive’s distance of the Pink City of Jaipur! - We were picked up from the treinstation which was a great service to avoid stress at the busy stations. We got a private room with balcony which was amazing. Spacious, nice interior, and clean. You can reach Pink City by cab or rickshaw in about 15/20 minutes. Water not included and not all staff speaks English well.

• Anonymous (5/5): I stayed there for 2 days and found some good friends. the atmosphere was silent. and the stay was good according to th - the cleanliness inside the property was fine, and there was no disturbance in any way like outside noise road vehicles or hotel staaf. 1 - Outside food not allowed 2- I stayed for 2 days in 13 no. dormitory bed, neither changed the bed sheet at the time of my aarival, nor come after 24 hours to change the bed sheet, whereas after 24 hours afternoon may service time. 3- and the palace where my dormitory was, it looks like an electric open board in the down wall side it is very wrong, if a traveler carried a suitcase chain with him and by mistake the chain hangs down and a big accident can happen as soon as it touches. 4- dormitories may most lockers don’t have keys.

Beautiful hotel and lobby! Easy location to walk to MRT and train station. The hostel is in a separate section of the hotel and the bathroom in the hostel needs improvement. Very small and awkward to use at 180cm height.

There was hot water available all the time which was a big plus. The restaurant would provide hot water for drinking too on request. Room floor wasn't quite clean when we entered, couldn't walk without footwear. Room size was too small for the price charged too. Even after charging such a high price (>4k per night) we didn't even have breakfast included in the fare. Finally, when we asked for hot drinking water, we didn't get clean water and we were told that it's because it was boiled in a utensil that was used for something else earlier!! Bummer!

• Shivam (10/5): beautiful hotel ❤️ - We only stayed here for a couple of days but the experience was really really great. They pick us at rail station for free, everything went smooth and on time. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely amazing for the price: very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The shower has always hot water, and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The hotel also arranged us a tuktuk tour. Highly recommended this hotel!!!

There is hot water all the time. There is a restaurant on the roof of the hotel and in addition the kind owner of the hostel let us use the kitchen to cook a meal ourselves. The best place to go in Jaipur!
