Il bar, pur avendo in menu dei cocktail, non sono stati all'altezza dell'hotel. Mentre il servizio di caffetteria è stato buono. Ma confido in un miglioramento nelle qualità.

Дополнительно хочу отменить высокий сервис и вовлеченность сотрудников адмиральского лаунжа! В особенности заботу Turbo, в сопровождении сотрудников такого высокого уровня я чувствовал себя максимально комфортно на протяжении каждого дня проживания! Спасибо менеджменту отеля и отдельное спасибо Turbo, такое профессиональное отношение достойно высшей похвалы!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room is spacious even for basic room type. But better to book a room with river view where can enjoy the sunset. Property is bit far from old town where all the historical attractions you might want to see. Dining options in that are limited especially if you want to taste authentic local cuisine. Certain rooms are facing the office building next door so it might be tricky if you want to balance the view and privacy. Generally had a great stay.

- Robert (4/5): Perhaps the worst hotel experience I've ever had. - My reservation included 2 breakfasts each day. When I checked in I asked about breakfast and they said my reservation did not include breakfast. I pulled up my reservation and showed it to them. They took a photo of it where it CLEARLY states 'includes breakfast for 2 people'. The next morning I was hassled in the restaurant with the claim that I was not entitled to breakfast. That night at 10pm the front desk called my room REPEATEDLY while i was asleep to again confirm that my reservation did not include breakfast. They even called Hotels.com and had them send me an email saying my room did not include breakfast. I kid you not. Bizarre beyond belief. I can't imagine ever staying here or using hotels.com again.
