- Nupur (6/5): - There were multiple spiders in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The rooms are extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovations. Even though I was eligible for a free upgrade and the hotel had availability, they did not offer me a larger room. Breakfast was below average. I wouldn’t go back.

- Sarah (8/5): - The front desk were very friendly although with my limited Spanish, communicating with the chamber maids was difficult, The air conditioning unit was fairly old and very noisy. The breakfast offering was very limited. I had to ask for fresh fruit and was offered a banana. I would expect a wider range in August!
- Gloria (7/5): Loved the location, but hot water situation needs attention. - Location is perfect, staff was friendly, room was spacious. Views from front porch were top notch. ZERO hot water in the evening. I asked the staff member at front desk and he was acting surprised - like wow, really, no hot water. He offered to come check it out. He came in and as expected, no hot water. he then says something to the effect of, our hot water heater runs out of hot water when everyone showers at same time, you should get some later. First, why act surprised when you know what the issue is. Next, I stayed there three nights - first night around 500 and the next two around 900 per night. it is completely unacceptable to not have enough hot water capacity for a warm shower,

I was in the wifi very poor service and everything is the cheapest version which I understand but still very expensive in season. The location is amazing but spend a few dollars and provide a bit better experience.

- Gadi (6/5): - Check in is at 4 and Checkout is 11 am..we asked for a noon checkout on a Tuesday. The Inn was fairly empty and there was no thought to losing us the extra hour. They did offer a conference room ecause my husband had a zoom meeting from 10-12. The Inn is kind of bare bones for the price. It’s fine but don’t look for anything luxurious there.

We celebrated a special anniversary while there and the front desk sent us a wonderful bottle of wine of our choice with 2 flutes in a chilled ice bucket, what a lovely and caring touch! Limited Beach passes are available daily for the local bay and ocean beaches which is wonderful amenity. Nice pool with lounge chairs and tables, chairs and umbrellas set up so you can just relax pn the premisis. Free Continental breakfast available daily! would prefer a larger TV screen so we can see titles from the bed or the sofa in our room along with seeing the channel guide from a greater distance.

What can you do!? I would go back. Please replace the mini size soaps with soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms.

I understand that it’s the height of the summer season but $600 for Saturday night is way too expensive for that hotel. If we didn’t have to go down there for christening and we would’ve never booked there at that price. But it also supply demand right.

- RANDY (8/5): Great location in Sag Harbor. - Great location, convenient to all shops, restaurants, and ample parking in Sag Harbor. The room was great 2nd floor Harbor view is a must. Fog rolled in and it was relaxing and quiet. Friend helpful staff from check-in until leaving. Note cell phone data signal impacted due to location Wifi boosters for cell phones would be great. Recommendations: Cosmetic exterior hall way door upgrade. Cosmetic exterior landscaping always remember the first thing people see impacts them. It is a challenge being right opposite the water however technology exisit with new product to fight the elements. Overall 4 out of 5.

- Colin (10/5): - Comfortable room overlooking the harbor. Breakfast was basic but good. Walkable to the main area of town with restaurants and shops. Was a nice stay with friendly staff. The only change I would suggest is the signage and door access. There was one sign to the pool which led down into a stairwell with an Exit sign. We entered the door and went down a few steps to a door that said only No Reentry, which was confusing. It did lead to the pool, but we didn't go out since we couldn't get back in, apparently. Also, the sign for the stairs only said Exit. I usually use stairs over elevators. It just took a lot of confusing maneuvering to figure some things out. Better signage would have made it easier. Other than that, it was a great stay.

In their defense, the hotel was empty out of season. A couple of hot items for breakfast would be nice since it's touted so much.

This was our second year going for a mini vacation and it was very costly for a 2 day stay

Our room was large with two queen beds, ample dresser and closet storage for our 5 day stay, and there was a sink in the dressing area and in the bathroom, convenient for two person separate use. Our room was very quiet (both from the standpoint of quiet heating and no noise from the hallway or other rooms) and house keeping came in each day to tidy our room. Our room was immaculately kept during our stay. The location was convenient to Main Street and to our daughters' house. This is our new favorite place to stay in Sag Harbor.

Walls and ceiling are paper thin so you can hear everything above and next to you. Continental Breakfast was also a little bit sad and unhealthy - could use a bit of modernisation.
