• CHEW (9/5): - The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the cooking equipment provided was sufficient for our needs. The staff were very helpful and kind to arrange the key handover directly at the unit, which was greatly appreciated due to my walking difficulties. The location is very convenient . However, the lift was out of service from the first day of my stay until the end, and access to the unit required using the stairs, which was quite challenging. Overall, it is a pleasant stay, but the lift issue should be considered, especially for guests with mobility concerns.

• Lucia (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. AVOID - Nothing! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The area feels very unsafe, especially at night. Directly across the street there is a dark, dead-end alley where a social shelter is located, and it was common to see people openly using drugs there. After dark, the atmosphere was intimidating, particularly for a woman on her own. The apartment has very poor insulation. You can hear the rain as if it were falling directly onto the bed, which clearly shows the lack of proper soundproofing. On top of that, there is a nightclub right in front of the building, making it impossible to sleep from Thursday to Sunday due to the loud music and constant street noise. The apartment itself lacks natural light and feels dark and claustrophobic — more like a bunker than a comfortable place to stay. Customer service was also very disappointing. I tried to find a friendly and reasonable solution with them, but they were inflexible and showed no empathy whatsoever. Overall, this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place at all.
• Gafitanu (9/5): Un sejur cu suişuri si coborâşuri - la propriu si la figurat. Vizitati Porto doar daca va țin picioarele 😁 - Locatia este excepțională. Esti la 5 minute de mers de orice atracție turistică sau restaurante bune incluzand si Bolhao Market si imprejurimile. Apartamentul este bine dotat si utilat, foarte curat. Patul un pic cam dur pentru gustul meu. Daca veti locui iarna acolo si va fi frig veti folosi ca mijloace de incalzire AC-urile. Foarte silentios si eficient.

• Paola (8/5): Appartamento moderno nel centro di Porto - Appartamento moderno e molto pulito, si trova in una posizione centrale e molto strategica per visitare la città. L'ingresso non è facile da trovare e la sera in particolare non ho avuto la sensazione di essere sicura, anche se non è successo nulla di grave, è stata solo una sensazione.

• Rebeca (6/5): No volvería - El apartamento y la zona en la que está. Que se entrara por un garaje, con escaleras exteriores y que hubiera justo enfrente una discoteca que no me dejó dormir en dos de las tres noches que me alojé. Se oye la música, la gente que entra y sale e incluso llamaron al timbre. Creo que es algo que deberían remediar o, al menos, avisar.

• Simone (10/5): Porto - Único ponto que fica em um beco com uma subida íngrime e um pouco escuro a noite. As chaves tem que pegar em outro end o que não é prático com malas, poderiam melhorar este ponto. O apartamento em si é excelente, bem localizado e limpo.

• Verena (10/5): - Es hat uns gut gefallen, sehr zentral. Es ist ein Nachtclub in der Nähe, Freitag und Samstag wird es laut. Da das Schlafzimmer hinten raus ist, konnten wir trotzdem gut schlafen.

• Stefano (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic apartment modern and clean. The place is very central and close to the main attraction but located into an hidden corner where is better to pay attention when back in the evening.
• Steven (5/5): Nice apartment but would not recommend or return - Clean throughout with everything you needed including a small welcome pack. Out of hours staff talked on mobile to find property and entrance as no one knew where it was including local shop owners. Very difficult to find even with shopkeepers help. Down a steep dimly lit alley off the Main Street with entrance through steel garage door not for the faint hearted and while I was safe I wouldn’t let my daughter stay on her own. Poorly lit access stairs to property. Two nightclubs back and front open from 12pm to 6am Friday and Saturday. So much noise despite ear plugs and pillow over head the apartment was vibrating with the music meaning no sleep both nights. Nothing mentioned on booking site
• Oksana (7/5): Good - It is very close to city center. The frying pan was scratched and old. We wrote about it and it was replaced very quickly. The keys for the apartment to be picked up in one place and then I need to go to the settlement with my things 9 min. Once, my son close the door and forgot the key inside. I was coming to reception and ask my problem, but they answer than they have not extra key and need to hire a master to open the lock and need pay for it 80 euro, because happened after 18.00. I am walking 9 min again to my apartment and still wait for a master, but I remembered then yesterday one star visit my apartment with your own key. I wrote message about it and after that one girl coming to us and opened our door her own key. Is a disco very close to the apartment. During the week it is does not meter, but on Friday-Sunday it is terrible. I am sleeping very well, but I can't, because felling the outside disco with your bed 00.30-6.00
• Jpnbw (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment in overall good location. Easy to walk to most places in Centro. Bed was reasonably comfortable (for Portugal) Shower hot with good pressure. Building has lift. The welcome centre where we had to pick up the keys is fairly close but not within walking distance with luggage. Additionally, it was raining for our arrival. The building is located at the bottom of a narrow, very steep alley which Uber, Bolt and the like are reluctant to negotiate. Not well lit at night which increases chance of falling on the uneven ground. Not suitable for old (like us) or disabled. This is a really nice apartment that really needs some TLC and attention to detail. Most of the blinds were in bad shape. There are cleaning issues..the shower alcove is disgusting with black mold and grime, sticky knife handles in kitchen drawer, finger prints on glasses. Kitchen poorly equipped, although small appliances are good. 1 coffee mug only! Dishwasher tablets left for the non existent dishwasher but no detergent for washing machine. No tea towels. Cupboard door in loungeroom fell off on my foot.
• Mchlwrd (8/5): Lost in Porto - Close to attractions, central and convenient. Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We arrived at 11pm, it was dark and pouring with rain. It was extremely difficult to locate the property. We called the helpline and were directed down a dark, dirty and dubious alley. There was no signage to indicate the entrance, which was a dark steel garage door. We were soaked, and the key was difficult to engage. Also, we were awakened at 4am on Sat by the pounding music of the club in the alley.
• Ariel (10/5): Great place to stay, very close to most of the city attractions - The property was great, very spacious, comfortable, equipped and clean. Very close to some of the most recommended attractions. A lot of stores, restaurants and coffee bars minutes from the property. The only aspect I did not like was the access. At the begginning, the access to the area looks a little bit spooky, but after talking with some locals it was not. The area is very safe.
• Ashley (6/5): I had a good stay and hosts was only a message away should you need them. Again not the hosts fault but the nightclub be - The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The apartment was in a very good location with everything only a short walk away. Hosts were very good and always there if you needed them I didn’t like that literally right outside the property was a nightclub that went on till 6am in the morning on Friday and Saturday nights. Some of the people who attended the club kept ringing the buzzer to our apartment for over an hour which kept us awake. Not the hosts fault so didn’t report it as there was nothing they could of done about it as they can’t control who attends the nightclub but think this should be mentioned when advertising the property
• Chihmin (9/5): Superb - Very good location. It is convient to any other scienic points by foot. Room space is big enough and equipped with laundry. The space of shower is too limited. It's difficult to help my little kid take a shower.
• Darrell (4/5): - Expedia told us that the host would meet us at the door. Turns out you have to check in at Liiving hq which was 6 blocks uphill from the address. They provided a key and sent us on our way. All the time pulling luggage! The access to the apartment was via a back alley. The access was across the the path from Zoom nightclub that is open on weekends 11 pm to 6 am. The alley is lit well but has only one way in. The apartment itself was very nice, power blinds to keep the heat and sound out. The pics lead us to believe there was a patio. There wasn’t and to be fair none was advertised. I would not stay here again.
• Mariia (8/5): Beautiful apartment in the city center - 1. Very spacious, stylish and cozy apartment. Designers made a really great job, it's so pleasant to stay at a place like this. 2. There is everything you may need during your stay. A lot of storage space, washing machine, kitchen with necessary equipment, hair dryer etc. 3. The apartment is centrally located, right in the heart of beautiful Porto. 5 minutes walk from São Bento station & Aliados square. 4. The staff is very helpful. 1. Air conditioner didn't work when we arrived, though we were provided with two floor fans which was great! 2. The apartment is beautifully styled but it really needs proper maintenance (water tap and shower stand in bathroom stagger, broken drawer in kitchen). 3. There is a night club right in front of the apartment. It works on weekends.) 4. You need to check-in at a different place, it's about 10 mins walk from the apartment.
• Chitra (7/5): Sunny quiet and a comfortable apartment. - Convenient location, spacious and sunny. The immediate access road to apartment beyond the ramp was a challenge to go through as cars are parked on either side, a road cobbled and uneven a challenge with wheeled suitcases. A much needed repair! The main access door to apartment through the garage main door was open for an entire day and night was a security concern. After several reminders it was closed host informed the neighbours were responsible. The living room dysfunctional window shade need to be fixed as well as the broken shower stand. Better maintenance of apartment would help. Checking that everything is in order prior to a new client arrival is recommended. The condition of apartment was better when I stayed there two years ago hence my second visit. Host was helpful. Thank you.

• David (7/5): trip in Porto - very nice and clean apartment, fully fonctionnal, with air conditioning. well located in the city center the very front building , across the door of the appartement, is a nightclub, with heavy and loud music and people screaming and talking all night long. we didn’t sleep well on Saturday night :/ might be only on weekends I guess, but it wasn’t comfortable
• Raja (10/5): Luxurt apartment off Manuel Pessos - Great single bedroom apartment. Very modern with all the latest kitchen appliances. The agent that handled our check in was very accommodating and helpful in recommending restaurants and supermarkets etc. It was in the centre of the city with all places of interest nearby.
• SERGE (10/5): Très bel appartement - Appartement très confortable,très propre et bien situé,proche du centre . Seul bémol la petite ruelle sombre qui mène à l'appartement et les ordures du voisinage qui traînent de partout! Mais une fois dans l’immeuble tout est parfait ! Accueil très sympa et professionnel de Benedita .

• Raphael (10/5): Porto - O apartamento é excelente, realmente novo e lindo. A localização na cidade é ótima, o que foge aos elogios é que a entrada do prédio fica num beco. Se vc for a noite, é escuro, mas de dia fica melhor. Outro ponto é a taxa de limpeza, que não é comentada ou precificada antes da reserva. O bom é que se pode pagar em dinheiro ou cartao e tivemos uma recepção pessoal e simpática.

• Matthew (6/5): Excellent inside, in dark alley with loudnightclub - Impeccable apartment, very comfortable interior, clean, great products throughout. Location is central and convenient. BUT, the entrance was in a dark alley in which my girlfriend would not be comfortable walking at night. AND on Friday night there was super loud nightclub music SO close that even with earplugs and the doors and windows closed, we could still hear the pounding music between 1am and 5am. Our attendant Abel was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, needless to say apologetic about the noise.
