• Trang (10/5): Amazing well appointed apartments in great location with rooftop view. - Amazing property. Really clean, furnished with everything needed. Perfect for our family of four. The rooftop terrace with the view over the acropolis was a highlight. In a GREAT location, a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, bars and all the attractions. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive to everything we needed - great food recommendations. Sometimes a little noisy with the church bell tower close by

• Thilagavathy (9/5): Cosy studio apartment in a great location - The studio apartment was clean with a full compact kitchen; complete with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. The furnishings appeared new (to me) Bed was comfortable, showers were good and there was a SMART TV as well Rooftop terrace was a plus where you can chill and could have a smoke and take in the view of a part of the Acropolis Walking distance to most of the sights in the old town like the Acropolis, the museum, Temple of Hephaestus, etc. Great location. Lots of cafes and restaurants and shops within walking distance all around Public transport easily accessible (metro, trams, buses) The hosts gave clear instructions on on how to self check and enter the apartment. You can request to be met and assisted for the check in (for a fee), but I think it is not needed Great communication with the hosts from directions on how to get there, suggestions on sight seeing, shops, laundromat, etc. We were also lucky to be able to check in a bit earlier - thank you. The studio apartment was a bit small - just enough for 2 pax.

We ended up only staying one night, but it was very easy to get around from here. Great place if you’re traveling with a family or need more than one bed. Everything was very good. We didn’t have any face-to-face interaction with our hosts, but they were very responsive if we needed them and the instructions for entering the apartment were very clear. We had no issues with arrival.

• Adele (9/5): Lovely suite, execllent facilities, great location - Lovely property. We were upgraded to the suite when I mentioned it was my birthday which was a lovely gesture. Suite was very spacious, great facilities, modern design, powerful shower. Very clean and central location. Some lovely extra touches too like Greek yoghurts, bottled water and sparkling wine in the fridge. Host was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. Amazing value for the price point. Researched a lot of places and chose this as it had the best reviews. Only negative was the loud church bells in the area that rang from the very early hours of the morning and sometimes on the hour during the night which woke us up. Having said that I think at least one of the days was a religious celebration day so possibly not the usual experience. The property itself was lovely and central location great for exploring Plaka and walking distance from Psyri so this was the only downside

• Kerim (10/5): Couldn't ask for more: fantastic location, attentive management, and a comfortable apartment - The location is the best place to stay for first-time visitors to Athens, as it is within walking distance of all the main attractions. The facilities were excellent. We were able to cook for ourselves when we wanted to, and the beds were super comfortable. The management was amazingly helpful and responsive as well. There was a construction site nearby that had an alarm system which kept going off, probably triggered by one of the neighborhood cats. But the management contacted the owner and had them turn the volume down on the alarm.

• Bryan (9/5): Walk to nearly everything cool in the tourist area of Athens. - Location could not be better. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bed was a bit too firm for soft Americans. It is very loud until late and not for light sleepers,which is because it is in such a fun location. Church bells every half hour all night long as well. Even so I would happily stay here again.

• amy (9/5): Great apartment and location - The apartment was clean and comfortable and is well located. The terrace was lovely and you can see the acropolis from the rooftop terrace. The combo locks were nice so we did not have to deal with keys and the elevator was appreciated with luggage. Check in instructions were clear It days there are reception staff but we never saw anyone on site. Perhaps they work remotely. We could reach them via WhatsApp when needed so no big deal.
• MALCOLM (10/5): Perfect in every way. An outstanding apartment. - Perfect location, within walking distance of museums, archaeological sites and shops. Exceedingly well designed and equipped apartment. Very comfortable indeed and luggage storage available after checking out. The hosts also arranged pickup and return taxis for the airport. Lovely to listen to, but the nearby Cathedral bells do chime through the night. We would certainly return here but would bring some earplugs with us

Ideal per pujar a esmorzar-hi o a sopar. Els anfitrions molt amables, tot i que només tinguem contacte virtual, responen molt ràpid i disposats a fer que l'estada sigui ideal. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with all the major attractions within easy walking distance. The highlight for us was the terrace with its breathtaking, mesmerizing view of the Acropolis at night. Andreas was also a fantastic host, always available and helpful with any questions we had. Kuljetukset toimi hienosti satamasta ja lentokentälle. Hyvä leveä parivuode, kunnon suihku ja laadukkaat pesuaineet, keittiössä runsas varustus, jääkaapissa oli vettä ja jogurtit aamupalaksi itsetehdyllä hillolla. Poistopuhallin vessassa vei kosteuden ja käryt, ilmalämpöpumpulla lämpöä ja viilennystä. Ikkunat ja huonestojen ovet on aivan kamalat, äänieristyksestä ei mitään tietoa! Pimennysverhoina sellaset vanerilevyr mutta ei ne ääntä kadulta vienyt. Ikkunat ja huoneistojen ovet jos vaihtaa tähän paikkaan niin sit täys 10.

Only one thing that could be improved is windows that are triple glazed to be quieter. There was lots of noise, as you’d expect in a city, but thicker windows may improve this.

The location was perfect for our first time in Athens. Close to everything! We would wander into new neighborhoods and always find our way back to Plaka quite easily. Note that the site says parking is available and it is, but it is not free. The host gave us 2 options for overnight parking. The owners of the place we chose were very nice and accommodating as well. Yes, it is loud in the area so bring your ear plugs. • Gaston (10/5): Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Plaka - The Marble Suites is perfectly located right in the center of Plaka, making it an ideal base for exploring Athens. The apartments are spacious, modern, and fully equipped, offering both comfort and convenience. A lovely personal touch awaited us in the fridge—a serving of yogurt with homemade cherry sauce—which was absolutely delightful. Our transfer was scheduled for 1 pm, and the host kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours, which we truly appreciated. The amenities exceeded expectations. The shampoo and conditioner were of excellent quality—nothing like the usual hotel products—and even available for purchase. The large balconies were a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing. Internet was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable. Overall, the thoughtful details and warm hospitality made our stay outstanding. Highly recommended!

• Liza (10/5): Perfect stay! - We loved our time at Marble Suites! The hosts were wonderful and gave very clear instructions, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The apartment is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and perfectly located in Plaka, just steps away from the best of Athens. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
