• Claudia (10/5): Sehr entspannter Urlaub mit unglaublich nettem Personal - Unglaublich nettes Personal, was sich um einen gekümmert hat! Selbst als die Klimaanlage ausgefallen ist, wurden wir direkt durch das Hotel informiert und es wurde alles getan, um das schnellstmöglich zu beheben. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Die Lage am Strand war perfekt. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Rethymnon, wo es tolle Restaurants gibt und insbesondere abends eine schöne Stimmung herrscht. Leider fällt die Qualität des Essens im hoteleigenen Restaurant zum Niveau des Hotels ab. Schade, denn die Aussicht dort oben ist toll!

The staff is nice, keeping the cups full and the table clean; hotel staff is helpful and nice as well. Great housekeeping, they change the sheets daily. This is not a five star hotel, but 3. The towels are used a little too many times, the pools are not heated, the view from the room is not pretty, the private pools are not private. During our stay of 6 nights, the hot water was off twice for hours. The decor is minimal.

Schwer zu parken! Zwischen Strand und Hotel ist ein Pool von Anderen Hotels! Ganz schlimm! Sauna kostet extra.Vom Restaurant schaut man auf diesen komischen Pool?? Zum Strand läuft man da durch!

• Lieve (5/5): mooi modern hotel maar zeker geen 5 sterren waard ! - het hotel was goed gelegen in de buurt van winkelstraat en restaurants en dicht bij het strand de poetsdienst waren heel vriendelijk in de straat een goed restaurant " Finikas " waar je fantastisch kunt eten prijs / kwaliteit prijs / kwaliteit , de kamer was niet groot; kleerkast voor 1 persoon ; douche en toilet in dezelfde kleine ruimte, na het douchen is alles nat ; ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde , geen variatie , weinig keuze , broodjes worden niet aangevuld ,charcuterie ligt te zweten op de schotels ; het uitzicht van de ontbijtruimte is een kleine ligweide die gedeeld wordt met 5 andere hotels in de straat ; kleine ondergrondse garage voor amper 10 wagens die zowel voor personeel als hotelgasten dienst doet ; er liep veel onvriendelijk personeel rond

The staff was super nice, always smiling, always very helpful. The room was great, the beds were OMG-WOW! Beautiful swimming pool. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Nothing to mention.
• Sandra (3/5): Estancia muy mejorable - Me gustó la posicna del bar La habitación era incómoda en general al igual que lo servicios. Pero lo que en definitiva llevamos mal fue el baño sucio con la ducha llena de moho. Pedimos la limpiaran mejor pero poco mejoró. El baño mal distribuido muy pequeño. Olvidaron hacer el aseo de la habitación el día previo al check out. El desayuno en general bien pero el cocinero solo sabía hacer omelette con queso (no se le podía pedir nada más). Se tenían que pedir y entregar las toallas de piscina en el spa, pero nunca había toallas o no estaba la persona a cargo, entonces debíamos ir a recepción que primero protestaban y te regresaban al spa, y al final de las entregaban. El trato del personal en general aceptable pero nos pareció descortés.

• Horst Manfred (8/5): - Die Unetrkunft ist relativ neuwertig und modern. Das Personal ist auch bemüht den Zustand zu erhalten, was ach größtenteils gelingt. Einzig in den Sanitärbereichen der Zimmer ist dies nur eingeschränkt gelungen, da hi und da die Fugen entweder nicht mehr vorhanden oder gar leicht löchrig sind. Dies hat u.a. bei uns dazu geführt das nach dem Duschen regelmäßig das Bad unter Wasser stand. Ansonsten war alles elektrische Finktionstüchtig. Das Frühstück ist Vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einiges Manko ist das Servicepersonal, dass öfters einmal eine Bestellung (Kaffee, O-Saft, o.ä. gerne und wiederholt vergisst. Eigentlich schade, wenn man bedenkt, dass 2 Servicekräfte explizit dafür abgestellt sind nd das bei durchschnittlich max. 40 Frühstücksgästen parallel. Man muss Wissen, dass der Pool inkl. Kiosk/Bar nicht zum Hotel gehören und diese am Pool als auch am Strand gesondert abrechnen. Ein sichtbarer Hinweis bei Anreise oder duch die Rezeption wäre hilfreich gewesen. Auch die freien Liegen (inkl. Schirme) am Strand sind limitiert und somit kann es einem durchaus passieren, dass man nicht direkt eine frei Liege beim Strandbesuch erhält. Ansonsten ist das Hotel inkl. der Anlage durchaus empfehlenswert, da man auch eigens mitgebrachte Getränke aus dem Supermarkt in der Anlage konsumieren darf.

• Leonardo (6/5): Tanto da migliorare - Struttura sul mare abbastanza nuova, stanze accoglienti e delle dimensioni giuste per 4. Noi abbiamo scelto quella con piscina privata. Zona piscina sita al secondo piano bella con bar/ristorante e magnifico tramonto. La quasi totalità dei dipendenti era donna dunque ottimo servizio e sorrisi (tranne qualche eccezione) Struttura generale non a livello delle 5 stelle. Palestra e spa (in realtà una pozza accanto alla palestra al piano meno 1) non degne neanche di un 3 stelle. Colazione sufficiente ma non all’altezza e cucina idem (abbiamo mangiato un paio di volte). Cosa fantastica davanti all’albergo c’era una piscina aperta a tutti (!) e la spiaggia era divisa, da una parte, ombrelloni per gli ospiti dell’hotel (forse 30) e, dall’altra, ombrelloni per utenti paganti (molto di più). Non apro il capitolo pulizia perché in Grecia, in generale, non è delle migliori ma li ha raggiunto il massimo!

Le roof top offre une vue à couper le souffle ,idéale pour profiter du coucher de soleil en sirotant un cocktail.La piscine sur le toit est tout simplement sensationnelle:eau parfaite ,ambiance chic et détente absolue.Un vrai moment hors du temps ,entre ciel et ville. Seul bémol : le garage est très étroit ,ce qui peut présenter un risque certain d'abimer les véhicules .Les manoeuvres pour rentrer ou sortir relève du pilotage au cordon et convient uniquement aux voitures de petits gabarit.Gros modele ,n'y penser pas ,vous ne pourriez pas ressortir.Un parking extérieur même payant serait le bienvenu surtout pour un hôtel cinq étoiles.

• Roman (9/5): - Ein tolles modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Fühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Der Kaffee aus der Kolbenmaschine war ebenfalls beste Qualität. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The lady manager was very nice and tried to help us with everything. Big greetings to Joanna from the restaurant, who we had a lot of fun with and made us feel warmly welcome. The nearby town is full of restaurants, bars and shops, the beach is a minute away, so great. We will definitely come back here again.

• Vima (8/5): Des vacances bienveillantes en famille - Le personnel était adorable, des serveurs, au manager et aux femmes de ménage. La chambre est très belle, le restaurant très bon, la piscine magnifique surtout le soir. Tout était très bien. S’il fallait faire une critique je dirai peut être quelques petits manquements dans les équipements : des mouchoirs dans la salle de bain.

• Samuel (8/5): Gute Lage, nette Mitarbeiter - Gute Lage, nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße. Privatpool super. Wir sind mit 5 Monate altem Baby gereist und haben kostenlos ein babybett zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Mitarbeiter alle freundlich. Man fühlt sich wohl. Wir waren um 10 Uhr beim Frühstück, es gab keine Brötchen mehr und haben auch keine mehr bekommen, obwohl das Frühstücksbuffet bis 10:30 Uhr geöffnet war. Es gab um 19 Uhr keine Handtücher mehr, obwohl der Pool bis 20 Uhr geöffnet war.
• Dünki (10/5): Immer wieder gern..wir kommen wieder. - Das Hotel ist zentral und doch am Ende de Strasse ( Sackgasse ) ruhig gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinne wünsche offen und das Angebot ist jeden tag einwenig anders. der Rooftop Pool ist toll und die aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten drum rum bieten für jeden etwas. das Personal sehr gastfreudlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit Die aufhänge möglichkeiten im Bad sind zuwenig , auch der Wäscheständer au2 Bf dem Balkon bietet zuwenig Platz für 4 Badetücher und Badekleider. Die beiden Stühle auf dem Balkon sind zwar bequem aber richtig entspannen ässt sich darin nicht.

Finde es unnötig, dass die Tücher ständig gewechselt wurden. Nur auf Anfrage nicht🙈. Die Aussicht ist auf einen Parkplatz. Ausser bei den Poolzimmer.

Helaas was de kamer niet klaar bij aankomst, terwijl de inchecktijd volgens Expedia 13:00 uur was, konden wij pas om 14:30 uur op de kamer. Hotel was niet op de hoogte van de geboden VIP voordelen, dus deze helaas ook niet gehad. Ontbijt is super en ook het strand is prachtig!

• Katharina (10/5): Alles top! Sehr zu empfehlen - Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, die Anlage sehr sauber und die Ausstattung echt top! Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Den Strand sowie einige Restaurants, Bars und Shops direkt um die Ecke Eigentlich gibt es nicht wirklich was zu beanstanden. Beim Frühstück wären Informationsschilder gut gewesen und beim privaten Pool ein Sichtschutz nach rechts und links zu den Nachbarn

• Helena (8/5): Relaxing holidays in this calm and private hotel. - Lovely rooms and good facilities at the hotel. Nice ambiance in the outdoor poolarea and restaurant/bar. Superb and friendly staff, discrete thorough cleaning of room. We were never disturbed. Excellent access to the beach and extra pool area. There is not much to do close to the hotel. We were there at the end of the season so a few establishments were closed and we had to go into town (5kms) for a nice meal. The hotel has good food though but we like to explore a bit. A little bit strange with entrance through the bath room. The outdoor pool is not heated so it will be fresh early and late in the season. Not sure how well the air con will cope at higher outdoor temperatures than we had.

• Tatiana (10/5): Fantastic place! - The place is spotless, and it's a great location to the beach and a 40 min walk to the near town centre of Rhethmno. it was still quite hot in October and the staff was always very helpful. We got the room with the private pool and it was absolutely delightful to be there. More expensive but totally worth it. The breakfast was very good but the hot counter lights weren't strong enough to keep some of it hot.

• marc (8/5): En deçà des attentes - Emplacement Service Déjeuner et café fantastique Zone piscine et bar WoW Pour le prix d’une suite vip, le lit queen fait de 2 petits lits jumeaux c’est un peu incompréhensible… confort très moyen… GROSSE DÉCEPTION … on paie pour une piscine privée mais finalement eau non chauffée donc inutilisable à moins de vouloir vraiment se baigner….

• sirpatrik (4/5): Good if you are young and care for nothing. Otherwise avoid. - Friendly staff. Good variety for breakfast. the pool was fantastic. The room was very disappointing. Small, and the bed was a nightmare. I had back pain after my holidays. Also the hotel has an engineering problem: the echo. I could hear everything at night, including the reception and the pool. This made the experience noisy.

• Cédric (7/5): - Beautiful pool and good situation if you have a car The hotel style is great For a 5 stars hotel, I expect that the room will be perfectly clean. In our room there were 4 contact lenses that were stuck on the night table. The music style around the pool was techno and when asked if the music could be change to a "less agressive style", they responded us that is the manager choice and it was not possible to change because he decide.
