• Kristin (8/5): My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here - I like the place—the size of the room, the couch, the two TVs, and the space with the fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. I also like the bathroom’s modern style. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and our room was not cleaned at all during our stay—even though I requested cleaning for at least one day. The breakfast is the same every day.It would be nice if the protein options could be changed every day.

• Voyager52913113734 (6/5): Not for couples. - On first appearances a nice clean and spacious accommodation. We had booked for three nights and were in an executive twin, comfy beds pillows not so much. As Inam a very light sleeper Inrequested a room away from the lifts and as quiet a room as possible, not so. One room away from lifts on the second floor with a rowdy family over the top I was fed up complaining, they were playing ball and running all the time for hours.. The receptionist as nice as she was said she would phone them to be quiet after 10(really). I just gave up , we also had a dog next door which barked constantly. Whoever allocates these rooms needs to give customers like us some thought, put the families and pets on the ground floor, or move us to the top it’s a no brainier. It spoilt our entire stay. We had travelled over 5,000 miles to visit. I did say I wanted to make a formal complaint but wasn’t even replied to.. maybe these hotel chains want families and pets over decent customers.

• Bogdan (8/5): Short stay in Kanab - Everything you need from a motel when you are travelling. Breakfast was great: plentiful and a lot of assortment. The bathroom door is heavy and loud. The lady at the reception did not understand our request for extra sheets and a blanket.

• Fiona (9/5): We've stayed in a few Wyndham apartments and this didn't disappoint. Would stay here again. - The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and cosy. We had breakfast - my daughters enjoyed the waffles they made! We used the Guest Laundry with no dramas. Everything was fine for our short stay in Kanab.

And the breakfast staff taking care of the food were rude and huffed at is when we asked for more of some things that were out. And your staff that cleans the tables after guests are done eating was terrible at cleaning the tables. There was still food on the table after he was done cleaning as well as he used the same towel he was cleaning tables with to wipe his nose 🤢 also while people were eating he was standing there sniffing and making the snorting up booger sounds. That's disgusting while eating.

• U9160BHbillym (2/5): Room was Trashed and wws harrassed by customer at la quinta kanab. - La Quinta Inn – Kanab, Utah My stay at this La Quinta was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. When I entered the room, it was clearly not cleaned properly. There appeared to be what looked like a poop smear on the bathroom floor and on some of the towels, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel room and honestly felt like a biohazard. On top of that, the non-slip mat in the shower was actually more slippery than the shower floor itself, which created a safety concern. The next morning at 7:30 AM, I was woken up by the front desk and told that I needed to move my truck immediately. I went outside to move it, only to find that the people who supposedly needed the space had already moved their vehicle. After that, the individual involved began harassing me, which made the situation even worse. I reported the incident to the hotel. They told me they would speak to the people if they returned, which honestly did not seem like a real resolution. I also contacted Wyndham customer care, and they essentially told me there was nothing they could do on their side, which was extremely frustrating. As a pilot car driver, I travel frequently with truck drivers and we stay in hotels across the country all the time. We usually rotate between Wyndham and Choice Hotels, but based on this experience I don’t believe this type of situation would have been allowed to happen at a Choice property. Considering I paid over $100 for this room, the lack of cleanliness, the disturbance, and the poor response from both the hotel and Wyndham were very disappointing. Because of this experience, my group and I will likely be sticking with Choice Hotels for the foreseeable future until Wyndham improves how it handles guest issues and ensures rooms are actually clean before check-in.
