• Bibi (7/5): - Die Lage zum Zentrum war sehr gut. Wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Piazza Garibaldi. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Zimmer mit Balkon in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht, doch leider waren das lediglich Snacks (Zwieback, 2 Croissants, kleine Marmelade und 2 kleine Säfte) IM ZIMMER. Es gibt keinen Frühstücksraum. Unter der Dusche hatte man mehr kaltes, als warmes Wasser. Die Toilettenbrille ist nicht richtig befestigt. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie jederzeit runter fällt. Es war dauerhaft ein unangenehmer, muffiger Duft im Zimmer, dass es so schlimm war, dass wir das gemeldet haben. Man hat sich wohl darum gekümmert, es war dann zwar etwas besser, aber dieser Geruch blieb fortan. Der Eigentümer konnte es nicht riechen. Trotzdem hatten wir das Gefühl, dass wir ernst genommen werden.
• Adrianna (9/5): Idealne mieszkanie jeśli chodzi o stosunek jakości do ceny - Pokój czysty, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne ogromnym plusem łazienka, ekspres do kawy i czajnik. Ładnie i nowocześnie jak na zdjęciach. Małe usterki w pokoju i łazience, które nie przeszkadzały aż tak, co nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience. Widziałabym automatyczny check in co by zaoszczędziło czasu obu stronom.

• Nehani (5/5): Mediocre - Il materasso è molto comodo! Il bagno faceva cattivo odore, forse dovuto dalla scarsa manutenzione della fognatura, sul bidet usciva solo un filo di acqua e per giunta solo fredda e nemmeno dal lavandino usciva acqua calda ma solo dalla doccia

Il giorno dopo, tornate in albergo intorno alle 14, chiave di servizio inserita nella toppa, escono dal "nostro" bagno due ragazze non meglio identificate con la madre e la signora delle camere che attendevano fuori. Colazione con merendine confezionate e macchina per il caffè/cappuccino all'ingresso. Quartiere non troppo tranquillo.

• Jana (10/5): Pěkný hotel na nepěkném, ale strategicky velmi dobrém místě. - Super hotel v nejhnusnější ulici Neapole :-) Kousek od nádraží, hned vedle velký supermarket, pár kroků od historického centra. Hotel je umístěn ve vnitrobloku, čisťoučký, pohodlný. Nepochopila jsem systém zaplacených snídaní. Po příchodu na pokoj jsem měla na stole tác s baleným pečivem a marmeládou, džusem a vodou ( kávu lze udělat kdykoliv v kávovaru na recepci). Očekávala jsem, že se bude každý den doplňovat, ale nestalo se. Vzhledem k tomu, že kolem hotelu je spousta kaváren i supermarket, tak mi to zas tak nevadilo. Ale je to divné.

• Labriska (6/5): - Las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares y la habitación es muy tranquila, también me gustó que tiene muy buen aire acondicionado tanto para el frío como para el calor y la bienvenida que te dan enseñando la habitación es muy agradable No me gustó la zona donde está y eso que el centro de Nápoles pero hay mucho vandalismo y de noche no recomiendo andar allí, el mango de la ducha está rota y no se regula el agua o te sale muy caliente o te sale muy fria
• Persico (8/5): Ideal para hacer compras en la zona y viaje corto. - La habitación es amplia y tiene buena luz natural.la ubicación es céntrica aunque el barrio no parece muy seguro para andar de noche, y el edificio tiene sus años pero funciona el ascensor sin problema. El desayuno, es en la habitación y para ser que se cobra aparte no fue de mi agrado.

La struttura non sembrava molto pulita, abbiamo trovato nel cassetto delle delle fette biscottate palesemente vecchie e un vecchio fazzoletto abbandonato da chissà quanto in un cassetto vicino al letto.

Madraci na kojima smo spavali su imali fleke po sebi a na ručnicima su bile crvene mrlje od šminke Lift se plaća 10 centi

We booked 2 rooms and the two rooms smell awful, because of some blankets in the wardrobe, which have never been washed, but something probably decomposes there. Also on the sheets had someone's hair and dirty spots. Also in one bedroom were forgotten someone's underwear. The shower in one room are broken and it was impossible to use. Also the half of glass screen in bathroom was broken and the pieces of it were in drain and in a toilet. In other bathroom the towel holders falls when you just touch them. We told about problems to the man who gave us a keys and he told that for the next day will be change the shower, but this didn't happend. The communication was difficult because man didn't know english. But if you despite everythink choose this place to stay prepare some money for elevator, because they are necessary for every use.

• Laura Katharina (1/5): NIGHTMARE - do NOT stay here - The staff was friendly and the bed itself was not too uncomfortable Everything else utter nightmare! Check in was from 12, we said we’re there at 12 and got sent away for 1h so the room can be cleaned! We came back and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. The bedding was crusty with god knows what, pillows and towels were dirty. There was even a pee stain on the toilet 🤢 The room smelled terrible, we got the wrong room as we paid for the room with the little Mountain View and instead watched into someone else’s room so close was our balcony to theirs. The shower is only cold. Can get warm if you turn the tab on first but only for a good minute and gets freezing cold after. The shower is clocked so after the minute the water also nearly runs over so utterly useless regardless. Luggage storage is leaving the luggage for everyone to take in the main entrance. Not safe at all. Side note, you need 10 cent each time you go up and down the elevator and as it’s in the 7th floor you can’t walk it. So bring enough 10 cents with you. Or better don’t come here at all!!! Complete nightmare and super dirty

It was mentioned that they will provide breakfast and when i asked for the breakfast they said they only have non veg option. We asked to provide bread, jam and juices. Which they did but when i asked breakfast for the next day they didnt respond to my messages. Bathroom door was broken too. Such a horrible experience it was.
• Diego (3/5): Long - Le monsieur qui s’occupe de l’établissement était réactif aux questions et face aux problèmes rencontrés lors du séjour. Alors le plus gros point négatif est de loin l’hygiène et l’état générale du lieu. Mauvaise odeur ( urine) dans l’armoire , taches sur les draps. Le fameux déjeuner compris était 2 3 bonbons poser sur une table et une machine à café qui coulait de partout.

Tralasciando la posizione dell'appartamento tra immondizia e il quartiere poco sicuro, salendo in appartamento abbiamo trovato la camera completamente sporca. Lenzuola mai cambiate piene di macchie e capelli. Bagno altrettanto. Dopo un lungo viaggio di 8 ore in nave ci siamo cimentati nel pulire noi la camera la disperazione per la stanchezza e pur di dormire, porta anche a questo! il signore alla reception mi ha fornito le lenzuola spero pulite e il detersivo , abbiamo dovuto rifare i letti e pulire il bagno. Non vi dico altro. Sono stata risarcita solamente della tassa di soggiorno. Vergogna. Mai più non andate in questa bettola.

• Paola (6/5): Buen lugar, pésimo servicio de personal y ubicación. - Está muy cerca de la estación central, era una habitación privada con baño. Había toallas sucias y un cuchillo usado en el pan que ofrecían en la habitación. Las sábanas estaban manchadas. Sin embargo, lo peor fue el personal. Dos días seguidos nos abrieron la puerta del cuarto a las 9-10 SIN tocar antes porque estaban haciendo la limpieza. Cómo no salíamos a la hora que nos abrieron, nos dejaron un papel de baño en la puerta. Y cuando regresamos ya estaba adentro, no habían hecho ninguna clase de aseo ni tendido la cama, entonces no entiendo para qué abrieron la puerta antes o incluso entraron. El segundo día, sin embargo, no sólo no tocaron antes de abrir la puerta,, la señora ENTRÓ hasta la cama pese a que le grité que estaba ocupado. Entró, examinó la habitacion y yo estaba en ropa interior diciéndole que se fuera y no se fue inmediatamente. Cinco minutos después, volvió a entrar y me dijo que necesitaba hacer el aseo ya. (Mi check out era a las 10:30) Básicamente nos estaban corriendo incomodándonos. Pésimo personal, también la ubicación es muy cercana a la estación de trenes y Flixbus, pero la zona es peligrosa y llena de comercio.

• Boglárka (5/5): - Az első nap ingyen volt a lift, a többi nap 20 cent volt. Kaptunk ingyen reggelit, ami nagyon basic volt. Négyőnkre 2 kávékapszulát, de szóltunk, es kaptunk még. A környék igazi gettó feeling, rengeteg szemét, húgy és fűszag az utcán.

• SELCUK (8/5): Schönes Zimmer Aber beängstigende Lage. - Appartement war sehr komfortabel und gut. Die Lage ist sehr beängstigend. Nachts muss man an das geparkte Auto denken dass aufgrund fast unmöglichen Parkplätzen irgendwo in einer der dunklen Ecken steht. Personal: teilweise sehr lange Wartezeit auf weitere Anweisungen. Habe unten am Eingang 20 Minuten gewartet, sollte wohl auf Ebene 7 hoch. Aber steht nirgendwo ein Wegweiser. Auch telefonisch und sms schlechte Führung. Ebenso mit mir ein weiterer Gast aus Russland.

• Roberto (1/5): - La stanza in sé non era male, in quanto pulita, con aria condizionata più che efficiente, dotata di prodotti confezionati per la colazione e di quelli per la toilette.. La cosa terribile, indicibile e disastrosa è la posizione: in un quartiere totalmente degradato, pieno di spazzatura ovunque, che trasudava incuria, immane sporcizia, degrado ed insicurezza. Avendo due cani da fare sgambare, devo evidenziare che passeggiare in quella zona di sera ha richiesto una notevole dose di coraggio. A nulla serve la relativa vicinanza della struttura al centro.

• Moreno (8/5): Habitación súper cómoda y amplia - La habitación súper amplia y cómoda. El baño perfecto estado, había aire acondicionado y teníamos un balcón amplio. Nos encantó La atencion sin mas. El casero nunca apareció, pero me llamó por teléfono pidiendo que abra la puerta. La que nos recepciono era la chica de limpieza que no se enteraba mucho de nada. Un poco raro eso en general.
