- Alexis (7/5): Ottima struttura nel centro di Palermo e vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche - Posizione perfetta per visitare la città, ottima e moderna struttura, pulizia e cura degli ambienti, camera spaziosa e ariosa con le giuste dotazioni, letto molto comodo. Grande celerità nel procurarci un transfer per l'aeroporto senza che nemmeno lo avessimo prenotato, molto apprezzata. Un aspetto particolarmente grave è stato la mancanza di acqua calda in bagno per diversi minuti in orario tardo pomeridiano, al quale la struttura non ha saputo rimediare prontamente. Insonorizzazione delle camere migliorabile.

L'hotel sorge in una piazzetta tranquillissima e silenziosa nonostante stia a 100 metri dalla centralissima via Roma Sicuramente la prima colazione. E' vero che siamo andati in periodo invernale con la struttura quasi vuota, però il prezzo pagato comprendeva una ottima prima colazione che invece era proprio misera....
- Philippa (8/5): - The location is perfect. There's the elevator. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean.. The space in the room is right. The air-condition is centrally controlled. Hence we could not alter the temperature and the mode. The room was hot and the air-conditioning was 24°C heat mode. The dcor of the room is bare but ok. The sound proofing is inexistant. So you either wake up at 7am like the other guests or earlier. I could hear a loud humming coming from other rooms. Not sure if it's a water pump or the extractor but the noise was loud and wouldn't let me sleep. For a 4 star hotel, which is pricey compared to others. I expected something more.

- DayTrip40569007614 (10/5): Smart hotel, ideal location. - Smart, modern hotel with fridge, safe , plenty of towels and toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Rooms are spacious and reasonably priced for a city hotel. Close to historic centre and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Some nightime noise, inevitably in city centre. Receptionists are friendly and helpful, in particular Valentina. Good breakfast but if you want just an expresso and croissant, there's a nice litle cafe opposite.

Location was fantastic, there are many restaurants within an easy walk. Room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were unsure of all the hotels we looked at in Palermo but we were glad we settled on this one.

The housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our rooms super clean. I will definitely and highly recommend this place. And to top it off, it’s close to the trains and walkable to cathedral 👍

I highly recommend the hotel. The only negative thing I would say would be the parking because of course you’re in the center of the city, but they do have a 24 hour parking garage about 500 m away which cost 25 euro a day.

The staff was accommodating to our schedule, the location was perfect and walkable to the sites and the front desk was very friendly and helpfully assisting in navigating our itinerary and making great suggestions. - Dawna (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at this wonderfully located hotel. - The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all the sights and restaurants in the historic center of Palermo. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a wide selection of traditional breakfast foods including Sicilian specialities. There is a bar down the side street next to the hotel that can be loud late a night for those rooms facing that street.

- marthadN2563VH (10/5): Wonderful hotel in good location - This was a great location and an ideal hotel to rescue my trip to Palermo. I had booked at another hotel that was rundown and isolated. This hotel lifted my mood and allowed me to enjoy my short stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommend it!
- Katherine (9/5): Great location, surprisingly excellent breakfast. - The breakfast was a nice surprise. The location was perfect for seeing the sites and getting around by foot. The rooms and common areas were nice and clean. In general (with one exception), the staff were exceptionally welcoming and lovely. It was a little noisy but I think that is what happens when you stay in the Kalsa district.
- Timothy (10/5): - The hotel is well-located for walking in the city. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The train station is easily within walking distance, but the hotel is in a fairly quiet area. This hotel is a great base for seeing Palermo and the surrounding area.
