Lavabo et douche bouchés, support papier toilette cassé, tapis à l'entrée abîmé, taches sur les murs et la tête de lit... Qualité globale de la chambre très décevante ne correspondant pas à l'apparence globale de l'établissement.

Rooms need better ventilation or a stronger bathroom fan, as the shower creates an enduring humidity. We just had the patio door open to help dry the air out. Overall it felt like luxury. I would visit again if I were in the area.

A localização, a vegetação, a arquitetura, o conforto, o atendimento , a culinária e a proposta deste hotel são simplesmente sublimes. A sensação é mistura do rústico com o moderno, do requinte com a simplicidade, da natureza com os cheiros e sabores… Adoramos tudo e sim, existe algum ponto para melhorar, mas tivemos a certeza que todo o resto supera e muito qualquer expectativa.

- Lorena (6/5): - The grounds are beautiful, breakfast was excellent, staff very courteous but the rooms disappoint. We had 2 separate rooms, modern decor and very clean. However they were dark and rather cold. In one rooms the heating unit didn’t work. They have additional radiators but they plug them into sockets that turn off when the lights go off. Someone should warn about this!. We didn’t realized until the next day. The bathrooms don’t have curtains and it’s a big mess when taking a shower, they look outdated compared to the rooms. They were also freezing cold, had leaks from the sink and the toilet didn’t work properly, kept running water. Not the price tag.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful place but over crowded on weekends - Our stay was overall very nice. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent, and the location was lovely. However, I’d like to share our experience of staying over the weekend. Both the breakfast area and the spa were extremely crowded. Breakfast: I highly recommend going before 9 AM; otherwise, you may find yourself queuing for a table, waiting for plates, and struggling to access the buffet. Spa: Unfortunately, we found the pool water quite cold, which made it less relaxing. Additionally, I suggest visiting during adult-only hours for a more peaceful experience. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of available seating. Throughout our entire time at the spa, we couldn’t find a place to sit because many chairs were occupied by unattended towels. It was unclear whether these spots were actually taken or if people simply left their belongings without consideration for others. This could be better managed to improve the experience for all guests. Overall, the hotel has a lot of great qualities, but managing peak-time crowds could make the stay even better.

De l’accueil jusqu’au pavillon À , en passant par le petit pont: pas d’éclairage ce n’est pas pratique car les allées terreuses ont des trous/ cuves d’eau La chambre : très agréable mais il fait un peu froid😅 impossible de régler pour mettre en route un peu de chaleur 😕 Les personnel: accueil, assistant / technicien / serveur/ l’espace bar … très très sympathique s Très bel endroit, bravo !!!!

Le reste n’est pas aussi positif : spa moyen, piscine froide (non-chauffée!) et triste, chemins et certains espaces verts manquent d’entretien, tartre et moisissures dans les SdB. Bref, mauvais rapport qualité/prix élevé pour un 4*
- SE MIN (8/5): - 아침 조식과 저녁식사가 아주 좋았어요. 식당과 음식픽업,룸서비스, bar 등 고객이 선택할수는 폭이 많아서 좋았어요. 아이와 같이 동반한 고객들은 마켓에서 주문후 숙소에서 먹어도 좋았을것 같아요! 수영장과 산책로도 훌륭했어요. 다만 룸 컨디션은 조금 아쉬었어요. 침실 커튼이 올라가지 않고 소파베드가 펴져 있어서 방을 바꿨는데 바꾼방 침실도 커텐이 올라가지 않더군요.. 화장실 컨디션도깨끗했지만 물때가 보여 그닥 좋지는 않았어요. 옷장안 거미가 있었는데 자연친화적인 곳이라 그러려니 했습니다. 또한 더블 결재가 되어 호텔 체크아웃전 해결했지만 이런 디테일한 부분에서 조금 실망스러웠어요. 그러나 직원이 친절히 잘 대처해 주었어요. 대부분의 직원분들이 매우 친절한 것도 큰 장점이었어요.
- laure (10/5): Chez soi en mieux - Un endroit plein de charme où j'ai pris plaisir à séjourner chaque semaine pendant plusieur mois. Les espaces communs et les chambres ont été rénovés avec beaucoup de gôut, le petit déjeuner est incroyable, les plats du restaurant savoureux. Un bravo tout particulier au personnel de l'accueil, très accueillant, professionnel et efficace !

- David (8/5): - The hotel was generally nice, but can I please leave a compliment for the person who cleaned room 701 on Saturday 29 June. We stay in hotels quite a bit and normally following the first day rooms aren’t often cleaned to the same standards as on arrival, but this person was exceptional, the level of detail made the room feel as if we’d just arrived. Please management, if you can acknowledge this to the member of staff in question we’d be grateful. Thank you to whomever cleaned room 701 🤗!

- noelle (8/5): - The place is beautiful and set-up like a garden; no Hardscape to walk on- long dresses and heels not advised. The birds were singing and perfect flowering gardens everywhere. The pool is truly spectacular, one of my favorite places on the grounds. English travelers must remember French is the first language at this property and only a few people here speak English. Soft close doors are so NEEDED. The noice from the slamming room doors was so loud that my Apple Watch recorded it as loud! Haha I would say just bring eye masks and earplugs and you will be good.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Une honte - Points négatifs: - plus d’une heure pour retirer les clefs de la chambre ….. cf photo, une file pareille n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4* - une caution justifiée par la garantie des consommation du minibar.. cf photo, minibar vide, uniquement 2 bouteilles d’eau - réveil à 9h par les femmes de ménage qui rentrent dans la chambre … UNE HONTE ! - e-mail prévenant qu’un créneau de 2h doit être réservé pour l’accès à piscine et SPA, appel directement suite à l’e-mail, créneaux tous déjà pris, uniquement 1 heure disponible - clients en basket dans le spa - 50 minutes d’attente pour les entrées avec une réservation à 21:30. Pas un morceau de pain pour patienter … Nous nous sommes plaints plusieurs fois au personnel qui nous a expliqué que « les clients hôtels.com / expedia ne sont pas prioritaires sur ordre de la direction », que c’est normal d’attendre aussi longtemps pour avoir sa clef ou dîner, etc. Points positifs: Ceux qui sont considéré comme « le petit personnel » (bagagiste, serveur, etc) sont supers. Tous très à l’écoute, disponibles et concernés. Eux aussi sont embêtés par ces situations et doivent assumer des choix qui ne sont pas les leurs. Le problème réside dans le management et la direction, qui cherchent à remplir le plus possible l’ hôtel, au détriment de la qualité de service, et en poussant son personnel à assumer des choix indigne de son standard.

Mais pour moi le petit plus est d’avoir été logé en chambre 920 avec une terrasse extérieur qui donne sur la nature .

Check in was a nightmare as, for some reason, they said we had booked 2 rooms which we definitely had not and was later proved. No meal service to rooms for late arrivals. During our 2 day stay our room was not cleaned, nor was bed made even though I requested for it to be with housekeeping. No bottled water replaced. Bathroom door stuck so when using bathroom at night, door made a shocking noise waking my husband up. Avoid this hotel!

Les saunas et hammam était également impraticable en raison de l'affluence. Le personnel était débordé. La piscine était sale et des enfants sautaient dans tous les sens. Aucun respect. Impossible de se reposer.
- Guillaume (6/5): Dommage - Le Park Hyatt de Chantilly est un hôtel plein de promesses, lorsqu’on arrive sur le domaine car c’est un domaine les premiers bâtiments sont des bâtiments de charme et d’histoire, l’accueil est sympathique et simple comme on aime. Passer l’arrivée et la découverte des chambres nous changeons de décor nous voici au Park Hyatt Charles-de-Gaulle Étoile aéroport bâtiment standardisé uniformiser sans charme sans décoration comme vous pourrez le voir sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité mais en version cantine avec très peu de personnel. Le spa quant à lui est un très bel endroit avec hammam sauna piscine salle de relaxation le personnel est adorable mais là c’est encore il manque de chaleur. En général l’hôtel est un lieu qui manque fortement de chaleur de personnalité et cela se reflète dans la clientèle que l’on y retrouve, je classerais cette hôtel plutôt dans un hôtel quatre étoiles touristiques entre parenthèses de Masse. Cela est bien dommage car tout le personnel est quand même très agréable le lieu est un bon point de départ pour de très belles balades en forêt est très calme pour dormir. Au moment du check août impossible d’imprimer la facture et de plus la plupart des clients qui faisait leurs check août se plaignait d’un manque dans leur chambre ou dans l’hôtel ou de choses qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pour ma part nous avions réclamé des mouchoirs dans la chambre qui n’ont jamais été amené et comme vous pourrez le voir aussi la propreté de la terrasse laisse
- Alexandre (8/5): Sentiments mitigés - Magnifiques bâtiments et chambres très confortables. Le problème est la caution demandée à mon arrivée de 100 € par jour. L'impression d'être un voleur ou un délinquant m'a envahit. La salle de fitness est très moderne et bien équipée, mais dommage que la piscine ait fermée à 20 h. Quand on rentre tard de notre journée de travail cela aurait fait du bien.

On a réservé avec ma copine pour passer un week-end relaxant pour le nouvel an, a notre arrivé on a décidé de prendre un petit apéro au bar..plateau médiocre de charcuterie, on savait que s’est pris en retard et il y avait plus de disponibilité au restaurant on s’est dit c’est n’est si grave, alors on décide de prendre leur cuisine soit disant du terroir alors la j’étais choquée quand j’ai ouvert le sac que j’ai payé 100euros pour même pas 100g de hachis Parmentier et des coquillettes à la truffe qui baigne dans mi eau mi crème, sans parler des désert qui laisse à désirer, ma compagne a vomi toute la nuit, le lendemain on prend le petit dej plutôt correct puis un brunch payé 85euro une deuxième anarque du séjour, on aurait dit cest du recyclage alimentaire, Puis on s’est dit c’est pas grave on va à la piscine, impossible parce qu’il fallait réserver à l’avance et ce pour 45min, ni vélo disponible, la réceptionniste a son tour nous propose le bar comme activité sachant qu’on ne boient pas d’alcool bref je ne vais plus jamais y retourner ...j’ai pas envi de citer toutes les mésaventures qu’on a eu mais j’étais vraiment très déçu pour une facture de 1000 en 2jours

Nous voulions aller à la piscine mais même chose… nous ne pouvions pas sortir avec un simple peignoir… du coup nous n’y sommes pas alles….sinon la chambre était très bien . Avec un immense écran de TV.
