Ashley (10/5): - We got there from the airport at 10 and I was so sick and had vomiting for 6 hours. They were able to get us in a room at 12 and I appreciated it so much!!! The hotel was beautiful and perfect location!! Had a pool view room, and was across the street from the ocean. We unfortunately didn’t get to leave the room due to my sudden sickness and had to be at the cruise port the next morning. I would love to go back to Miami just to visit this beautiful hotel and see the area. The decor was unlike any other hotel I’d been to before. So beautiful. The self serve bar area looked adorable and everyone was so nice!!! Hopefully we’ll come back soon to actually be able to enjoy it!!! Only one elevator was working. Thankfully our room was right near it on the 4th floor.

manuel (8/5): Super Lage zum Strand. - Lage zum tollen Strand. Badezimmer war modern und komfortabel. Zimmer wurden 2025 alle renoviert haben aber schon einige Abnutzungen. Strandhandtücher und Stühle Gratis. Die Klimaanlage war direkt neben dem Bett und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Leider kein Hilton Standart.

Thomas (9/5): Would definitely return again - Very convenient location. Very clean. The staff was amazing! We got there at 8:30 AM returning from a cruise. They let us check in at that hour of the morning! No extra charge! It gave us a whole extra day of vacation! I realize we were just lucky that they had a room available, but they still didn’t have to give it to us that early. They made the effort and it made 100% difference in our vacation. They were phenomenal. Our first time in the style of boutique Hotel. So it lacked the glitz and glam and size of a major resort but so cute not even kidding. It was Clean & well appointed. In a traditional South Beach style.

Joihinkin asioihin sain mielestäni väärän vastauksen - en saanut esim. HHonors jäsenelle kuuluvaa ilmaista wifiä, koska varaus oli tehty bookingin kautta. Check-out oli jo klo 11 ja sitä suostuttiin pidentämään vain 30min. Lisäksi paikka ei ollut esteetön, lähin hissi oli rikki ja ainoa toimiva takaosan hissi oli hidas ja ruuhkainen.

Great bathroom and shower. Would highly recommend Hotel Continental. We ordered breakfast at me morning and it was very slow and our order was wrong. This may have been due to short staffing.

BRINDA (8/5): soddisfacente, poteva dare di più per il costo del albergo - Non abbiamo avuto la colazione inclusa, siamo arrivati tardi e nessuno ci ha dato i costi della collazione. Una volta abbiamo chiesto una forchetta al bar/ ristorante e ci è stata negata. Fortuna la reception che molto gentile ci ha dato le posate monouso sue personali. L'albergo è buono per la posizione e per la gentilezza di alcune persone dello staff, non tutte. Molto caro però in quanto non offre nulla oltre la camera. Non è nemmeno molto centrale, ci vogliono quaranta a piedi oppure 15 minuti di taxi

Valerie (9/5): - The staff in the hotel were great. Everyone was comfortable although very small. Good for a few days. The beach and walking distance is very nice. They offer beach chairs and bikes which we did not end up using but it is a nice touch. Also offered daily credit for their lounge. Our dinner experience was great but the morning breakfast was unfortunately very unorganized and we waited almost an hour for our food. But the hotel did take care of it and compensate us which adds to their great customer service.
Rosa (5/5): The service was horrible, and no one informed about breakfast , the restaurant staff were ver rude. - Breakfast ,I also want to mention that I was never informed that i had a full breakfast included with my stay. The front desk agent told me i had a $15.00 discount that i could use for breakfast, so I assumed it was not included. Because of that, I only used it once. Had i been properly informed. I would have taken advantage of the full breakfast benefit. This lack of communication was another example of the staff not being helpful. When I arrived, it was very late, and unfortunaley my first impression was not good. The parking situation was terrible and I was shocked to learn that parking cost $50.00 per night . The location of the parking area is also very inconvenient.
