- Manoj (1/5): As above - Nothing Booking Ref: 1996713949 - 13-15 May - Hotel Treebo Malhar, Pimpri (on Agoda site) They did not provide me early checkin inspite of my request one month ago Room A/c was not working. They kept assuring and after 2 hours I confronted them. The hotel staff asked me to checkout without refund and informed me to ask Treebo for refund as I had booked thru them. Hotel staff was excessively rude, ill mannered and abusive. I am now following up with Treebo for refund, but there is no response inspite of several complaints and reminders. Mainly they communicate thru Bots and mechanised responses. I had made booking from Agoda site thru Treebo agent. I will strongly recommend people to avoid this Hotel Malhar, Pimpri. Also don't deal with either Treebo or Agoda in future as the quality and integrity is questionable and they are hopeless and shameless people.

The pictures of the property online is not matching the actual. - Clean bathroom and good staff ready to help and support bed sheet had stains and hole possibly from a cigarette burn. Pillow covers not. Rain water seeing into the room from the balcony and wet floor. Room had a damp odour and poor lighting in the room. Room walls are damp and paint peeling off. Electrical switches in bad shape and riky.

- Ruchishila (1/5): Overall, worst experience of staying in a hotel in Pune. - Only the dinner was good. 1) Overall look and feel is really poor. 2) Rooms were not tidy, had a smell and also poorly looked after. 3) Bathroom was not clean, smelly, only one dirty towel available and not enough toiletries. 4) Electric sockets were coming out of the wall and posed health and safety hazard. 5) Hotel lobby was very smelly and was a comfortable home for rats. 6) No proper parking facility and driver facilities were pathetic. 7) Breakfast - only one portion available out of the options and had to go to a different restaurant.

I stayed at this hotel for a span of 14 days and did not have absolutely any complaint. The service was quick and their cleaning is also really good! The staff were well behaved and always at their toes to help. I stayed alone and as a woman I found it really safe and easy to stay. Would absolutely recommend this stay! Nothing!

I think the room was maintained because of personal connect with the owner. Thy did not allow my female guests to visit my room. Which was too annoying. If they have that rule, it should be mentioned on the booking page. The bath mat was dirty. Wasn't changed despite two requests to change.
