À seulement 5 minutes à pied de la basilique Saint-Pierre, il permet de découvrir facilement les principaux lieux emblématiques de la ville. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter pleinement des richesses culturelles et historiques à proximité. Les hôtes sont particulièrement disponibles et à l’écoute pour répondre à toutes les questions et partager d’excellentes recommandations, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus appréciable. L’établissement est confortable, accueillant et propice à un séjour réussi. Je recommande sans hésitation !
• Debbie (9/5): Clean, safe, and great location - The location was great very close to Vatican and not too far from other attractions. The area also felt safe being right next to the police station. The room was nicely appointed. The balcony was nice We never saw any staff, though any time I messaged, they (whoever they are) wrote back quickly. The bed sagged in the middle. It either needs a support board underneath or to be replaced. Also, the lounge chair on the balcony was broken. Bring your own Kleenex. None provided. While it was quiet in general, if anyone was talking in the halls you could hear perfectly. Small complaint but still glad we chose Civico7
• Ziemianowicz (10/5): Krótki pobyt, który miał celu zwiedzenie Rzymu, dzięki wspaniałej lokalizacji udało nam się - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko Watykanu i Zamku Św. Anioła. Blisko stacji metra, co zdecydowanie ułatwiło nam poruszanie się po mieście. Bardzo miłe i życzliwe właścicielki pokierowały nas na pyszne jedzenie i zamówiły taksówkę w dniu wyjazdu. W kuchni dostępna kawa, herbata oraz zimne napoje i słodkie ciasteczko do kawy. Polecam z czystym sumieniem wszystko OK

• Katarzyna (10/5): Wonderful as always - I try to stay at Civico every time I'm in Rome. The location is wonderful - a small, peaceful street but very close to shops, restaurants and city transportation. There's a small kitchen so I highly recommend buying supplies at Mercato Trionfale and preparing meals from fresh local ingredients. The owners are beyond lovely and helpful. And the place is spotless.

Não tive o prazer de conher a Vttória e a Francesca mas pelas conversas do watsap sempre foram muito curdiais e simpáticas. Recomendo vivamente. Do portão da entrada. Este alojamento merecia um portão mais bonito.

Francesca nous a donné des adresses de restaurants hors des sentiers touristiques et nous la remercions pour ses conseils avisés. Chambre très propre et au calme. De pas rester plus longtemps

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wahl. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann, dass das Zimmer etwas hellhörig war und man Geräusche vom Treppenhaus wahrnehmen konnte.

• Daniel (10/5): A stylish place to stay that is great value and great location. - They were very friendly and sent us places to eat and sightsee near by. The facility was very clean and stylish. Small breakfast snacks were offered which helped during the day with all the sightseeing and walking. The location was so great because it is walking distance to restaurants, gelato, the Vatican, and small markets. The police station is nearby so we felt pretty safe. You can easily walk to the bus and subway to get around town. I would definitely stay here again. Had no complaints

• MARIA CYNTHIA (10/5): I found my home in Rome with Civico 7 Holiday Rooms. Thank you! - The host was hospitable, helpful, and looks after the guest meticulously. Useful information on Rome was shared which made my stay more comfortable. The location of Civico 7 Holiday Rooms is superb because it was near the Ottaviano Metro Station which made it convenient to move around Rome. The street had 2 way traffic which required you to be vigilant and mindful of cars when walking. The street was narrow and cannot fit in 2 cars and a pedestrian all at the same time. A pedestrian has to step aside to let a car go through.

• Madeleine (9/5): Liebevolle und moderne Unterkunft an exzellenter Lage - Die Gastgeberin hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen vor der Ankunft geantwortet und als ich am Abend vorher fragte, ob wir um 10 Uhr vorbeikommen können um unser Gepäck zu deponieren, was das kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sogar schon bereit und wir durften es beziehen. Das Infomail mit der Wegbeschreibung, den Details zu den Gates mit den Fotos war extrem hilfreich und so klappte der Zugang zur Unterkunft einwandfrei. Wir erhielten wertvolle Wegbeschreibungen und Tipps für die Stadt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe zum Petersplatz in einer stillen Gasse gelegen mit vielen Restaurants und ca. 8 Min zur Metro und 4 Min zu den Busstationen. Der Eingangsbereich ist total liebevoll und mit praktischen Infos eingerichtet. Der kleiner Aufenthaltsbereich mit italienischen Leckereien, Wasser, Kaffe, Säften und Tee steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Genial! Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer grosszügig und total modern. Im Zimmer war es warm dank der Heizung, die selbst reguliert werden kann. Auch am Check Out Tag durften wir unser Gepäck den ganzen Tag dort deponieren. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert! Herzlichen Dank für alles an die Gastgeberinnen! Rein gar gar nichts. :-) Für uns hat alles gepasst. Ev. ist es im unteren Zimmer etwas laut, wenn Gäste im Aufenthaltsbereich sind. Doch in unserem Fall war nie jemand an diesen Tischen.

• Miles (9/5): Fantastic. Thank you! - Virginia was an outstanding host and did everything she could to make our stay pleasurable. The room was simple but very comfortable, perfect for a visit to Rome where you spend most time out. The room had facilities for tea and coffee in it and downstairs there was a small kitchenette for more if you wanted. All in all we were very satisfied and would strongly recommend this as a place to stay if you are going to the Vatican or even central Rome, which is only a short walk away A heated towel rail would have bee very welcome.

Our room was clean, on the ground floor, and while there wasn't breakfast, we did appreciate the juice and snacks in the living area. Vittoria and Francesca also had great communication, easy self-check (train strike meant we got in late), and recommendations for places to eat and visit. We only regret that we couldn't stay longer! • VASILEIOS ANTONIOS (10/5): - Our stay was excellent! The accommodation was very clean, and every day we had service with fresh water and clean towels. The location is quite convenient, just 20 minutes from the city center. We especially appreciated that the hosts kindly suggested we leave our luggage there, even though there were lockers just down the street — a very thoughtful gesture. Many thanks to the hosts for their warm hospitality, bravo to them! We would definitely choose this place again in the future! 🌟
• QI (6/5): Be just ok！ - The landlord in Rome and throughout Italy is very conscientious and responsible. He will reply to you promptly no matter what time it is. This is a great achievement for those who don't check messages after work. The room is very clean, and there is water in the refrigerator, which is very important because we don't want to drink the tap water in Italy. It's not very good. And in Italy, whether there is free water or not, you have to rely on luck. Also provide us with a plan for our later check-in.It has washing mechine Although it is very exquisite, in terms of price, the room is a bit small. Today is my last day in Italy. Looking at all the hotels in Italy, the prices in Rome are really not very favorable.

• Deimantė (10/5): Perfect, smooth and stress free - Everything was smooth from the beggining. As we travelled with motorcycle, both hosts were kind to let us park in their gated courtyard. The place was very clean! They even had so many snacks and coffee. The location was also perfect for the value. Hosts gave so many options for food and atractions Maybe only one very small thing - the mattress was 7/10, but maybe we are just spoiled with hard matresses (after walking for 10/20km the bed was 10/10)

Located on a quiet street, a few blocks from Vatican and other history sites. Coffee, drinks, and tasty snacks were always available in the downstairs kitchenette. Having the first floor apartment would have been easier since we had heavy bags. But, we made it!

The apartman’s location is excellent, everything is in walkable distance. The room is nice and clean, every day there was cleaning. We got coffee, juices and water in the fridge everyday. Francesca and Victoria were nice and helpful.
• Jason (10/5): We had an absolute amazing experience in Rome using Civico 7 as our home base. - The property was easy to reach by metro and bus, our two preferred methods of public transport, in addition to being a short walking distance from the Vatican and the central part of Rome. The staff were amazing! The place is super clean and safe. And the air conditioning was adequate to serve our needs. The breakfast/snack bar is a wonderful addition. The private bathroom was well situated as well. Vittoria and Francesca are amazing hosts! There was not a single thing we can point to as even something that needs improvement. Just an excellent property with awesome hosts.

It is located 2 blocks from Vatican City and within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s best sights and good eating establishments. It is impeccably clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The rooms are very well-appointed and no detail has been overlooked. The hosts, Francesca and Vittoria, are amazing people who go the extra mile for their guests. There was nothing I did not like.
