- Bowman (1/5): Horrible - No breakfast was available. As no extra lining. Bathroom sink leaking The whole overall experience
- Kelvin (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Kelvin (10/5): - Everything
- Debra (8/5): - Nice refrigerator, microwave. Would have liked 2 nightstands with 1 bed. But did okay. Little noisey late at night with doors slamming. Not really enough to complain though. Still slept well.

- Kenneth (2/5): Stay at your own risk - These people are some of the most arrogant bastards I ever met. They try to overcharge customers on a regular basis. They tried to overcharge me. I challenged it. They threw me out saying I was disrespectful. They need to get fired
- Phan (8/5): -
- Michael (3/5): - La altura La mala experiencia de una noche llena mucho frio
- Linda (3/5): - By booking online we didn't realize what type of hotel it was
Staff was plrasamt and the room ok
You would stay there extended.
- Jay (3/5): If you want to feel like a prisoner on work release, this is your place - Full fridge and stovetop All the aesthetics of a prison.
- Kenneth (9/5): Very good - Being independent Price was a little high
- Kenneth (9/5): - Everything I thought the price was a little high

- Adora (8/5): - Good clean and safe
- Ivan (10/5): - Very nice!
- Rocio (2/5): - Had to wait around 20ish mins to have someone open
- Mirchelle (7/5): -
- Erik (6/5): Noisy neighbors, worn furniture - It was ok. The lobby is locked 24/7, and not always attended. We had neighbors upstairs who were noisy at all hours. The chair in our room was a little threadbare. There's a kitchenette, but if you don't have utensils, you have to rent them. No free coffee, you have to rent a coffee pot. No breakfast. It was a little on the pricey side due to the lack of amenities. There was only one nightstand, and one side of the bed was flush with the bathroom wall, which was inconvenient. I'd give it a pass, and maybe stay at the Holiday inn Express next time.
- arora (2/5): - Room is good sized and convenient but cleanliness is not good It smells so bad Probably drug smelling
- Kandra (2/5): Horrible - I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The whole hotel smelled damp and gross. When I got my room there was only a one “2 bed” left so I got. The manager lady called me the day before my trip saying they overbooked and if I wanted to downsize she would give me money back. I did downsize to a ONE bed. I never got one dollar back. Staff did not even acknowledge me when I left at checkout. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT STAY HERE
- Hunter (10/5): - Amazing stay! Very accommodating.
- Rebecca (4/5): - The room I was given was so dirty I couldn't stay in it. I was given a new room to stay in that was clean. I was told I would be refunded for one night and have not received a credit yet.
- Adam (8/5): -
- Tomas (2/5): - 4 cop cars were there when I pulled up, 4 loud women in the lobby when I showed up were trying to fight another woman outside and 1 of them worked and lived at the hotel. Guy checked me into a room someone was already staying at. There were people having a kick back party in the back parking lot, could smell weed in the hallways, very noisy, had a guy playing guitar at 10:30 pm in his room. Avoid this hotel at all costs
- Jennifer (1/5): I walked into the room and turned around and left. I did not stay there. - Nothing Lots of noise, people coming and going and I believe there were a lot of people who stayed long-term.
- Aaron (6/5): - Have a lot of long term residents here.
- Randy (5/5): I was glad to leave - Too many homeless people living there with their dogs . I will not stay there in the future
- James (2/5): - The office is closed at 10. The “attendant” took her sweet time to get there & was very rude & dumb.
- Terry (6/5): - Hallways smelled badly. Room smelled of cigarettes. Room condition was poor. Price was right. Glad I was staying alone. My wife would have killed me for booking this place.
- Mojdeh (8/5): - Great
- Francia (10/5): - Oopooo
- Devin (1/5): Bad -
- Francia (6/5): - Olor a marihuana en los pasillos
- Moon (2/5): - Stayed 3 nights without the lights because all of lights didn't work except the bathroom. Dogs were barking and people were fighting...then cops showed up. Very bad experience.
- Sean (10/5): - My longest hotel stay ever, but by far the best!
Check it out for yourself and I promise you won’t be disappointed nor will my above statement be wrong!
- Sean (10/5): - You literally can’t get better than the staff I see every single day… Yes that’s you, Brie, Eric, Jeremy, Selina, Gabby and of course Momma (aka Cynthia). On a serious note you have made my stay one I’ll never forget!!
A Huge Thank You to all of you…

- Sean (10/5): - (Amazing Staff) I can honestly say they treated me with the same amount of respect that I have received ever since my very first day. Now believe it or not that day started almost 4 years ago when I moved from my dream house in Boca Florida for work on August 22, 2021… Of course for a work trip to be 4 years than I’d be in corporate housing right, but unfortunately I was injured while shopping at an extremely large Retail Company. And anyone that gets into a Lawsuit with a company to large to be insured think twice and try to get an offer up front that wouldn’t have caused you to lose everything!
Now back to my review: this staff from my very first business day here to what I’m certain will be great up until my settlement day ends…
- Monica (4/5): Better than Extended Stay, at least. - All the floors were sticky, even when I tried changing the room (I opted for the first one because the second had no lamp). The toilet seat was broken, the mirror and counter were dirty, and the hallway smelled like tuna casserole permanently.
- Danyel (2/5): Very poor - There was no breakfast.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - it was right next to my own home i had booked it for my mother who was in town so she had her own place if needed and i got the room same day i booked! price was alittle more than i wished but not too bad
- Gulom (10/5): - Very cool
- Wendy (10/5): - Nice environment
- Lisa (2/5): Worst experience - Absolutely the worst place I’ve seen in a long time. Manager was rude and the clientele was questionable. The outside looks beautiful but the rooms are runned down.
- Almomen (3/5): Poor - Location Dirty , cockroaches
- Tammy (2/5): - I had to check out after being there for two hours because there were a couple roaches in the room. Attendant at desk didn’t seem to care or even apologize. I asked for a manager to call me and still nothing. I want my money back. I would never recommend this hotel to an enemy!! Absolutely terrible!!!!!!
- Kent (6/5): Location and staff are great family friendly - Staff was great People not cleaning up behind their pets fire alarms went off several times I think it would help if hotel staff as a bit much re strict on people staying noise control
- Immanuel (7/5): Good -
- Immanuel (7/5): Good -
- Dori (4/5): - They stressed this is a non smoking hotel, but the smell of pot smoke was everywhere. Also they will charge you $50.00 if you dont take your own trash out.
- Sean (10/5): - Great place to stay for a short or long visit! Plus their team is extremely helpful!
- FARRUKH (2/5): - Nasty
- Timothy (9/5): Superb -
- Ivelisse (1/5): I left please refund - Nothing I will likely refund because I left and the front desk knows I left. I never stood for the night The first room I received was dirty, the hallways are dirty, and I received a second room that was not up to up expectations.
- Francia (8/5): - Ok
- Francia (8/5): - Ok
- Donald (8/5): - To visit family…this property is very close to their home so convenience was important factor…3 rd time we’ve stayed here and will again.
- Sandoval (6/5): It was good. - Location Cigarette smell
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Saroeun (10/5): - It was nice
- Alisher (10/5): - Thanks
- Ann (3/5): Never return there again. - No breakfast. Location was good. No coffee pot in the room. No breakfast. Never will return there again. No ice in the building.
- Pastor Scott (2/5): - The room smelled bad. Could not sleep good at all.
- Augustine (4/5): Missing items - Kitchen but nothing yocook with, no cups, plates, no pots pans. If they had those items, it would be such a better stay
- Marlyn (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (8/5): Very good - A few more pillows and towels. Lightbulb on nightstand didn’t work
- Vasyl (1/5): Bad - Very bad smell
- Bianca (6/5): - This property was within walking distance to stores. This hotel was very clean and neat on the outside. The first room I was given was nice and clean but the television did not work. The second room smelled bad and didn't look so clean. The young man Eric that checked me & my family in was very nice & helpful
- Sarah (2/5): - Didn't like this hotel was a halfway house. Room wasn't cleaned at check in.
- tracy (2/5): - hallway to our room had a weird humid smell as well as in the room, floors and elevators were sticky & dirty.
Room was dirty as well as a pillowcase.
At 4am I was woken up by people yelling and fighting in the hallway.
- Tyj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yok (1/5): Bad -
- Bret (2/5): - This place was disgusting. First room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it is a non- smoking facility. Transferred to a different room that smelled like spoiled meat and body odor. Floors were sticky, dirty, and had hair on them. Toilets were dirty in both rooms. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.
- Carly (6/5): - The floor in my room was so dirty. Even after I took a shower my feet were dirty because I didn’t think to bring slippers to a hotel room when I expect this to be clean
- Anthony (8/5): - Staff was very helpful.
- Angel (1/5): Bad -
- MEugene (4/5): - Front desk clerk was very nice, but the room hadn't yet been set up Also, we didn't realize this place was an extended stay property with most guests actually living there. There was a lot of noise, children running uo and down the hallls. There were very strong cooking smells coming the rooms.
- Sean (10/5): - Great Property for long term stays
- Edward (10/5): - Great staff and great layout in room. Was surprised it had a kitchen and let out bed.I will be booking again this week!
- Terrance (10/5): - The staff is so friendly. Excellent place
- Carlos (4/5): Disappointing -
- Nalinee (8/5): Good value for money, but can get smelly at times, cooking and pet smells. - Convenient location. Easy to find, good sized No one responded when I messaged to say I will be checking in late. When I arrived, there was no one to receive me. Had to wait for a staff member to come from dunno where
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francia (6/5): - Dog pup araund tha hotel they need to charge dog owner money for this
- Immar (10/5): - Great location!
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Inmar (10/5): - Customer service is great
- Christina (10/5): Great stay for amazing price - Location was amazing, and the best part of the hotel was how clean it was. We felt comfortable because of the cleanliness, and the staff was charming. Nothing really bad to say about the hotel, but if I had to say something I would’ve liked to have an ice room.
- Roosevelt (10/5): - Enjoyed the 2days
- Orlando (6/5): OK but nothing special. - The place was nothing special as we needed a place to stay as the main water line in our house froze. Don't expect anything fancy or service. There is no daily cleaning.
- Lawrence (3/5): Very disappointed. - Not much. Check in was horrible, I was the only one there and it took 15 minutes with no issues. She was less than friendly. The front desk clerk was more concerned with talking with her friend seated behind the counter who appeared to be part of the cleaning staff taking a break. While I was checking in there were a bunch of kids dropped off from a school bus and the parents were supposed to be there to let them in and they were not so the kids kept knocking on the door until someone opened it. There was no toilet paper holder in my room, totally ripped off the wall. Considering that this facility is only a few years old the upkeep was terrible. This hotel looked and fealt more like a 20 year old facility that needs a lot of work.
