• MARIE (10/5): I had a great stay in the Kingston and made our trip to killoglin very enjoyable . Thank so much. - I loved the location , the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfectly adaquate and even though it was served in the bar it didn’t feel that way . The triple bedroom was spotless and could sleep five even though there were just three of us . Overall I would highly recommend the Kingston Townhouse and return back again . I found it a little strange we could see right into the kitchen when going to our bedroom . It was spotless but it just felt a little strange guests could come from the street and get so close to where food is prepped .

• Sean (8/5): Lovely accomodation. Over priced food. - The family room is fantastic, nice and spacious, sleeps 5 people easily. Lots of room for kids to play. Its very clean and quiet. The accomodation was lovely. The food was very expensive. The breakfast is not good at all and over priced. The pizza is fantastic but a very limited menu and again very expensive. The desserts and cocktail menu are overpriced. The bar is outdated and the tables are not even set for breakfast or dinner. You have to get your own culterly. Its very very casual. There generally is 1 person serving everything. The service doesnt match the price of the meal. The meal is over priced for what you are getting. The bar is dark and old and not nice to sit in. However the pizza is good.

• Chloe (10/5): Clean, modern, spacious apartment in the centre of Killorglin - I booked for 4 people and didn’t realise I had booked the apartment, but it was fantastic!! Brand new, so clean and modern. Would definitely recommend. Could not fault this accommodation.

The location was excellent, being next to a pub and in the middle of town. Breakfast was also excellent and good value for money.

It's a nice town and suited our driving plans to Dingle and Killarney. The one staff person we encountered was very good at his jobs (checked us in, waited our table). We always prefer an elevator but the stairs were not too bad. It was warm in our room (no AC) but we were given a fan. If I recall correctly, there was no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom.The breakfast was good but too expensive. Seems like they needed more staff.

Breakfast in the bar next door was basic continental breakfast which was fine , except they kept putting out small amounts of everything and the one waitress had to keep running in and out of the kitchen as the croissants, yogurt etc was gone as soon as she put them down and we had to wait quite a bit each time . Better idea to set out a bigger table / more at the one time .

Anständiges Frühstück für €9,50. Parken ist einfach entweder direkt vor der Tür für zwei Stunden oder die Strasse entlang auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Nichts.

You had to put your suitcase on the floor, your shampoo conditioner and soap on the bottom of the shower because there were no shelves, and it was so hot in the room because there was no air circulation. It lacked enough outlets, though there was a coffee machine there was nowhere nearby to plug it in so you had to unplug your light plug it in because the fan was using the other outlet. And you had to put the fan on the only chair right next to you on the bed. Extremely overpriced.

• Alex (9/5): An ideal stay for a long weekend away. - Modern hotel attached to a traditional pub in the town centre. Great breakfast, and very comfy room. There is no fridge in the room and parking may be an issue Monday to Friday during working hours as the hotel does not have a car park and all other parking nearby has a 2 hour limit.
• BRIAN S (8/5): Great pub pizza, but overly warm rooms. - Pizza in the pub was exceptional! Tom, our bartender/waiter/hotel clerk was amazing as well. We had an odd interior room with no windows except a skylight. I wouldnt have thought a lack of air conditioning would be important in May. But, since there were abnormally warm temperatures when we were in Ireland, the room was VERY warm (80 f/25 c). Just a warning, especially if booking in the summer. Overall, a great hotel stay.
