Et le faite qu’on est pas bien indiqué le restaurant de l’hôtel le vraie et pas celui d’extérieur. Il n’y avais pas tout les plats de la carte affiché à l’entrée de l’hôtel fait au restaurant

• Jipé B (8/5): Rapport qualité/prix très compétitif - Bien qu'excentré par rapport à la ville, l'hotel est situé à 5 mn à pied de la marina. Aucun problème pour se rendre en ville (taxis orange pour 2 à 3 euros) on les hèle en levant le bras comme à New York ce qui est fun ! L'hotel mériterait un peu de rénovation mais très acceptable. La piscine magnifique dans un cadre fleuri. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très correct, le personnel très serviable et souriant. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres standard et nous avons d'emblée été surclassés dans 2 suites de 50 m2 avec grande terrasse. (si vous y allez, demandez 2èe étage côté rue) Le service au restaurant un peu brouillon et les plats pas très copieux : exemple paella délicieuse mais servie dans un tout petit plat ! Le riz n'est pas cher monsieur le cuisinier ! Notre séjour s'est passé à merveille pour résumer. Une mention spéciale à Mounia, qui s'occupait avec beaucoup de soin du ménage. Efficace, gentille, et après son passage les suites étaient nettoyées à fond tous les jours. Merci Mounia ! Merci aussi à Salah le préposé aux excursions tellement gentil ! Alors le roof top 2 étages au dessus de nous, de la musique jusqu'à 2h du matin ! Honnêtement ça ne m'a pas empêché de dormir, mais certains clients peuvent y être sensibles...

• Holly (7/5): Good hotel for a long weekend trip - The reception staff were super friendly! From checking in, throughout our stay and checking out, whoever was at reception made sure to help us with any questions which made us feel well looked after in our stay. The room was clean when we arrived and the housekeepers came in each day to tidy it up and provide us fresh towels. The pool area was also lovely, with many different seating options and the choice to have food and drink delivered poolside. We also had a great experience with Adil at the hotel restaurant on our final night, he was stellar at his job and it made up for our experience with other restaurant staff. The food and drinks were great when we got them and they had a real mix of cuisines available. The only downside that we found affected our stay was in regard to the restaurants and their staff. Sadly there was only 1 English menu out the front of the hotel that seemed to be a combination of all 3 locations within the hotel. When you sat down the menus provided were in French so we had to ask for translations that the staff struggled a lot with. Unfortunately the staff (aside from Adil) weren’t very attentive and we sat upwards of 30 minutes at some points waiting to be seen. There was also a case where the staff didn’t have items and didn’t tell us so we were waiting for drinks that never arrived. These restaurants were also the only ones close by so if we wanted to eat elsewhere then it was a good walk from the hotel.

• Mohamed Omar (8/5): Buena opción si vas con coche y priorizas relación calidad-precio - Me gustó especialmente la relación calidad-precio. Normalmente suelo alojarme cada año en la zona de Taghazout, donde hay hoteles de 4 estrellas más nuevos, modernos y con un servicio más profesional, pero también con precios que fácilmente duplican o superan ampliamente el coste de este hotel. En mi caso, al viajar con coche y no tener problema en desplazarme unos 30 minutos hasta Taghazout, alojarme en el centro de Agadir fue una buena decisión: me permitió ahorrar más de la mitad del presupuesto sin renunciar a una estancia agradable. El personal fue muy amable, atento y servicial durante toda la estancia. La limpieza también fue muy buena, sin nada negativo que señalar en ese aspecto. La piscina está bastante bien y el ambiente general del hotel es agradable. También me habría gustado probar el hammam, aunque lamentablemente no tuvimos tiempo. El hotel es un 4 estrellas de estilo más clásico, probablemente con una clasificación obtenida hace muchos años, por lo que no refleja del todo los estándares actuales de hoteles más modernos. Esto se nota especialmente en el confort: las camas y almohadas dejan bastante que desear, algo que por desgracia ocurre con frecuencia en muchos hoteles de Marruecos salvo en establecimientos más recientes o de cadenas internacionales. El punto más problemático fue el wifi. Era muy malo y, para alguien que necesita trabajar durante la estancia, pasar varios días sin una conexión mínimamente fiable fue un inconveniente importante. Además, al comentarlo en el check-out, tuve la impresión de que el hotel no era plenamente consciente del problema, aunque la mala calidad de la conexión era evidente. Otro aspecto que deberían mejorar mucho es la gastronomía. El desayuno es algo pobre, especialmente la bollería, que no estaba bien elaborada y resultaba difícil de disfrutar. También probamos algunos platos del servicio de piscina/restauración, y la comida occidental —hamburguesa, pizza, pasta, etc.— no estaba a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas: en ocasiones llegaba fría y la preparación era bastante floja. Es una pena, porque los precios de la carta son razonables para un hotel de esta categoría, pero la calidad de la comida debería mejorar claramente.

• Souziar (1/5): Never staying here again or would ever recommend anyone to please to be fooled by pictures - The staff Hiba and Mahdi was specifically wonderful but in general the staff where helpful and wonderful I was extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it. The hotel was completely misadvertised in my opinion and did not feel anywhere close to a 4-star standard — I would honestly rate it closer to zero stars. Although some areas appeared clean at first glance, the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The toilet and bathroom were very dirty, and cleanliness throughout the hotel was poor. The breakfast area was especially concerning — the mugs, drinks area, and restaurant items often looked dirty and unhygienic. The bed quality was terrible. I stayed for three nights and could barely sleep because the mattress was so uncomfortable that it caused severe back pain. The bedding and furniture also felt very cheap and poor quality. On top of that, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, low-quality furnishings, and lack of proper maintenance. I left feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed.

• Miah (10/5): Will see you again soon - Nice quiet place away from but close to mariner The staff were very pleasant the manageress always spoke and ask how our stay was every time she saw us also said any help we need not to hesitate to ask. The hotel has night life not to loud but for us had shisha. We had lunch was good value for money food was nice. Very important as we were travelling overnight we didn’t have to wait for room long. Thank you all. The shower was nice but water overspill made it wet floor but floor towers or mats were provided.

Chambre pour 4 personnes très grande, petit frigo, grand balcon vue sur la mer et la piscine. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Toujours un mot gentil, le matin, de la directrice qui se préoccupe des clients. Bon vivre dans l'établissement, vivant mais pas bruyant. Bonne ambiance. Les prestations au SPA, sont à revoir, à améliorer.

Le personnel soit de la réception, restauration et au bord des piscines, est serviable , agréable, accueillant et très à l’écoute. La chambre 3007 est confortable et toujours tenue propre par une femme de chambre très sympathique ! Rien à rejeter dans cet établissement.

Merci beaucoup pour la gentillesse de tout le personnel et son efficacité pour rendre nos vacances des plus - L’aspect taille humaine, les chambres spacieuses, la déco sobre et typique, l’atmosphère et les valeurs, l’hyper réactivité quand nous sollicitions l’équipe C’est vrai que l’hôtel n’est pas jeune, les équipements commencent à le faire sentir, Pour exemple la douche montre des traces difficiles à cacher mais les matériaux nobles sont là et l’atmosphère reste fidèle au lieu. Vraiment nous avons tout aimé.
• sabah672 (1/5): Hygiène et repos inexistants - Rien du tout Manque d'hygiène : Les photos de l'annonce sont loin de la réalité. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert une chambre mal entretenue : traces de moisissures naissantes, murs tachés dans la salle de bain et poussière incrustée. C'est inadmissible pour un hôtel qui se veut accueillant. Un gros effort de rénovation et de ménage est nécessaire. Rapport qualité/prix très médiocre. Malgré une réclamation de notre part le nettoyage ne s'est pas amélioré. Le lendemain, la femme de ménage est venue me voir pour discuter de la situation je lui ai demandé si il disposait d'un aspirateur pour nettoyer la chambre ,ce n est pas le cas. Cette situation est tout simplement inadmissible et reflète un sérieux manque d’organisation et de moyens. De plus, j’ai subi plusieurs coupures d’eau chaude, rendant le séjour très inconfortable. Le sèche-cheveux présent dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas nous en avons demandé un autre et aucune claquette n’était mise à disposition, ce qui montre un manque évident d’équipements de base. La connexion au wifi de l’hôtel est inexistante dans les chambres, il faut se rendre à la réception pour pouvoir se connecter. ​Nuisances sonores extrêmes : Située au-dessus d'un bar a proximité de la piscine, la chambre subit la musique toute la nuit. L'absence d'isolation phonique permet d'entendre distinctement les conversations et les portes claquer à 2h du matin. Le repos est tout simplement impossible dans ces conditions. La piscine, censée être un espace réservé aux clients, est régulièrement occupée par des personnes extérieures à l’hôtel qui viennent fumer la chicha. Cela crée une ambiance dérangeante, peu hygiénique et totalement inadaptée pour un établissement censé offrir confort et tranquillité.

• Emilie (5/5): Hôtel décevant au niveau propreté et nourriture. - Le personnel est très serviable et agréable L’hôtel est mal entretenu, sale et vieillissant. Il est mal insonorisé et on entend les aller et venues des clients. La nourriture du restaurant est très médiocre. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner mais servi dans de la vaisselle sale et les ingrédients ne sont pas de qualité (mini croisant rassis, charcuterie avec des mouches) le pire est la machine à café (dégoûtante). Un dernier mot sur le spa: il faut tomber sur la bonne praticienne toutes ne sont pas professionnel, dommage.

Esqueciam-se de limpar o quarto ou esqueciam-se de repor as toalhas de banho... No pequeno almoço, não verificavam se tinham que repor alguma coisa, tinhamos que estar sempre a solicitar os talheres, ou panquecas, ou pão...e a oferta do buffet não é igual às fotos, faltava fruta por exemplo. Ficámos com ideia que falta uma boa supervisão. Os quartos no r/c perto do restaurante, são muito barulhentos.

• Chaudhry (10/5): My stay at the Borjs Hotel Spa was exceptional, defined by outstanding hospitality, a prime location - The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location and exudes a most charming and welcoming ambiance. This was my first experience of a hotel that demonstrates such an exceptional standard of care and attentiveness towards its guests. I would unreservedly and wholeheartedly recommend it to others. The Borjs Hotel Spa is, in my considered opinion, the finest hotel in Agadir. I am entirely satisfied with my stay and would confidently award it a perfect rating.
• Unger-Blanfumet (9/5): Agréable et détendant - Personnel très accueillant, beaucoup de services dans l’hôtel (room service, restaurant, spa abordable…) J’ai été surclassé dans une belle suite et il y a toujours des taxis devant si besoin Le seul petit point négatif c’est le petit déjeuner, je m’attendais à plus de choses locales (msemen…). J’avais pris le petit déjeuner inclus mais finalement je suis sortie tous les jours manger mon petit dej dehors, ce que je vous conseille de faire (5€ pour un bon petit dej dehors)

• Yassine (9/5): - Cogimos la suite, la habitación es muy grande, el hotel está bastante bien ubicado, tiene aparcamiento cerca y nos encantó el Hammam & SPA El personal es un poco torpe
• Toussaint (8/5): Super, très beau, très belle chambre, personnel parfait... Juste la propreté ds la chambre pas bien - Le petit déjeuner Moyen, pas assez marrocain, style msemen.. Etc.. Trop français et pain choc et croissants trop cuits. Le bruit la nuit. Et le nettoyage de la chambre pas impeccable, la douche et les cheveux, sol pas propre.

• Verma (5/5): Not at all worth of money, dirty rooms, rude staff behavior. - Pizza at restaurant and pool view from reception area. -Staff behavior at reception was really rude by the lady... check in process was really really slow by the gentlemen. Door keys was not working, and we need to visit twice at reception to make it worked. -Room was really dirty, we even can't walk on floor without shoe's it was so sticky everywhere. no basic room amenities were provided in except an empty small fridge and 4 half liter of water bottle for 4 peoples. later on requested we got a really dirty small electric cattle, which was no in working condition too. -Breakfast and restaurant had mix feeling, can say ok ok but not matching to the standard again.
