Garth (7/5): A good, low-cost option in the heart of Palermo. - Room was clean and comfortable for the price. At first, it was unclear how to register and gain access to the room. Fortunately, some other guests happened to be leaving and explained the process. Once I got in contact with the person managing the rooms, they were quite courteous and it went smoothly. This was my first time using this kind of hotel, so there was a learning curve. More instruction before I arrived would have been helpful.

Iva (9/5): Very pleasant stay - The room was cozy. The entrance area smells nice. The space was clean, there were enough towels. The beds are comfortable. The owner was very accommodating. Bottled water and a map of the city welcomed us in the room. The door unlocking system is automated. Pillows have too much filling. Every time the water is turned on, the water pump makes a loud hum. We had a problem with Wifi. In the evening, noise can be heard from the restaurant under the balcony, so it is necessary to close the balcony door.

Anonymous (8/5): Good value for money but the facilities (water temp, aircon, bathroom sink) could have been better. The room was very ni - Liked the location, walking distance to bus stop, train station and main town. Room was bright and clean with a terrace. No hot water for first part of our stay, however this was soon fixed. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly. It would overflow quite quickly and we’d have to wait for a while for the water to go away. The aircon was quite weak and took a while to cool down the room.
