- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel situato al 9 piano molto vicino al porto e metro . Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte letto comodo piccola stanza accogliente colazione all italiana cornetti preparati dalla gentilissima ragazza di nome mery che saluto
- Thomas (6/5): No pot no pan I no stay - No one check me in talked with cleaning lady next day keys were in a lock box so I sat outside for over a hour then I got the lock box open found WiFi code inside then I text them they text code for downstairs door so some one let me in or would sleep outside that night room was very small and no way to cook in the kitchen so even the plate inside microwave was removed not worth the money I won’t stay there again but would buy the cleaning lady dinner anytime she was so nice !

- Susi (6/5): - Pro: Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Bett war sehr gemütlich, Aussicht (Deluxe Zimmer mit Stadblick/seitlichem Meerblick) war wunderschön. Einrichtung war gut, Frühstück auch gut. Contra: Das Deluxe Zimmer mit Stadtblick empfehle ich nur bedingt, weil man es nur durch die Küche erreicht. Ab 7:30 herrscht da aber eine Lautstärke, die einen nicht weiterschlafen lässt. Das Problem ist nicht Geschirr oder Gäste, sondern die Dame an der Rezeption die einem jeden morgen zum Horror macht. Sie spricht kein Wort englisch, spricht unglaublich laut und fast durchgehend. Zusätzlich ist sie ziemlich aufdringlich, klopft ständig wegen irgendwas und umarmt einen ständig. Ist zwar ganz süß, aber wenn man wegen ihr seit 7:30 täglich aufgeweckt wird, geht das einem gehörig auf die Nerven. Sehr schade, da die Unterkunft eigentlich echt nett ist.
- Helena (8/5): Muy correcto! - No es un hotel como tal. Es un piso de habitaciones. El edificio esta en una zona muy céntrica para ir andando o para coger los transportes públicos. La chica que lo gestiona es muy amable y atenta, un encanto! El edificio donde están estos apartamentos tiene ascensor, pero cada vez que se sube o se baja hay que pagar 10 centimos de euro. Nuestra habitación era pequeña, pero para lo que necesitábamos estaba bien, equipada con aire acondiciono, hervidor de agua, tele, baño con ducha muy cómodo.

- Marco (10/5): - Grande cordialità del personale, molto disponibile Piero che ci è venuto ad aprire anche fuori orario. La posizione della struttura è perfetta per chi vuole godersi Napoli, a pochi passi dal centro e proprio di fronte al porto (noi l’abbiamo scelta soprattutto per questo). A fianco si può trovare anche un ottimo market con prodotti di eccellenza a costi contenuti.

- William (8/5): Hard to find...but a nice place! - When I tried calling the hotel number, to find the place, it I got ring no answer. When I called Hotels.com they were less helpful! This B&B was located in an apartment building on the 9th floor and very hard to find. Once we figured out how to get into the building, we needed a €.10 coin to use the elevator. No where in the check-in information did Hotels.com give any of that type of detail. However, once we got in and met the B&B owner he was very apologetic and was very helpful arranging a cab for the airport the next morning.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Nukkuisin mieluummin kadulla! Hyvitystä odotelless - Hotelli vahvisti meille ja ystäväpariskunnallemme kaksi parvekkeellista huonetta. Perille päästyämme vain toisessa kuitenkin oli parveke. Huoneessa oli WC-pöntön istuinrengas irti/rikki ja se lensi lattialle aina kun pöntölle istahti. Suihkuun mentäessä selvisi, että suihkusta tulee ainoastaan jääkylmää vettä. Ikkunaverhon tanko roikkui katosta puoliksi irti. Valot räpsähtivät päälle keskellä yötä. Aamulla kun yritin selittää näitä ongelmia henkilökunnalle (aamupalan valmistaja/siivooja), selvisi ettei tämä puhunut/ymmärtänyt sanaakaan englantia. Kun kirjoitin ongelmista englanniksi hotellille hotels.comin kautta, hotelli syytti minua kaikesta mahdollisesta todella alentavaan sävyyn!! Loma oli pilalla! Kaiken lisäksi rakennuksessa oli hissi, johon piti tunkea 10 sentin kolikko joka kerta, kun otti hissin 9. kerrokseen tai alas. Toisena aamuna hotellihenkilökunta pyysi toista hotellin asiakasta tulkkaamaan italiasta englanniksi, että aamupala tarjoiltaisiin 8.30-9.30 välisenä aikana. Samalla sain tulkattua henkilökunnalle takaisin kaikki ongelmamme. Yövyimme hotellissa kaikkiaan 4 yötä, eikä hotelli korjannut ongelmia, ilmapiiri oli todella vaivaannuttava alusta lähtien. Lähtöaamuna klo 9 suihkusta alkoi tulla lämmintä vettä, kerrassaan mahtavaa toimintaa!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Die Lage Richtung Altstadt und Fähren ist hervorragend. Der Bus vom Flughafen hält fast vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Man muss selbst den Tisch decken und die Reste vom Teller in den Mülleimer tun. Dazu ein Rest O-Saft und nur Instantkaffee. Schade weil die Idee mit den 6 Zimmern auf einer charmanten Etage mit Balkon und Hafen- und Meerblick sehr schön ist. Unten befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Alles in allem sehr zufriedenstellend!

Only difficulty was with hot water: occasionally one had to wait quite long until the hot water reached the shower. Great view from the balcony during the Italian type breakfast.

- Johanna (8/5): Quick walk from Alibus stop and near the port - The owners were very quick and helpful with their communications so a late check in was easy to organise. They also very kindly gave us a free upgrade. It is located nearby the ports so made for a short walk in the morning to get our ferry. It is near a busy street so some noise could be heard through the night. We had no hot water in the morning but, as leaving so early, did not raise this with the owner. If we had, I'm confident they would have fixed the issue as they clearly take pride and care about their hotel.

- Malika (10/5): TRES BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX - Excellente literie. Beau B&B récent et très bien situé (avenue Marina) pour partir en mer, en train, en bus, ou à pied dans le centre historique de Naples et proche d’un supermarché ouvert TLJ jusqu’à 21 h. Les chambres décorées avec gout sont très bien et propres, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Un personnel de qualité, à l'écoute et je n’ai pas eu de difficultés à communiquer. Le petit déjeuner n’est malheureusement pas très au point mais le gérant toujours soucieux du confort de ses hôtes va surement y remédier rapidement. Je recommande sans problème MARINA SKY 8 !

El personal excelente,nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron nos recibieron muy bien trato muy familiar. El recepcionista encantador y Patty la camarera del desayuno nos dió un trato excelente,muy servicial,simpática y hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más cómoda posible.Limpieza habitaciones muy buena,toallas limpias todos los días y en general todo muy bien. Repetiría en caso de volver a Nápoles.

Nobody knows whats going on. Breakfast was nice and lady who serve and help was lovely. Staff at checking was also nice people.

- Monika (10/5): Perfekcyjny apartament z widokiem na morze - Przestronny, świeżo wyremontowany i bardzo czysty pokój na 9 piętrze ze wspaniałym widokiem z balkonu na morze, port i Wezuwiusz. Z kuchni dodatkowo świetny widok na miasto. Bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju. Z budynku blisko do marketu (2 min. spacerem), do przystanku Alibusa i do zabytkowego centrum (ok. 10 min.), do opery (max. 15 min.). Bardzo przyjazna obsługa, szczególnie uśmiechnięta Pani serwująca śniadania. Śniadania smaczne i dające energię na dalszą część dnia. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia!
