- Mcdonald (7/5): Good - I had the whole hotel to myself,absolutely no one there.My roon,location was good,close to boats.when the people finally came they were very pleasant, a man took me to show where laundry place was.Theres a nice courtyard first floor. What I didn't like was it took hours for staff to come to hotel. To be honest it was all a little strange. Finally got contact from someone was there.The place has been empty for ages and definitely looked it. A bit dirty eg bathroom and floors.Sheets we're ok but I think they have been on the bed for ages.It was noisy but you can put up with it.I got charged twice and told owner about this and said to contact booking .com...I tried but was too difficult. I left this hotel scatching my head.Its fine for a single guy but not for couple I think.
- Lucy (1/5): Left as soon as saw room. Dreadful - We arrived late evening, saw room, left to find alternative accommodation due to condition of room. Would not recommend. So called bathroom was even worse than room
- Mohd (3/5): Very bad - The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is near to the harbor. The facilities is not as stated in the brochure. No toilet bowl. The toilet is dirty. No shower. No hot water. One of the room is not facing the lake and no window. It is hot. The room offered to exchange was leaking which came from the toilet from the next room. There's a lot more need to be improved.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Only the view from balcony of the building. Actually no view from the room even on the information of regarding of the room have a view from the room. Had mosquitos and the bath room have a problem with the water.. during staying there no water in ther morning..
- Eddie (6/5): Good location & decent wifi - Pros: Spacious room, very near to Tigaraja port. Easy to get Halal food nearby the hotel. Speedy wifi. Cons: No hot water, no fan or AC, clogged sink.
- yee (8/5): Wonderful and Comfortable Stay - We checked into the room late, around 3.45pm. This was due to the fact that the previous guests checked out very late at the place. We waited for more than one hour before we could enter our room to rest. Otherwise, the reception was very helpful and polite.
