Zamiast normalnej szafy znajdował się mały, prowizoryczny regał, który absolutnie nie spełniał swojej funkcji. Całość sprawiała wrażenie upchniętej na siłę i nieprzystosowanej do komfortowego pobytu. Jak na tak wysoki koszt, standard jest po prostu rozczarowujący.

• Chari (8/5): Recomendable 100%, sobretodo por la ubicación. - Lo cerca que está todo, en una calle muy tranquila, lo cual se podía descansar porque no había ruidos, te dejan todos los días cápsulas de café e infusiones, el primer día nos invitaron a desayunar en el otro hotel, el cual está cerca, el personal muy amable, no es un hotel al uso es como si fuera un loft que van todos los días a hacerte la habitación, recomendable al 100%. Las paredes muy finas, aunque tuvimos suerte que en nuestra estancia por la noche los vecinos no hacían ruido

• Angelique (1/5): Absolutely awful - Good location. Walking distance to all attractions and shops. I would not recommend this accommodation. The listing was an inaccurate reflection of reality. What attracted me initially was the moorish style building, what seemed like clean, bright rooms, with a modern private bathroom. The reality was, the double room was very , very dirty, extremely poorly maintained and far below basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. Photos are completely misleading, especially to find a shower cubicle right opposite the bed!? Basic hygiene and upkeep were clearly neglected. We needed to make our own adjustments to deal with bathroom needs due to the filthy shower cubicle and it's location. Absolutely horrendous. The room itself was hidden behind a locked door off the main entry hall. It was then off a private lobby opposite the laundry/ cleaning room. It felt very unusual and unwelcoming, adding to the overall sense of discomfort. Could feel a little intimidating for a solo traveller. The location was not mentioned on the listing. The only positive was the location Of the building itself. Walking distance to all attractions and shops. I did not raise these issues immediately because I felt uncomfortable, did not want confrontation and had very limited time, which is why we made our own adjustments for the 2 nights.when I raised the issue at the end, the owner was dismissive, refused any sort of refund and claimed they would have done something if I spoke up. The truth is, the room should never have been offered to guests in that condition. It is important that future guests know this property does not match it's description. This was a very disappointing experience and I strongly suggest avoiding this property until significant improvements are made.

The room is so comfortable l, nice, clean. toilets are clean and new the workers clean the room daily. It is very suitable for a family. You need a taxi from Rome train station but other than that you don't need taxi easy access to metro bus and everything All was great. Location is the best. You might need a taxi only to the train station

Other than that was good very close to the tourist destinations , food etc.. I was out walking till very late and I felt safe in the area.

• JOSE (10/5): Ótima localização e limpeza! - A estadia foi excelente. O quarto é confortável e todos os dias realizaram limpeza, sem mesmo pedirmos. Nos ofereceram café da manhã de cortesia no primeiro dia e nos demais por um bom preço, no Hotel Concept Terrace, próximo da hospedagem. A localização é excelente, a poucos metros da Fontana de Trevi e demais pontos turísticos. Super recomendo para famílias!
• Frangela (8/5): Very good - Very nice stay. Good location. Staff were friendly. However when I first got there, I didn’t know where to go exactly. There should be a big sign that says where it is and the keys/passcode should be more accessible.
