Mo and moni on reception were very organised and friendly also the other lady who was on in the morning. We had an evening meal which was very good and breakfast also had everything you need. Also has a great chilled cafe where you can sit back and relax over a drink and a snack. We will Def be back

Perfect for AO arena location. - Clean, spacious and excellent location We had read that a limited room service was available after 10pm, so as I was with my daughter and had been to a late gig, we had planned on using this service. However they told us at 11pm there was no food available. They did suggest deliveries, but it was a little misleading.

jessicat1233456 (10/5): Good base for AO arena - The room was great for the reason we booked it. We wanted to be very close to the AO arena for yungbud concert with my teenage son. It was literally next door!. The room was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We both had a good nights sleep. The only negative is that we decided to have room service breakfast because of the late night and the food came very cold. I mentioned this at checkout and they waivered the room service charge which was nice of them. The rooms are on the expensive side however would definitely stay again if we were going to see a concert at AO arena again.

Sohanpal (2/5): - Very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Indigo Manchester Victoria Station. We stayed in Room 110 and the bathroom was in an unacceptable condition. The shower would not drain properly and continuously overflowed, flooding the bathroom floor every time it was used. We had to put towels down to stop the water spreading across the room. The bathroom floor tiles were also broken and unstable, when you walked on them they moved up and down and made loud noises, which became even worse once the floor was flooded. It felt unsafe and poorly maintained. We tried calling reception multiple times but no one answered. We informed staff at the door when leaving in the evening and even showed the cleaner, who agreed it was a safety issue and said it would be reported, but nothing was done to help us during our stay. For the price paid, I expected far better standards and customer service. I also have videos and photos showing the flooding and broken flooring, which honestly make the situation look even worse. Very unhappy with this experience and would not expect these conditions from a 4-star hotel.

It’s a short walk from Victoria train station . We arrived early , the receptionist kindly took our bags so we could have a wonder around Manchester before checking in , when we spoke to the very friendly receptionist she said that we had been chosen as the guest of the day ! . Which was a lovely surprise. We got upgraded to the top floor . The room was spotless , had everything we needed . Every member of staff we came across was amazing and very friendly. sandg3219 (10/5): Fantastic location and great breakfast - Stayed here whilst attending a show in Manchester. Upon arrival was dealt with by Jane on reception who was very friendly and welcoming We chatted and explained we were there for our birthday and to see a show our room wasn’t ready as we were early arriving so we left our luggage and returned later on doing so Jane had arranged a room upgrade which was a very lovely surprise and added to our enjoyment of our stay We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the following morning, the restaurant manager was very welcoming , pleasant and attentive and even welcomed us at breakfast the following day , the breakfast was fantastic value for money The stay was first class from start to finish, the team were all friendly even on return after our show the reception staff enquired as to our enjoyment of the show which we thought was lovely and the hotel and rooms were very well kept and clean The hotel is next to Victoria Rail Station and across from the upmarket shops and national football museum and therefore an unbeatable location in my opinion We have stayed in a number indigo hotels and all are first rate Would highly recommend as all of same standard and in great locations

McDermott (6/5): Don't speak!! - Great location, comfortable room. My husband didn't appreciate being talked down to by the receptionist because I had the audacity to speak to my daughter on the phone to let her know we had returned safely to the hotel. The room was nicely furnished but I found the bed too high and far too firm.

Neill (8/5): Great location and efficient name friendly staff - Great location, 2 min walk from Victoria Station. Easy check in and check out, friendly staff. Nice sized room, great shower. Tea and coffee facilities a nice touch too. In my room - Minor smell of smoke in bathroom, could have been from vents outside and while it was noticeable it didn’t disturb me. Also iron was damaged and unusable but overall they are just minor things.

Lorraine (10/5): Amazing Hotel, 100% recommended - Absolutely amazing hotel!! Stayed here multiple times, so close to Victoria Station and city centre. Absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Nothing!!! Everything was amazing.
