• Stewart (10/5): Comfortable stay - Property was very comfortable with all facilities that you require for self catering accommodation. In good location for access to Reading town centre and surrounding areas. Communication with Kennett Serviced Apartments was excellent. Great to have bathroom and ensuite shower room. Kitchen appliances and equipment made it very easy to prepare meals. Would definitely stay again. No negative points.

The temperature of the property was great and the shower was exceptionally good! It was so easy to access the property and was in such a good location for what we needed. Great to have the free parking as well. It would be very good it some hooks could be put in the two bathrooms so that there is somewhere to hang clothes up while showering. Other than that nothing!

• Noori (10/5): Great would stay again - Was a great first impression the heating was on when we arrived and it was absolutely spotless. They even gave milk which was helpful as I had forgotten to buy some. Free parking and 2min drive to lidil aldi morissons petrol station. 2 single beds and one double both comfortable. I liked everything apart from the underfloor heating it wasn't easy to use so extra blankets would be helpful for the beds and an extra heater. 10 am checkout was too early it should be 11.30 or 12. The 2 bedrooms are far apart so our kids were on the top floor and we was downstairs luckily it didn't effect us but I can see this being an issue for other families

• Elfie (10/5): Un super appart. Nous sommes ravis - Apparemment au top, on se croirait a la maison. Tout confort, propre, calme et sécurisant. Parking top. Chacun a sa place de parking. Vraiment super confort. Malgré la chaleur, les multiples ventilateurs ont été suffisants pour bien dormir, les fenêtres s'ouvrent toute, la baie vitrée pliante est géniale. Appart super spacieux. Nous sommes ravis. Je cherche...mais je n'ai trouvé aucun point négatif. Tout a été parfait

• Amanda (10/5): Brilliant accommodation - Brilliant accommodation, had everything we needed including toiletries, hair dryer, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Lots of space and cupboards. Easy to find. This is only feedback for customers - I would still stay here again. Car park small so it was a struggle parking on the first night, these apartments seem to be used for workers as well so there was a work truck parked the first night of our stay. Parking fine for the rest of the stay. The apartment was very hot (we were there during a heat wave) fans are provided in the bedrooms but if you are going during hot weather be mindful that it gets very hot.

• Gillian (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, comfortable bedrooms, good bathrooms. Very clean. The hosts responded quickly to questions before we arrived. Check in was straightforward. Location was ideal for us - parking on site and on a regular bus route into Reading Centre There was not many cooking utensils - pots, dishes, so it would have been difficult to properly self cater. We didn't find a hairdryer.

• Martin (10/5): Ivory Lodge, Reading - This property was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend this property. Everything was as new and had the appearance of a well dedigned and purpose built home. Everything was as it should be. I would be happy to live here! The location on the main road was tricky for driving as it is located at a Junction and is between traffic lights.watch out for bus lanes as I had two violations (traffic camera) for being in the bus lane approaching the property. Ouch! Forewarned is forearmed as they say, and with care, this should not be a problem.

• Franciscareis (9/5): Must! - The apartment was amazing, very beautiful and spacious! Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen/living room was huge and very practical. It was a quiet location and free parking on site. Definitely would stay again, it was an absolute amazing place, perfect for our friends weekend getaway! The kitchen could have more basics and essentials for cooking. Damage deposit requested and held during our stay - mentioned that it would be returned after inspection post check-out (so expected it to happen on monday) but had to message staff to ask about it on Wednesday and only then did we get our deposit back.

• Olusola (8/5): Comfortable and convenient stay - Location was great. Reading bus network is top-class; moving around was easy. Pre-arrival cleaning wasn't too detailed. There were still a lot of spider webs all around the house.
• Simon (7/5): Hidden costs - The flat was clean and the location is next to a bus stop which is ideal for commuting to Reading train station. The property is not advertised with a £200 damage deposit and this information is not revealed until payment is taken which feels like an ambush and deprives the guest of an option to compare with other similar properties not requesting a deposit. On check out, the deposit is not immediately refunded despite inspection. The guest has to constantly chase the property managers with very minimal response.
• Carol (9/5): A luxury standard property in a good location with everything to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended and would - The property was immaculate and looked brand new. Beautifully decorated and furnished to a luxury standard, this apartment was comfortable, spacious and close to local amenities and Reading town centre, as well as being close to the M4. Everything was thought of to make our stay easy, including tea, coffee, cereals and milk. We loved it. Perhaps a bath slip mat could be put in the master bedroom en suite shower in Ivory Lodge?

• Nads (10/5): - We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment. Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable. Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom. The issue we had regarding the hot water was resolved within a few hours of our call. Plus upon returning home I realse that I had left an item of sentimental value to me, after emailing and speaking with the agents the item was retrieved from the property and returned to me by post within 2 days, fantastic customer care. The location had parking and was a god base for our visit to Reading and Henley. Would definitely recommend the accommodation and would stay again if visiting Reading in the future

• Sibal (7/5): good value for money despite the loud group staying next door - pretty clean apart from some cobwebs in the bathroom. nicely presented property. there was a party in the flat above us who made a lot of noise throughout our stay.

The heating in the apartment was great too, enjoyed having warm feet wherever i went. The main TV in the living room, Whenever i tried to watch Netflix the TV would freeze. Unfortunately in the evening i didn't spend much time there.

Very tastefully decorated and clean Noise from occupants immediately above us, in the middle of the night. Would have loved some instructions on how to operate oven, it was not clear to us (we are not from UK). Had a lot of trouble (as we did not have mobile phone service) in doumg £200 deposit, was not aware this was reqd (sorry if I missed that detail up front). Unit was very warm, even w thermostats turned down

Comfy loving room area, all the rooms were very clean and nicely fitted. Lovely and bright. Felt very looked after. The original room we booked downstairs smelled strongly of smoke despite no smoking indoors policy, which isn't the fault of the staff. We were able to move apartments with no fuss whatsoever. The same flat also had sheer curtains looking into the public garden space which wasn't great for privacy.

• Martijn (6/5): okay stay but wil not chose it next time. - It is spacious and enough for 2 adults and one child. Our flat is very close to the main traffic road. All two bedrooms are facing the main traffic road. If you want to have a good sleep, probably you shouldn’t consider this flat. We didn’t know it. Additionally the dinner table is relatively small for three people although there are four chairs. Kitchen is new however there are not enough cooking utensils for you to cook for 4 people. Last but not least the bed looks beautiful but not comfortable to sleep. It is relatively small for people longer than 1.80 meter. We did not really sleep that good.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Flat 1 is on the ground floor and easily accessible. It appears brand new; the furniture, fittings and amenities are fantastic. Light, airy and very comfortable. Lovely kitchen area with everything you need. WiFi is good and TV is enormous. Fantastic bathrooms (2), spotlessly clean, even nice neighbours - I could go on. Lovely place and a lovely stay. Parking is a bit tight, oh and the salt cellar was empty!
• Bernice K. (4/5): I had no idea we’d be on a mai road on the outskirts of. Reading. Price was as high as London so not - Property was clean but on the outskirts of town on a main road. This should be noted on the explanation. Utterly depressing week.
