• SIEW CHUEN (6/5): - Location was great, my stay at this hotel was an impromptu decision as I came unprepared with limited clothings and didnt expect to extend my stay. Was supposed to leave Penang on Sun 19th April. Was told I have to pay RM1 if I request for an extra towel. The hotel did not provide Hair dryer, so I need to borrow from the reception and was told I can have it for an hour only. I am not happy over these restrictions.

• Lee (10/5): Hotel is clean and housekeeping was effection, staff a the hotel was friendly and helpful at all times. - Hotel is at a good location with many good eateries nearby.

Its 2 twins together so someone's going to end up falling into the gap. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The ironing board is terrible. They can invest a few ringgit and get a new padded cover for the ironing table. It leaves ur clothes with odd marks because of the metal poking thru

• AZHAR (9/5): Selesa - Harga sangat berpatutan dengan penginapan. Tempat letak kereta yang selamat. Menyediakan kemudahan air tapisan sejuk dan panas. Ada restoren mamak yang berhampiran hotel, hanya berjalan kaki sahaja. Hotel berdekatan dengan pusat hiburan. Bunyi muzik menganggu pada masa tidur.

• Leanne (7/5): - Good location. Very nice housekeeping staff. Rooms were good value for the price. No kettle in the room but Hot/cold water in the hallway. Wifi did not work and it was very loud at night. We could hear karoke or something from the buildings next door.

The room I stayed in this hotel was not that good cause the ac wasn’t working properly. I couldn’t even open the window of that room that was disgusting. cause room was too hot, Also I couldn’t open the window of toilet. The room number was 312

• Sandra (6/5): NORMAL PARA EL PRECIO - La habitación por el precio no está mal, pero en la página web para que ofrece mucho más de lo que realmente ofrecía. La habitación era muy pequeña con unas vistas sin más, el problema era que no se podía abrir la ventana. Aunque pedimos una habitación con una cama grande, nos dieron una con dos camas que eran las más incómodas de la historia, era como dormir en el suelo, y las almohadas mas de lo mismo. El baño era típico asiático pero con una puerta corredera que no cerraba bien, y para hacer tus necesidades era un poco incómodo. En general por el precio no nos podemos quejar, pero parece mejor de lo que realmente es. Lo único bueno es que estaba bien ubicado, a unos 5 min de Chulia Street, y tenía cerca bares y restaurantes Lo peor sin duda fueron las camas, eran muy incómodas, duras y pequeñas. No se podían abrir las ventanas para ventilar y el aire acondicionado iba cuando le daba la gana. El baño era humilde pero tenía una puerta corredera que no cerraba bien

• Joy (8/5): A nice stay 😊 - Location very convenient.. town center can just by walking to find nice foods around this area. Btw there is a very good Hainanese chicken chop shop opposite of the hotel. 😋 Last day found a small cockroach coming out under the bed 😕
