Guest Reviews
- Almas (1/5): Not bad - Rooms Cleanline6is fine No Hot water Facility in Shower Room while the weather is cold in morning
- Recto (9/5): The place is cool and comfy. - The place was very clean and comfortable to sleep with. Mr. Chang was very accommodating and made our visit in Baguio
relaxing
- Reah Joy (8/5): - nice, safety and a quite place.
- May-ann (5/5): Passable -
- Xavier (8/5): Pagudpud - Baguio Adventure - There is a terrace at our room that has a mountain view. Room is clean and spacious. There are cabinets. Clean and working toilet and bath. Water pressure is good even at 3rd floor. Free use of wifi so you can connect to the internet. There is a kitchen were you can cook no extra charge. Purified water is free. Overall the place is good. Parking is limited. Garage has a capacity of 1 vehicle, so first guest to arrive can use the garage. Other guest like us, will have to park their vehicle outside in which the road is inclined and has a steep angle.
- Hanna (10/5): Mary Chiang Baguio Transient House π/π - Sir Mac, our host, is the kindest and most accommodating.β¨οΈ The very steep road going up the transient house had holes and uneven pathways, it very much needs road smoothening/ construction. I hope the LGU, or whoever is in charge of the road enhancement, gives attention to this. ππ»
- Melody (10/5): Exceptional - Mr. Chiang is a good host. He is very accommodating. The place is clean and comfortable. It's good that the house is situated near a convenience store so you can easily grab anything that you need.
- Eugene (10/5): - It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasnβt that bad.
- Nathan (8/5): - Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. We didnt have any power until our last day there. Because we were visiting friends, we stayed anyway. The owner took great care of us! The townhome and bedrooms are nice and perfect for what we needed. The only negative for us was there aren't many walkable restaurants nearby, but you can always walk to the main road and catch a jeep or taxi. I would very much reccomend this place!
- Jerome (4/5): - 1.) You need to be careful during the booking because I booked for a family room, and I declared a couple and 2 kids and paid Php12k for 5 nights. Unfortunately, during the check-in they asked us to pay another P4,000.00 for the 2 kids since it was not covered during the booking. At the end, their rate is expensive for a 2-star hotel. Iβd rather pay bit extra to get better accommodation.
2.) Unstable water supply and water pump is noisy that made cause the distraction of your rest/sleep.
3.) Small cockroaches are seen in the restroom.
- Renz (10/5): Exceptional - Mr. Chiang is super kind and jolly! I like how he gave us a warm welcome and a tour with the house.
- Michael (9/5): Clean room & budget friendly - Budget friendly ... Clean room

- Romeo (8/5): Very good -
- Badua (10/5): superb and highly recommended - this is like more than a 5star hotel. so clean and its so refreshing clean and luxurious bed and ambience
- Justina (10/5): - Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful Jer...it is a home away from home...i will strongly recommend Mary Chiang Transient House to my family and friends
- Medz (6/5): - Nothing to like
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very limited on sight parking but good access to jeepney route and taxi service in Baguio is excellent so donβt really need a car.
Staff lives on site and is very helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - IT IS SO CALLED HOME FOR A GUEST.....
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly staff and the place is small and beautiful
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing experience and great service..Kudos to the owner Maria for the wonderful service..We will definitely comeback πππ
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice room but.... - New building, clean & spacious room. Outdoor cooking area with gas cooktop, cookware, dishes and fridge.
Pillows were very thick and very hard. We used our own travel pillows for comfort. 4 blurry cable channels on a very small TV. Bathroom had a tub and shower and was very clean. The accommodation is not very close to downtown, expect to pay P120 to P150 for taxi, few taxis in the area for a trip back to downtown so travel options are limited to jeepneys. Taxi drivers may have difficulty finding the hotel/residence. The building's water tanks were located just outside our room. The water tanks produced very loud hissing sounds from valves as tanks refilled & pressurized every 20 minutes - the noise lasted almost a minute and a half each cycle. Light sleepers may have difficulty sleeping without ear plugs.
- Angelo (10/5): - We are satistied during our entire 3 nights stay at this place..
