• Daryl (10/5): - Our stay at June Twenty suites was fantastic. Olga was very helpful and gave a number of great suggestions for activities and restaurants around Santorini. Our room was very clean and the private pool we had was big enough to have a swim but the water was a tad cold but was dependent on the outdoor weather. The breakfast options were fantastic and lots to choose from. The location itself was a 15 minutes walk into Fira and was quiet and safe. Highly recommend.

We only arrived home last night, and I already miss the warm morning greetings from the incredible team and the delicious, varied breakfast spread that started each day perfectly. From start to finish, this was the most amazing holiday I’ve ever had and I wholeheartedly recommend June Twenty Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. The location was ideal just a short walk from Fira. It’s also a perfect base for exploring the island. Special thanks to Olga, who was exceptional even before we arrived. She messaged us the evening before to check if we needed an airport transfer, and once we got there, she welcomed us so warmly. She took the time to walk us through the geography of the island, pointing out must-see spots and hidden gems. She even arranged a quad bike rental for us, which was delivered directly to our suite. Throughout our stay, she was always available via WhatsApp with helpful recommendations, updates and answers to any questions. Her kindness and hospitality truly elevated our experience, chatting with her was always a joy, and I’ll genuinely miss her! Our suite was spacious, immaculate, the private pool was a dream, tranquil, exclusive, perfect for relaxing.I already can’t wait to return, and I truly hope to see Olga and the amazing team again. • Harry (10/5): - The suites are well designed and modern. We had a pool room and it was gorgeous. Every morning we were greeted with a stunning breakfast in our room which we could choose. The room was clean, comfortable beds and we had a fridge and coffee machine. You can also use the main pool area and to be honest it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Olga the receptionist was incredible, she greeted us with a warm welcome and through out our stay she helped us to choose local trips and restaurants. She responded to our texts quickly and booked us taxis and on the day we left she even helped us with our ferry. She really is a gem! It’s about a 15-20 min walk into Fira and a bus stop is just outside. I would recommend the boat trips, hike to Oia and spend some time in Kamala Beach. We highly recommend to stay here and hopefully we will be back one day.

The rooms were so spacious and the breakfast was delicious and just the right amount of food. The rooms were well cleaned everyday and the pools and lounge areas were so nice and refreshing. They kindly let us stay by the pool after check out as we had a late flight going home. We were in a perfect location, we did hire a car for ease and free parking came in useful. We were situated 4 minutes away from Fira so perfect location away from the busy hassle. The only comment I would make to improve would be the jetted tubs are not warm enough at night which is when we wanted to use it but I don’t think the temperatures can be changed.

She even packed our breakfast on the day before we left as our flight. Our cleaning lady (sorry forgot her name) was amazing also, she always keeps our room very clean, replaces towels daily. Breakfast was awesome and it was delivered in your room at your convinient time. Property was a bit far from Fira, I don't suggest walking on the streets of Santorini as there are no sidewalks We rented a car for the duration of the stay and I strongly suggest renting a car in Santorini, for convinience, no waiting for buses and plenty more to see if you have one.

Spacious, well-kept and clean rooms, with hydromassage overlooking the sea. Basic but complete kitchenette. Breakfast in your personalized room, very abundant and extremely varied. Olga, the owner, affable, helpful and attentive to solving every problem but without being intrusive. Exceptional value for money. Prima settimana di Luglio 2024. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa a 20 minuti circa da ogni spiaggia o località dell’isola. Camere spaziose, curate e pulite, con idromassaggio vista mare. Angolo cottura essenziale ma completo. Colazione in camera personalizzata, abbondantissima ed estremamente varia. Olga, la titolare, affabile, disponibile e attenta a risolvere ogni problema ma senza essere invadente. • MAGNUS VON (10/5): Fremragende ophold - Vil uden at tøve anbefale dette sted. Fantastisk værtskab af det sødeste personale. Værelserne er utrolig lækre, og poolområdet er dejligt stort. Eneste minus er støjen fra vejen, når enkelte folk kører forbi med tårnhøj musik.
• Pankaj (2/5): - This home is located on a dirt road and can't be found on Maps. No one else lives on that road. I booked for 4 people, choosing a room with 1 Double Bed and 2 Twin Sofa Beds. When we arrived, the room only had 1 double bed. The host claimed the booking was for 2 people, causing a mix-up. She tried to set up the room for 4 people on the first night and promised to make our stay comfortable the next day. The next morning, she said the owner wanted to charge hefty amount per extra person per night, for us was a big expense. I asked not to be charged for the first night since there weren't enough beds. The guy on the phone was rude but eventually agreed to charge a bit less. He asked if I was happy, and I said no but wanted to move on. The owner then threatened to report me to the authorities though its their mishap and I even ready to pay extra charge. Despite agreeing to the extra charge, the room was never properly set up for 4 people. We only had one double bed and one twin sofa bed, with limited amenities like two glasses and two wine glasses. Check their other verified guest reviews Room Details: There is no door in the shower and bathroom, so anyone entering the apartment can see the mirror and have a full view of the bathroom. Inside the room, someone needs to watch the door when another person showers to ensure privacy. No extra towels are provided upon request. Be-aware of this location, its not safe middle of nowhere

Location was near a busy road which could be noisy. A rental car is a must for staying here, but Olga easily helped arrange for a rental car to be delivered, and picked up, for us.

Toute l’équipe a été bien vaillante. Je recommande vivement. ps il y a une super boulangerie avec des produits locales à prix très abordable à quelques minutes de l’hôtel.

• Dimitrios (10/5): Fantastic stay at June Twenty - This has got to be one of the hidden gems among Hotels in Santorini. Away from the noise and mayhem of the caldera and the premium hikes in prices. Our room included a private pool and patio area. Free parking on site. Not much of a view facing a gas station, but you don't notice it much. The room itself was great. - Big comfy bed - Big spacious washroom and shower, very good water pressure. - Breakfast was served daily and made to order! Simply call the desk and place your order. 15 minutes later, it's there. - Very clean hotel! The things I would do to make it better would be: - Place the sign to the Reception in a better place since the reception is hard to find in the basement. - The hotel sign on the main road is small and can go by unnoticed, especially at night.

• Billy (10/5): Great, clean, cozy Santorini style rooms. - Amazing and helpful staff. Maria at the front desk was very friendly, and gave us great tips on what places to go see. Took the time to go through the entire map of Santorini, explaining all pros and cons. As for the hotel/rooms themselves, they were immaculate. Beautiful pool accessible 24/7, private jacuzzi on your patio, and daily towel swap and cleaning from the staff. Extremely cozy stay. Location for myself and my companions, was PERFECT. Drive into the main part of Santorini (Thira) is 4 minutes by car. Rental place 30 meters down the street from the hotel door. Beaches were 15 minute drives. The longest drive is to Oia, which is only 25 minutes. The only thing, is that you won’t get the picturesque Santorini cliff side style view from the room. On a rather main street, which for us was a huge plus, given it gave us access to any part of the island very quickly. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else upon my return to Santorini. Extended my stay by one night, enjoyed it so much.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing place for your stay in Santorini. Yes, it is built quite close to a busy road but you can’t even hear the noise when you are resting at the pool. It is perfectly located in the middle of the island so you can get easily to any where. The room itself, the bathroom and the balcony if our room were amazing. The breakfast was also very good and they bring it to your room. I’m giving it a 4/5 because if the price, although I understand that everything is expensive in Santorini.

They preemptively offered to schedule a taxi ride to the airport. And when our shower did not drain well they fixed it immediately. And the breakfast spread that is included was fresh and delicious. The only downside to this hotel is the location. There is not much around. There is a very nice coffee shop/bakery five minutes away by foot but it requires you to walk along a busy road with no path.

• Samantha (10/5): 2 Nights at June Twenty Suites - My partner and I spent two nights at June Twenty Suites. The room is very big, with a walk in open concept bathroom and shower, a large living room, and a loft bedroom. Very comfy bed and great sleeps. We had the hot tub on our balcony, which was more like a warm tub. The pool area is really nice and quiet. There is complimentary breakfast that they bring up to your room - it was very good. They were kind enough to let us check in early when we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am. There’s only six rooms, but it looks like they are building more next to it. The hotel is in Karterados, a 20 minute walk to Fira. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes to walk to. There is a lovely bakery just up the road, and a few restaurants near the bus stop. The hotel views look out onto the Shell gas station and you can see the ocean in the distance (not the caldera side). The road surrounding the hotel does not have any sidewalks and is a bit dangerous as it is a very busy road. Once you get to the bus stop though, there are sidewalks all the way up to Fira. Would recommend getting a car, ATV or scooter for getting around the island. Most of the car parks on the island are free. Hotel seems quite new. Staff were friendly and kind. Would recommend.

Its not a long walk to the nearest resturants but not that safe as there is no walking path but you can go round the back, Overall a great stay

• C (2/5): In a hard to find location no one knows about - Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. The accommodation is lovely and new but did not provide what we booked and paid for. We booked a room to accommodate for 4 adults and 3 night stay. They did not provide bedding for 4 adults. We paid for a double bed and 2 single sofa beds. We got a double bed and 1 single sofa bed and 1 concrete platform that is more like a bench made out of the same concrete from the walls. They put a very THIN foam overlay over it. I don't know how they think a concrete slab is a bed for an adult. We complained and they did nothing about it. I slept outside on the pool lounge for the night as I felt bad for the other guest sleeping on concrete. Next morning I addressed the issue that they have not provided 2 sofa beds and you cannot expect a concrete bed to be suitable for an adult or child. They did not care one bit. I had paid for 4 adults. In the end one of adults left the accommodation as they could not sleep there and had to pay top dollar last minute for a new accommodation.Point being accommodation is lovely but only for 2. They ripped us off charging our room stay for 4 people. They did not provide what we booked and were too arrogant to understand what we needed to deal with and unfair that they provide this category of bedding to travellers. Expedia tried to sort it out as well with them and they refused to compensate any money back to us. It is only suitable for 2 people as the bathroom is all open, no shower screen or door, no privacy.
