The man said he would have to check with house keeping to see if my room was available and it should only be a few minutes and he would call. I said we could wait in the lobby. He responded by telling me there would be a $25 early Check in fee. I said no thank you and we would return. When we checked in at 3 I told him I felt like he tried to take advantage of us. He said oh no, I left too quickly. He was going to work it out. It all seemed very shady. I have never been charged an early check in fee. Either the room is ready or not, and that is fine but to want to charge me so close to check in time seemed so odd. Never has that happened to me before.

• Rodney (9/5): Stay was to sleep from a lot of traffic and accidentss - Breakfast was delicious right before we checked out. I also liked the cleanliness of the entire building and the staff was courteous I cannot say anything bad about it.

• Kimberly (5/5): Great location, but the room was dirty, outdated, poorly stocked, and extremely uncomfortable for a group stay. - Location I booked the room for six people, so we had to use the pullout couch. It was stained and extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock. They only provided one flat sheet and a very thin blanket, with no extra pillows. I went to the front desk to ask for additional bedding and pillows since two kids were sharing the couch. They gave me extra sheets and blankets, but told me the eight thin pillows on the two queen beds were “more than enough.” Because of that, two of us had to give up a pillow, which made it hard to sleep. Most adults need at least two pillows—especially when they’re that thin.

• Allison (10/5): Better than expected - Kay at the front desk went above and beyond. So friendly and welcoming! Rooms were so clean and spacious. Hotel was updated and nice. I enjoyed the entire stay! I liked everything!
• Hart (6/5): Meh - Breakfast was okay for being free. Waffle station, eggs, sausage patties & links, hash browns, biscuits & gravy. Overall good. There was a distinct smell in the lobby upon arrival. It appeared that the whole hotel needed minor upgrades. All furniture was either stained or had multiple tears. There were only 2 towels for 4 people booked. Every time we asked for extra towels, it was an hour wait. I had to beg for extra linens for the sofa couch.

• Michelle (8/5): We loved our stay here! It was all around a great atmosphere! We would stay here again! - The staff were the friendliest that I have seen in a long time! They greeted you happily, answered any questions with care, and every time they saw us greeted us with a hardy hello! The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the coffee maker had a brown liquid in the back with mold growing on it, which means it had not been cleaned. We obviously did not use this amenity. I must say though we did not even notice this until the last day, and we did not complain about it. We just drank the lobby coffee, which was provided for free!

The pull out sofa, my kids slept on it and both times we stayed there the pull out part came apart and they slid down. Waking them up. The cleanliness of them was not up to my standards. Visibly had unclean spots. Asked for extra bedding to go over that before we had anyone sleep on that.

• Shiela (10/5): I enjoyed my stay and felt safe and pampered. I will stay here again… the desk gentlemen were very . - The breakfast selection was nice. The breakfast lady was cheery!😄 the eating area was clean and well situated… I intended to use the pool but it got late and I decided to sleep instead. The bed was very very comfy!!! My bagel was hard and there was not any cream cheese. So that was disappointing but over all I had breakfast twice and it was tasty… my table wobbled a little and it tipped my coffee and juice. Why are tables like that?! These are overall very small things. My stay was lovely.

• Kimberlyn (10/5): Great, Clean and Quiet Place! - I’m always a little skeptical even after reading over the reviews bc I’ve not always had great experiences at hotels even when there are ok or good reviews, but this one actually was a very nice hotel! The bed was super comfy (usually they aren’t at hotels), it smelled clean, was very nice over all!

It's not their fault but still was overbearing eith kids.There were no other rooms apparently available to switch.
