• kerry (9/5): Excellent location, great apartment and good value, and a superb host! - We had a great stay at Capital apartments, spacious, clean, balcony for sitting outside in the nice weather, even room around the back of the property for our hire car. Very close to the centre of Split, could walk to the promenade in approx 5-10 mins. Our apartment was up a couple of flights of stairs, but that was no problem for us. I was worried about how comfy the sofa bed would be, but it was fine, no issues. Our host, Ante, was exceptional, met us at the apartment, showed us around, where everything was, and gave us a load of information/recommendations of places to go, places to eat and drink, he really was superb. Checked in with us during our stay too, which was appreciated, and was always available to answer questions. nothing much to write here! I mentioned to Ante that a light when getting back to the apartment at night would be helpful, I think a bulb was out, he said he would get it fixed. Apart from that, would definitely stay here again.

• Marcella (10/5): Wonderful location for a few days away, we will for sure return soon - The apartment has a great location is very clean and offers everyting you need. The best was the host who gave us tips of where to go and what to do and see while in Split. I would defenitely reommend this place.

Greeted us at the accomodation, and shared so much excellent information on things to see, do and experience while we were in Split. We only had one day, but had time to do 5 things on his list, and all were top notch! Location was excellent. As we were a party of three, one person slept on the sofa bed, which was very squeaky with any movement - enough so as to disrupt the sleep of others. The other bed was very comfortable, but is not in a seperate room. The accomodation was very clean, some of the sheets and bedding were worn and could use replacing. For us these were not big issues, but they may be more important to others. We felt the hospitality shown by our host outweighed these slight inconveniences and therefore rate this as a really great stay.

He provided so many amazing recommendations to keep us busy during our stay. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the city centre. The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic — close to the shops, restaurants and the old town, yet peaceful and relaxing. But what really made our stay unforgettable was Ante, the host. He is the kindest, most genuine person we’ve ever met while traveling. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely welcome and at home. He gave us great local tips, and even went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality and warmth are simply unmatched. We travel a lot, but this experience stands out because of Ante’s incredible energy and care. If you’re coming to Split, don’t even think twice — stay here! You’ll fall in love with the apartment and the host just like we did. ❤️

We will definitely be back as it was picture perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen, a short walk to the old city, nice and quiet too. Ljubaznost domaćina Anta je bila izuzetna! Pravo gostoprimstvo koje se rijetko vidja! Apartman se nalazi samo 5-8 min hoda od starog grada i svih atrakcija. Split je divan grad, a ovi apartmani će sigurno upotpuniti utisak. Ocjena je apsolutna 10tka!

The walk to the bus station from the airport is a bit further away with 10-15mins walk. But overall a pleasant stay.

• MERVE DENİZ (10/5): Very nice and central apartment with a very helpful host ☺️ - The apartment was renewed, nicely decorated and equipped. It was more than enough for 3 guests. Our host Ante is very kind, considered and helpful, he welcomed us warmly, gave us a list of his recommendations to do in Split and was very quick to answer to our needs. The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 5min walk to the old town and 15min walk to the port. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. Overall, our experience was great and if we ever come to Split again, this apartment will be our first and only choice ☺️ Nothing

Ante was the perfect host and was very knowledgeable about Split, providing us with many great recommendations for restaurants, local delicacies, beaches and experiences.

He also gave us a lots of tips about the local and offered help whenever we needed. The apartment is bright and clean with the nice view from the balcony. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Riva and the old town, yet far enough so it is peaceful in the evening.

• Pandu (8/5): Moderno ma qualche imperfezione purtroppo c'è - L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto l'essenziale. La camera ha un aspetto moderno e pulito. Si tratta di un appartamento ristrutturato da poco situato in un palazzo un po' datato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario, il quale ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio alcune particolarità di Spalato. Nei dettagli si notano delle imperfezioni. Per esempio: cappa della cucina non collegata, dal rubinetto esce acqua calda quando si indica il freddo e viceversa, la cabina doccia perdeva acqua, il riscaldamento in bagno non e ancora installato e non abbiamo trovato niente nel frigorifero: solitamente si apprezza trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua.

L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, fornendoci tantissimi consigli utili su ristoranti, locali e attività da fare in città e nei dintorni. La camera era pulita e confortevole, e il parcheggio incluso è un grande vantaggio, considerando quanto sia difficile trovare posti auto gratuiti a Spalato. Soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo! Niente

Varat pagatavot vakariņas, pieejama veļasmašīna, blakus veikls. Droša autosstāvvieta pagalmā. Ļoti atsaucīgs saimnieks. Viss bija ļoti labi!

• Cortojan (10/5): Excepțional. - Apartamentul este amplasat într-o zona liniștită, aproape de Faleza din Split și de palatul lui Dioclețian. În apropiere sunt multe terase și restaurante.Strada este liniștită, iar din balcon se pot admira munții și florile leandrilor. Apartamentul este foarte curat , dotat cu tot ce este nevoie ( vesela,frigider,masina de spălat vase. masina de spălat rufe). Lenjeriile și prosoapele sunt impecabile. Aerul conditionat functioneaza foarte bine.Apartamentul este ideal pentru familii. Proprietarul va ajuta cu informații privind ce puteți face în Split. Mulțumim Ante! Sigur vom reveni pentru o vacanță mai lunga pentru ca Splitul și Coasta Dalmata sunt superbe.

• Vasconez (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Capital Rooms! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What really made the experience special was the hospitality, a huge thank you to Ante, who was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us some of the best local recommendations we could’ve asked for. Thanks to him, we discovered hidden gems we wouldn’t have found on our own. Would definitely stay here again!
• Sabrina (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Ante was a great host and welcomed us on arrival. He told us everything we needed to know like the closest supermarket, beach, good restaurant suggestions etc. It was nice, clean and comfortable. Good aircon given it was 32 degrees when we were there. Netflix available for those who have account. 15 min walk to the closest beach. There’s no lift but the cleaners helped bring our luggage up. The balcony barrier doesn’t seem high enough so I wouldn’t recommend kids be out there. It’s fine for adults though. The exterior doesn’t look the best but the apartment itself is lovely.
• Ivan (9/5): Sve u svemu, jako ugodan smjestaj sa vrlo pristupacnom lokacijom. - Smjestaj u centru, blizu svih hot spotova Splita, apartman je jednostavno i sarmantno ureden, sladak mali balkon za vecernje razgovore sa divnim pogledom.

• di bello (10/5): - Apartment was really nice, tidy and super clean. Location is great and quiet but close to the center. The host Ante was incredibly helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations throughout the whole stay and super flexible with our requests, super kind and attentive to all our needs. We would definitely come back again and recommend this place.
