I was here for a business meeting and honestly felt gross just setting my things down in the room. On top of that, the directions for pulling into the property were confusing and added to the frustration. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or stay at again.

- Bill (2/5): I will never recommend this place for anyone. - The room we were given had mold growing on the walls in multiple places, unfinished drywall, smelled like urine, and was more like a section 8 apartment than a hotel room. I was worried there were bedbugs and checked out immediately. The pictures on Hotels.com were extremely misleading, they had to have been taken when the hotel initially opened. The young man at the front desk did a fine job and I cannot blame him for the unkept building he works in.

Once in room was bugs unsafe and window was busted out with only plastic to keep people out. I travel with Working K-9 protection dogs and CC. Was not enough to feel comfortable there

When we checked out they refused our deposit back due to black dirt by drain saying we smoked in room when the room reeked of cigarette smoke when we got there we didn’t even smoke lol trashy place don’t recommend

- TARA (4/5): worst place so far in 3-4 years. - i booked a room with a kitchen net, thought it included a stove top, fridge, sink, microwave.. true enough it had everything except the stove top. then i was suprised to accually be charged a deposit when paying with a card. the room only had 1 hard chair in it. there.was holes in the bathroom door, the towel rack in the kitchen was falling off the wall, the security bolt that goes at the top of the door was off there. poor water pressure. ive been taking alot of vacations over the last 3-4 years and this is the most disappointing one yet. i will never book at one of these places again.. i wouldnf ever recommended this place to anyone.
- David (4/5): Not what we expected - This is an aged motel that intermingles weekly renters with short term guests. Many of the weekly renters are down on their luck and struggling. The interiors are in severe need of refurbishment. I think mixing overnight stayers with weekly renters is a mistake. We overheard a domestic argument in the early morning hours that woke us up.

The shower had mold an grime all over ,the shower head sprayed everywhere. I was very dissatisfied with the room.

Cabinet door missing on sink and drawer missing on kitchenette. All I can say is you get what you pay for with the price of a nights stay at this motel.

- Jackie (6/5): Great price, but better housekeeping crew - The staff were hands down some of the friendliest and most genuine people to conduct business with of any place I have ever stayed. The staff were amazing, but the room could have been better with a little more effort. Unfortunately, the king-sized bed looked lonely in this rather large room with a fridge, microwave, table, 1 chair, TV, 1 small dresser, and 2 nightstands with drawers that appeared clean at first glance, but upon further investigation, I discovered that the cleaning crew could use some serious lessons in deep cleaning where it really counts, especially the bathroom and sink areas. The towels were thin and not very absorbent. The shower and toilet were not cleaned well at all. I actually bought bathroom cleaner and disinfected the shower before using it. Also, the floor needed the use of a clean mop and clean soapy water. Surprisingly, the dorm-style refrigerator w/freezer was immaculate and a decent size. The microwave was small, but very clean as well. The bedding was also clean, but the pillows were small atop an uncomfortable and lumpy king mattress. Although there were a few cleanliness hiccups, it was overall a budget-friendly and pleasantly quiet night's stay at a hotel located right next to the main expressway that runs through Evansville.

The vent in bathroom had water running down the wall and our sleep clothes were wet. Had to buy new ones. Kept everything in the refrigerator to keep roaches out. Drug deals going down. Did not feel safe walking my dogs and when i did had to walk to the business next to hotel cause no one picks up there dogs poop. I got really sick and im sure it was from the mold. I have picture and if i could i would post them. If we could of gotten another hotel and got our money back trust we would of left. Dont even give this place a 2nd look. Its disgusting and nasty.

The property is very ran done, the front desk staff not helpful with directions for local restaurants and such. I was also required to pay a $50 deposit after checking in on top of my room fee. Was told after heck out the deposit would be restored to my credit card within 24 to 48 hours. There was no mention of this in the description listed nor on the facilities website. I was not planning on having a extra $50 dollar hold in my card. It does not sound like much to some people but the inconvenience of checking to make sure it is returned to my account is very aggravating. I would NOT recommend this hotel and expedia should consider removing it from their list. I book my travels through expedia and trust that the hotels on their list are reputable. Unfortunately l learned otherwise today.

The phone in the room rang every night about 2 a.m. nobody would say anything when I answered. A bunch of shady ppl living there. Just not the place to stay.

(We were tempted to cut our loss but with a trailer hailing things 2 dogs, a toddler and being on the road for 9+ hours we couldnt find another hotel..) now idk if it was just our room or all of them but... The hotel room itself was horrible. With cracked tiles paint chips everywhere mold on the ceilings, floor was so dirty it left my toddlers feet black like hed been playing in a coal mine. The tub plug didnt work so i could give my child a proper bath. Every light was a motion light so every movement we made it would come on. So sleep wasnt an option most the night. Some of the outlets didnt work so we could only charge one phone and the tablet for the car ride. The outdoors did not look like the pictures. Unless youre desperate.. i do not recommend.

The front desk lady was nice when we checked in. But when we checked out she was rude and very disrespectful she made me want to loose my relegion. She left us standing at the front desk to go check our room out. She can and there talking about know deposit i found a cigarette ash by ur bed. Knowing she was lieing. After spending one night in the Hotel, I had bites all around my ankles and a rash on my whole body. The AC unit was leaking, standing water underneath had not been cleaned up in a while. The vent in the kitchen was completely clogged and nasty. The stove still had old food from the previous guests under it. The paint came off the walls and doors. Door between rooms had holes. The couch was stained and looked disgusting. I booked two rooms and both were in the same, run down, disgusting condition.

The tv and cable worked fine… I could care less for the room it’s in need of a renovation stains on the ceiling ! Coming into the room in the bathroom there was a dirty towel and wash cloth still in the tub from previous customers! And the WiFi didn’t seem to be working !! The walls a paper thin and you can hear everything outside… And we’ll to be honest just pulling into the place it felt like being in a dump or the projects I was a bit worried about drug dealers and addicts and the pool did not look as welcoming as the photos showed either .

This continued throughout the entire unit and I could not focus on anything else until I sat on the bed and realized the mattress was caved in. I understand you get what you pay for, but at the very least I wanted the room to be clean.
- Kelly (8/5): - The bed was amazingly comfortable. The price was great for room with kitchenette. The shower head had little water pressure. The front desk did not pass on to housekeeping that we were approved for late checkout.
- Jennifer (2/5): Not again - Very dirty and haphazardly “updated”. The beds were terrible but not as bad as the rock pillows. We left as soon as we woke up as we didn’t feel safe. Although illegal, the front desk guy had troubles with my service dog (1.5lb. Yorkie) and wanted to see a doctor’s note even after giving him her certification paperwork.

- Melinda (2/5): - There was dust in the room that looked like it was not properly cleaned in months, you can definitely hear the people in the next room. The bed was broken. Just overall a bad room.

- Beatrice (2/5): - It was filthy! Our bathroom was not even clean, hairs everywhere, toilet Rocket, no pool as advertised. Someone went in oír room while we were out and took the trash bag but did not replace it. Refrigerator was dirty, microwave was dirty. People were living there, strange people. Just horrible. Originally booked 3 nights and stayed one because we got in at midnight and HAD to "sleep".

- Brett (2/5): Absolute horrible and I mean horrible service - After I checked in I get to my room and the bathtub was full of water and what look like dirt so I pulled the stopper up in the drain and nothing happened the bathtub was clogged I understand things happen I tried to use the toilet plunger and unclog it myself didn't work I called the front desk he told me he would send maintenance an hour and a half later I call and ask him where the guy was he told me he was just going to switch me rooms I packed up all my things went down to the service desk in walks the maintenance man and says that he has to run to the store and he's going to go fix the tub so they send me back to the same room keep in mind I had been working all day and all I wanted was to take a shower when I first walked in didn't happen I wait and wait 2 hours later I had finally had enough I called and asked him what was going on he then tells me he's just going to go ahead and switch mirrors 3 and 1/2 hours just to tell me that which I was already going to do the first time so I didn't have to pack up yet again and move to the next room and they acted like they didn't have one car in the world it was just a normal typical thing absolutely horrible took everything I had just to keep cool.

- Ashley (2/5): Very bad stay - The pictures that are shown are fake. The room was falling apart. Water leak from the ac unit under the floor and flood the room had to use their towel to keep mopping up the mess. The bed sheets had dry blood stains on them. We went out and bought our own pillows, sheets,and towels. When we told the front office they never did anything. When we was checking out they finally came and looked at what we where complaining about. The room had holes in the walls, electrical plug that didnt work. No hair dryer, ironing board, or iron. The pool was closed the whole time we was there. The property looked ruin down. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The maintenance worker took out ac unit to clean them right in front of your room where it made an even bigger mess. Parking lot floods when it rains. Also theres potholes in the parking lot. Broken equipment in the back parking lot. The door doesnt close all the way at the bottom so bugs would come it. The curtains was to short and you had to put stuff in the window to block people from looking in.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was ok for the price. Wasn't expecting a 40 dollar deposit once checking in after paying online. Room was very blah, bathroom needed major overhaul. You can tell people live in this hotel with the bags of trash being left outside the doors. It needs major updating and renovation. Pool was not open. The free breakfast you had to eat in the lobby or they would take your deposit.
- Cory (2/5): My Horrible Stay - Well first off when you first go into the parking lot it looks really ghetto. And the I got out of the car and it smelt horrible. So I go to the desk to get our room keys and it took them like 5 mins before anyone answered and then the guy tells me you have to pay a $40 admission fee that I was unaware of I don’t know if it was Hotels.com fault or the hotels but they said that they’ll put it back on the card after they checkout if there were any damages. I have yet to see that $40 so I’m pretty sure they rob you of your money. The room on the other hand was decent but overall I was pissed off and it looked ghetto and smelled trashy outside. Won’t ever be going back!

- Joan (6/5): - They were doing construction while renting rooms. Our room was a dive but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good so that was all we needed. WiFi terrible but close to shopping and restaurants. I would actually stay there again.
