• Patricia (8/5): Nice place looks great, but sounds travel - New, clean, nice with everything you could want including a couch in front of our latest Netflix binge. The hotel is built of wood and a child running and jumping overhead is like an earthquake.
• Shimoda (1/5): Very horrible, dirty, and smelly. Those dogs are using bathroom on carpet and not being cleaned properly. - The employees were okay I didn’t like the smell of room!!!! Room smelled like bengay and bad smelling feet, carpet in the rooms and outside the room were dirty. Bathroom shower handle kept falling off, no soap, shampoo in containers so they should just take that down. Bed looks like someone just pulled the cover up. This hotel is not like it use to be. Mold at the bottom around shower. Air conditioning makes loud noise!

• Kaysha (10/5): It was nice and the lovely lady at the front desk didn’t catch her name but she was super sweet - The lady was very nice but wasn’t much to choose from
• shenita (7/5): - The smell as you walked in. It smelled like heaven My waffle was spicy. When I looked at it, begin noticing there was pepper in it.

• Kelly (6/5): Nice but “Free Breakfast “ is a waste - Everything good except the breakfast in the lobby was so disgusting I threw it in the trash after 2 bites. The waffle batter had fruit in it so my kids wouldn’t even eat that. Rest of breakfast was limited choice and what was there was not edible. Cold “hot” things, stale trail mix for the the grit topping and I never found any butter. We had to leave and go eat at chick fila-which in thankfully nearby- unless it’s Sunday…..

• Hollie (10/5): Excellent!! Housekeeping is doing an amazing job. Thumbs up to the person in charge and responsible! - I had a wonderful experience at this location. I must say I was hesitant after reading the google reviews but decided to give it a chance and I am so glad that I did. This place is very clean and I was more than pleased with my room. As I opened the door to my room I was amazed at how roomy it was. I entered the room looking for flaws in the cleaniness and couldn't find anything. Whoever is in charge and responsible for the housekeeping is doing a great job!! My hat is off to you!! Thank you to that individual for a great experience at home 2 Suites!! I will stay at the property again. This is my new home away from home. Keep up the amazing work!! All the staff was very nice! Everything was excellent!! No complaints!! Housekeeping is awesome!!

• George (9/5): Overall, the stay was Great! - The fresh waffles was the best part of the breakfast. The breakfast was very little to be desired, it would be nice if you had a hot breakfast with choices, maybe fresh fruit. The cleaning service never did check on the room, replace towels, or empty the trash.

• Aurielle (7/5): I enjoyed my stay but could use improvement on customer service. - The location was great. Close to everything. The only things that I would say that needed improvement was the cleaning and the staff. In my room, the coffee machine had grinds in it from the last person. The staff is not very alert and communication amongst each needs to improve.

Messed up all our charges and the next morning had to reverse charges. She only did it because I caught it n my banking account. Very unprofessional.

The room shade didn't work properly, but I was able to deal with it. The breakfast was mediocre, but the attendant was very nice & helpful.

(didn’t discover it until I was in the shower of course) Just those little things that should be paid attention to.

We love that it’s pet friendly it’s clean and the staff is always the best.  The carpets in room 219 that we stayed in could really use a deep cleaning. They didn’t appear dirty, but they were too grimy to walk on barefoot. And our TV would not pick up hardly any channels every channel we wanted to watch said it was off air.

The couch had food on the side that wasn't very old. One of the towels was dirty. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room smelled dirty.

• Kevin (10/5): It was excellent!! Jennifer is AMAZING!! - Everything was great during my stay. When I checked in the first person I encountered was a very nice lady by the name Jennifer. She was very polite and courteous to my wife and I. Later on during our stay that same lady went out of her way to make sure that everything was to our liking and that we had everything that we needed. I'm assuming that she is part of management because I overheard her speaking to some of the ladies that were cleaning some empty rooms and she spoke to them with the same politeness and they seem to have lots of respect for her. I will definitely stay again as long as that nice lady is still there.

Very disappointed. She could have a better attitude when you ask her a question about anything she got smart and had an attitude.

• Shannan (4/5): The staff is quite scary and we got zero sleep. - The property wan nice and comfortable. The staff was awful. The front desk clerk tried to enter our room in the middle of the night. The manager made up some excuse for her and it took calling their customer service number in order to have something done. This is a safety and security issue. That caused us to get zero sleep.
