Gracias Las camas no son suficientes para una pareja con 2 hijos porque el sofá cama no es del todo amplio (tienen 19 y 22 años), y claro, se pelean para ver quién duerme en un lado o el otro... Pero se solucionó!

• Marta (6/5): - Beds are confortable and house chilly, very pleasant regarding the outside heat. Very well connected to the rest of the city and main restaurant areas The water taps were not working properly and with not enough pressure. Every time we flushed or used any of the taps of the two bathrooms, we'd have to wait at least 10min to have normal water back in any of other taps. For the shower, it had no pressure to use the shower hose.

• VIRGINIA (7/5): - Alojamiento bastante céntrico. La comunicación fue excepcional. Tuvimos un problema con uno de los apartamentos y en seguida nos cambiaron. Los apartamentos disponían de todo lo necesario. Muchas facilidades con equipaje y el coche de un familiar. Los alojamientos tienen de todo pero les falta mantenimiento (puertas, paredes, muebles,...) y limpieza de las zonas comunes.

Se puede mejorar en reformas pequeñas como: quitar humedades, reponer bombillas que no funcionan, cambiar puertas estropeadas, y reponer cocinas que están muy deterioradas del uso

• Marko (9/5): Schöne saubere Wohnung gerne wieder. - Es war eine schöne saubere Wohnung mit einem Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Mit unserem Fiat 500 war es kein Problem in den Auto-Aufzug zu fahren und in der Tiefgarage zu parken. In ca. 10 Gehminuten ist man in der Altstadt. Wir hatten etwas Mühe im Januar mit der Heizung die Wohnung warm zu bekommen. Bei den Betten oben ging es. Unten in der Küche war es sehr kühl.

• Ericka (7/5): Bien ! - La ubicación. El acceso al parking muy complicado , al tener un niño pequeño las escaleras pueden ser algo que hubiéramos tomado en cuenta antes de reservar, a pesar de tener calefacción hacía frío en el apartamento.

• Thierry (7/5): Eu froid en bas - Grand appartement. Pas de chauffage ni dans la partie basse (cuisine et salle et wc) ni dans la salle de bain et WC de la partie haute. Il y a qu'une clim installe en haut dans la partie chambre, mais la chaleur n'arrive pas ailleurs vu que c'est très grand et que la chaleur monte et qu'il y a une grande hauteur sous plafond. On a du rester avec manteau et bonnet pour manger en bas car il faisait froid les 23 et 24 décembre environ 7 à13 °C.

También al personal de limpieza, muy amable y atento, el apartamento estaba listo incluso antes de tiempo y olía a limpio. ¡Repetiremos! La única cosa que hemos podido echar en falta en el apartamento quizás sea un espejo grande pero no es algo imprescindible

Šeimininkas malonus, rūpestingas, stengėsi suteikti pagalbą, kilus nesklandumams. Šaltos grindys, nepakankama ventiliacija (užsistovėjęs kvapas), taip pat trūko tokių smulkmenų, kaip arbatos pakelių ar kapsulių kavos aparatui, bei kabliukų ar kitokio sprendimo viršutiniams rūbams pasikabinti įėjus. Norėjosi atskirų užklotų, vietoj vieno dvigulio. Pagal adresą sunku buvo rasti.

Il faut se débrouiller pour trouver la boîte piyr s'enregistrer soit même y compris carte d'identité...et autres formalité...puis trouver sa chambre.... Heureusement qu'il y avait d'autres "clients" bien sympathiques Pas plus de personnel au départ...pas de consigne...on a remis les clefs à une personne qui faisait l'entretien... Prit être dans les normes des jeunes...mais pas pour les personnes de notre âge souhaitant un.minimum d'humain. Pas de plan de la ville...aucun document

• Mireille (7/5): Très cher pour ce que c’est. - Bien situé et propre. Le Wifi inclus ne fonctionne pas. Se connecte et se déconnecte constamment. Nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser et avons du payer notre fournisseur pour des données à l’étranger. Un grand miroir dans la chambre où ailleurs dans l’appartement serait vraiment très utile.

• Jon (8/5): Very pleasant stay close to historical centre - Fantastic location close to the historical centre of Jerez. Very comfortable, very well appointed and plenty of space even in the studio apartment. Parking available on site (although do check the size of your vehicle for the car lift!), if you’re concerned there’s a large underground car park only a few minutes walk away. Apartment very clean, however a little tlc in one or two locations, for example shower tray grout, and shower room ceiling (flaking paint), would have pushed the rating up. As the apartment is located around a central courtyard, be prepared for a little noise as residents arrive / leave during the late / early hours.

• Luisa (7/5): BUEN ESPACIO PERO LE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO - El apartamento tiene buena ubicación, cerca del centro pero tranquilo, te permite descansar sin ruido e ir andando al centro. El personal fue muy amable, intento ayudarnos en todo lo que le pedimos (nuestro apartamento tenía poca luz en el salón y nos invitó a que viéramos otro por si queríamos cambiarlo, pero era igual), y nos permitieron dejar el coche en el parking hasta que nos fuimos. Las camas también eran cómodas. El espacio con doble altura podría ser muy bonito, pero le falta mantenimiento (una mano de pintura en las vigas del techo, quitar las humedades, sanitarios antiguos, lámparas herrumbrosas, puerta exterior sin barnizar....), en las fotografías se ven muy bonitos, pero el nuestro no tiene ventana en el salón, la única luz que le entra es por un pequeño fijo en la puerta de entrada, sin embargo en las fotografías se ven unos salones con ventanales y luminosos, que imagino serán de otros apartamentos. Un poco decepcionante para mi, porque en las fotos se ven maravillosos los apartamentos.
• Nick (9/5): Good accommodation to enjoy Jerez - Perfectly suited my trip. Good parking via car elevator, if your car isn’t too large. (Tip: reverse in to the lift when leaving, it makes the exit into Calle Pollo much easier). Easy self check in and well equipped apartment. Great bar (Bujio) only 100 metres away.
• Mike (9/5): A pleasant stay in Jerez - The hosts send all the information needed, including maps and even a picture of the front door. Check in was simple and quick. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was close to the main tourist attractions, also plenty of bars restaurants and shops close by. There was some building work going on in the apartment above us which was a bit noisy first thing in the morning.
