Janet (9/5): Lovely small hotel in a central location. - A really nice B&B - convenient for the centre of Taormina but still a quiet space. Staff very friendly, breakfast very good. There’s a small lift but, as with most places in town, there are numerous steps to get to the accommodation - especially tricky with luggage. The roof terrace is a lovely bonus - great space for breakfast with lovely views. Though the room was spacious, the spec could have been better for the price point. Accommodation in Taormina is very expensive - friends stayed in two different hotels at the time I was there and Casa Turchetti was the best of the three.
Gess (10/5): Amazing location with breathtaking views from terazza, rich history and beautifully decorated rooms - Amazing location, set above the main piazza, with 360 degree breathtaking view from property's own terrace, equipped with outdoor lounges, a combination of undercover and exposed - perfect for a relaxed afternoon drink! This was also where breakfast was served each morning. Wonderful hospitality from the two owners and the hotel staff. Tricky to find location, and had to walk heavy luggage down a long set of stairs ... found out at departure there was an alternate, less strenuous way to get from the car to the front door!

There are some stairs to consider if you’re coming with roller bags but this wasn’t a big issue for us because we came with backpacks. The rooms are small and rustic, but well taken care of. Would definitely stay again. Right near all the shopping but uphill in a quiet alley.

Francesca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat uns exzellente Tipps für Restaurants (und für uns Reservierung vorgenommen) und Umgebung gegeben. Morgens gab es ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Wir können nichts Negatives berichten.

Geraldine (10/5): A very beautiful and special B&B in the centre of Taormina - We loved Casa Turchetti! From the moment you walk in you feel you’ve entered somewhere very special. It’s more than just a B&B. It’s a luxury B&B where every detail has been thought through and where you are completely taken care of. It is peaceful, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Our bedroom was spacious (Turchetti), the breakfast fabulous with a wide range of tasty local produce and the terrace with a panoramic view wowed us. And last but not least the hospitality from Francesca and her team is second to none. We would love to go back. There is nothing we didn’t like. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

The hosts are truly exceptional – not just lady Francesca, but also Don Pino and their wonderful daughter. They made us feel so welcome. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the view is simply breathtaking – you can never get enough of it. The cocktails on the terrace were also fantastic. The location couldn’t be better: just a 2-minute walk from the center and only 7 minutes from the bus station to Isola Bella. This is so much more than just a place to stay – it’s a whole experience. I highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Taormina, with easy access to all the main sights, shops, and restaurants. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the hosts, Francesca and Flavia. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Their local tips and genuine hospitality made our visit even more special. Highly recommend Casa Turchetti for anyone visiting Taormina, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! We liked everything!
Carlo (10/5): Actually we would rather keep the secret of this little jewel in the heart of Taormina for us, but Casa Turchetti deserv - When we arrived in town, we were fed up and frustrated after endless maneuvering through the narrow and steep little streets. We had ignored the kind recommendation of Francesca to use their valet parking, just because we thought - as Sicily habituées - we knew it better…Finally we saw at the entrance of the dead end two friendly young ladies, the daughters of the house, waiting for us. From that very moment we felt at home. The entire stay at the patiently and lovely renovated former music conservatory, former monastery, former military command…was a rare example of heartfelt hospitality and never-ending little courtesies. Everything accurately organized and selected, the room furnishing, the linen, the bathroom consumables, the minibar selection, the breakfast buffet with local delicacies and home-made cakes, the breathtaking rooftop…

Roderick John (10/5): - Francesca and her staff are all very lovely and always on hand to help with anything you might need or offer dining advice. The property is centrally located but despite this, very quiet. I doubt any other property has a better view. Breakfast was a good spread and there was always a fine selection of cakes we managed to take back to our room. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend casa turchetti, and hopefully one day we will return.

A szoba jól felszerelt, tiszta, gyönyörűen berendezett. A környék közel van a központhoz, mégis csendes. A tetőteraszról a kilátás fantasztikus, az estéken itt pihentünk és gyönyörködtünk a tájban. A reggeli nagyon bőséges volt és finom, sok gyümölccsel, narancslével, isteni kávéval. A WIFI gyorsan működött. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom. Nem volt negatív élményem.
Paul (10/5): The best stay in Taormina you can get. - Very central location with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking Taormina, the sea and the Etna. You can have drinks here and breakfast. The rooms are beautifully and very charming decorated and equipped in an authentic style. Breakfast is super! And most of all: hosts mother and daugther do everything to make you feel warm and comfortable. If you want to stay in Taormina: this is the place! You need to climb some stairs to get there but that is nothing compared to what you get!

Property is exceptionally clean and the staff were wonderful. Room was cosy but unfortunately the twin beds were not as comfortable as expected. One was a settee bed.

per (10/5): Et fantastisk ophold - Fantastisk ophold. Et af de bedste steder, som vi har boet. Rent, godt værelse, panorama udsigt fra terrassen, hvor den gode morgenmad blev serveret. Morgenmaden var udsøgt, varieret og med lokale råvarer og hjemmebag. Tak til Francesca og Nino for deres gæstfrihed.
Martin (10/5): Taormina sehr persönlich, abseits des Rummels mit toller Dachterrasse - Wundervolle Dachterrasse mit Sicht auf Ätna und das antike Theater, die Altstadt. Top Frühstück auf der Terrasse, ebenso Apéroservice am Abend ab 18:00h. Genuss auch im Zimmer des ehemaligen Musikhauses (Zimmer "Flauto"), das sehr stilsicher eingerichtet ist. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag konnten wir das Gepäck bis 15:00h in der Casa Turchetti deponiert lassen. Taormina ist sehr stark touristisch geprägt. Die Zugänglichkeit (grosse Parkhäuser in ca. 10 Minuten Gehdistanz), mit Gepäck verlangt etwas Flexibilität, lässt sich aber ohne zusätzliche Hilfe für Gepäcktransport von NH COLLECTION mit Rollkoffer zur Casa Turchetti selbst bewältigen. Autofahren in und um Taormina ist kein Vergnügen.

Greeting us on arrival taking us to our beautiful room most of all making us feel very welcome. The casa is stunning, the interiors bring you the true sense of Sicily. Immerse yourself in beautiful embroided linens, silver table ware and the warmth of a Sicilian family. The lovingly prepared breakfast on the terrace leave you wanting to eat like this at home. Fresh fruits, selected meats, breads and mouth watering cakes. Also scrambled eggs and bacon for those who need an English breakfast. Or stay is memorable and will stay in our hearts until our next visit to stay again

The hosts were incredible and attentive, giving us tips on where to eat and explore. The air con was great as it was so hot. We really didn’t want to leave. We will be returning again next year. Breakfast was lovely and the views from the terrace are beautiful. Great location, very central to everything yet quiet. If you are considering booking here, please JUST DO IT! A true Sicilian family and Mediterranean hospitality. They took care of me like a family member during my vacation with a broken toe. I thank them once again. (But I must also praise the breakfast and the view from the terrace once again) Taormina is quite expensive compared to the rest of Sicily, so it would be unfair to complain about prices here.

Breakfast was amazing - variety of fresh fruit and plenty more to choose from. Owners very helpful and friendly, offering much advice about what to do, restaurants etc.

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was exceptional. I would stay here again & recommend to friends and family.

El personal, una familia divina y muy atento a todo. Lo único, llegar con muchas valijas grandes y pesadas se hace tedioso pero es por la ubicación estratégica a media cuadra de la principal.
Caroline (10/5): - Such a wonderful stay which was made by the hosts Pino and Francesca. I cannot say how welcoming and helpful they were. They took time to explain the history of the house and the area. Even writing a map of recommended places to eat and see. The property is beautiful and a perfect location to explore Taormina just a short walk to the main area. The roof terrace is stunning and having breakfast here made the day. My only criticism I wish I stayed longer!

Et elle est accessible en dehors des petits déjeuners. Le petit déjeuner est tellement bon. Il combine salé et sucré. Les fruits coupés sont délicieux. Vraiment c’est un petit déjeuner de rêve ! La salle de bain est petite et très fonctionnelle. La gentillesse des hôtes qui nous expliquent magnifiquement bien ce qu’on peut voir. On peut toujours trouver des choses négatives mais le positif est tellement présent qu’on les oublie.

We especially adored meeting Francesca and Pino, the sweeping views and the delightful breakfast served on the terrace. The decor is sublime and everything was well equipped and very comfortable too. Lucy (10/5): Amazing hosts; location and hotel. A simply beautiful stay. - Casa Turchetti is superbly located right in the heart of Taormina steps from the Duomo square. Its rooftop terrace is truly spectacular. Plentiful sun lounges for soaking up the sun or admiring the views under shade of the pergola. The views from the terrace over the sea and to Mt Etna are simply stunning. Wonderful warm and caring hosts Pino and Francesca are attentive and so personable. The magnificent breakfast served on the terrace was an absolute highlight. Including an array of fresh fruits, sweet and savory options and Francesca’s freshly baked cakes. Twice we had early morning excursions and Francesca lovingly packed us a takeaway breakfast the evening beforehand. The room was vast, clean and very comfortable. Our hosts helped us with parking which we expected to be complicated but very convenient to 24/7 car park or option of valet parking through the hotel. An absolute delight to stay at Casa Turchetti. Denise (10/5): Francesca and Pino are the perfect hosts as are their daughters. Housekeeping staff is fantastic. - The Sicilian breakfast was awesome. Everything fresh and the home made pistachio cake. A dozen trips to Sicily/Italy this was the best. The view from the terrace is amazing. The staff is wonderful. I’m an early riser and coffee always ready. Very accommodating.

The owners couldn’t be lovelier, more helpful or friendlier. Breakfast was exceptional, the views from the terrace were spectacular & the center of town just a few steps away. They did the best job ever of making us comfortable & welcomed. We just loved the owners! This was our favorite place to stay in Sicily after traveling two weeks. Nothing
Julie (10/5): Wonderful, amazing, felt thoroughly spoiled - This is the most wonderful place to stay, the owners treat you like family, the breakfast is amazing sourced from all local produce, you couldn't be in a better position just up a quiet street from the main thoroughfare, just 2 minutes and you are in the centre. Francesca serves the most amazing limoncello spritzes on an evening on the most beautiful roof terrace. I cannot praise Casa Turchetti more. I would definitely recommend to anyone Nothing.
