Location is fantastic with easy access to all the beaches, restaurants and shops. We will go there again with the rest of the family There was nothing not to like. However, before booking, we couldn't pay on line and wanted to pay on arrival. In spite of us giving our credit card number to Booking.com, they kept threatening us that they will cancel our reservation unless we pay. Eventually Booking.com very helpfully intervened and let us pay on arrival.
• Crg1 (5/5): Excellent property but inferior management and services provision - Spacious rooms No toiletries, tea coffee, hand towels, bath mats, washing machine, etc. - all these were not available. Poor quality of frying pan. For charging Rs 15,000 per night, at least basic amenities could have been provided - these would not cost much to the owner . The bed frame design is awful. The rear protruding edges can give you a knock on your knees every time you pass by. Even breakfast option (even if payable) was not available

• Amy (8/5): - Overall our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is located in a neighborhood not in the resort areas of Goa. Many restaurants in walking distance. The pool was clean and enjoyable.
