- Isa (1/5): The most regreatble stay of my life - Nothing. First, this is really disgusting and embarrassing seeing a property like this on booking 🤦🤦🤦, I book for triple bed room unfortunately their are alot of things that is not okay with the property. The room was extremely dirty I was wondering they never clean it for ages. They also put one tinny duvet on the bed without bedsheets. 1 terrible towel and 1 hand towel. I know I make the mistake of not checking the previous review but when got in I was forced to check it and it the same with my experience. The entrance of the property has a bunch of smoked cigarettes that spray you as you're entering the building. Overall, my stay was one of the most terrible one I have ever seen in my whole life. The room didn't worth £20-30. But if you have the opportunity don't book it at all.

Coloured gentleman at midnight cooking or cleaning in the kitchen in just his underwear !

- Simon (3/5): This is just a passable alternative for very expensive central oxford hotel but avoid if you can - Not a lot. It was just about close enough to where we wanted to be. First thing to note is that the second B in BnB is a lie. There is no breakfast whatsoever. No food. It is a lie to call in a Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are small, the firsts are very stained and the walls very thin so people coming in at 2am wake everyone up. The person running it was very odd - just saying "what is your name" across the car park as I was leaving in the evening. No hello or "Hi, I'm the owner". He showed me a phone and said "Which one is you". I had already been given the door code and been to my room. All very odd and unsettling. You not go back.

The bathroom was really dirty, there were pee stains on the toilet seat and all down the toilet. I felt uncomfortable and only came home to sleep. Left as early as I could the next day.

Had to go through kitchen and was opening directly into it. When everyone decided to make dinner/tea pots and pans clanging through a thin wall less than 3 feet from my bed.

- Algar (2/5): Dirty and unequipped ensuite - Liked that we could check in late and had the option for separate beds. There was NO toilet paper OR soap in the bathroom. And someone's DIRTY razor was left in the bathroom when we arrived. the code to get into the room only worked the first time and then never again. So we had to knock and let each other in. Also, only sockets were against the opposite side of the room to the beds which was inconvenient. 1 out of the 3 duvets also had multiple holes in it, but the state of the bathroom was the biggest concern.

We arrived were told snd our room was so dirty and I took some photos and sent them to the owner however, he said ,sorry the laundry is closed today and other rooms are occupied. we could visibly see Insect carcasses all over the beds and Pillows. the only bed and breakfast i have ever known to not make your beds for you. I actually think the place should be closed down and think health and hygiene should visit.

Used kitchen facilities to make our own breakfast. Entrance is via codes which were sent via email on the day, as I did not know and did not have access to my email I had to phone - someone quickly came to open up and give us the codes.

Bit run down, a lack of paint to cover the scuff marks on the walks would make alit of difference. Not being greeted my the owners, as it was contactless.

If we had known there was not going to be any breakfast at the time of booking then we would not have booked and gone elsewhere. I think we are owed some compensation for no breakfast. - Yuk (1/5): Bad - Nothing We rented two rooms (Room 3 & Room 5). Room 5 is on the second floor, with 3 single beds put side by side without any space for suitcases. Room 3 is on the ground floor, inside the kitchen, with two single beds put together, and no space for suitcases. The area of each room should be 269 square feet according to the description on their website. I guess the area of Room 3 and Room 5 is at most 150 square feet and 200 square feet respectively. The basic necessities are lacking, e.g. shower gel and shampoo. What is worst is the unbearable smell from the kitchen. Room 3 should not be rented as a guest room.

Advertised with pictures as bed and breakfast which should be taken down as not done breakfast for a while and now not available, room tiny and beds too so not good

I booked a twin room but they have crammed 3 beds in the room which made it so tight to move around. Nothing like the picture advertised. I am absolutely furious as when I got back from my venue they was space to park. The full car park had more cars parked than room they had. So I decided not to stay and drove home. This is an absolute disgrace to call this a B &B as it look more like an HMO or hostel. I will not recommend this to anyone especially for the price I paid I could have stay in a cleaner hotel with breakfast and tea and coffee provided. I will lodge a complaint.

It was advertised as a Bed and Breakfast but when I arrived I was informed by txt no breakfast was available.No refund was offered.Also despite no breakfast there were also no tea/coffee facilities available in the room.To compound this I had an extremley poor sleep due to excessive noise coming from the room underneath mine until the early hours,[I was in room 6].Listening to their VERY loud converstions I was under the impression at least one of them was a resident and not a guest.This excessive noise needs to be addressed.
