• Eveline (8/5): Gezellig appartement en goed gelegen. - De locatie was top, midden in het historisch centrum. Het appartement was ruim en gezellig. Massimo had van te voren al contact opgenomen en is vlot bereikbaar. Ook al waren we iets te vroeg, we mochten het appartement al wel binnen. Hoewel het appartement een keuken heeft, zijn de voorziening heel beperkt. We moesten de handleiding van een Italiaans espressomachine opzoeken om koffie te kunnen zetten. De stekker van de waterkoker paste niet in het stopcontact, en nergens was peper of zout te vinden. De vaat van de vorige bezoekers stond nog in het afwasmachine. Er waren geen afwasblokjes om het machine op te zetten. Ook geen keukenhanddoek. Massimo is ons nog extra materiaal komen brengen, dus probeerde het wel op te lossen.
• Nasou (8/5): The overall experience was good. Amenities and price ration was good. - The apartment was really spacious, beautiful and clean. The location was ideal. There were no toiletries at the bathroom. The bed sheets were worn-out.

• Tsigonaki (9/5): - Le Sorelle Duomo βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου της Νάπολης, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, από όπου τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. To studio που μείναμε έβλεπε σε εσωτερική αυλή και αυτό το απομόνωνε από τους εξωτερικούς ήχους. Ασφαλές, ευρύχωρο και κομψά διακοσμημένο. Το μπάνιο πολύ άνετο με πλυντήριο. Δεν υπήρξε κανένα πρόβλημα στην επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες και το check-in. Η κουζίνα θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καλά εξοπλισμένη. Υπήρχε εσωτερική σκάλα για να ανέβει κάποιος από την κουζίνα, στην κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο, οπότε δεν συνίσταται για κάποιον με κινητικά προβλήματα. Ο θόρυβος από τα διπλανά δωμάτια, όταν υπήρχαν ένοικοι, μπορούσε να γίνει ενοχλητικός.
• Evangelos (7/5): Παρότι το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και σχετικά άνετο, η συνολική εμπειρία δεν ήταν καλή λόγω της έλλειψης καθαριότητας και συ - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο, περίπου 50 τετραγωνικά, και η τοποθεσία στη Νάπολη ήταν βολική. Το κτίριο είχε έναν παραδοσιακό, παλιό χαρακτήρα που θα μπορούσε να είναι όμορφος αν ήταν καλύτερα συντηρημένο. Η καθαριότητα ήταν απογοητευτική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο και το μπάνιο σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση. Επίσης, κατά τη διάρκεια των τριών ημερών που έμεινα, δεν μπήκε κανείς να καθαρίσει το δωμάτιο ή να αλλάξει πετσέτες και βασικά είδη, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο δυσάρεστη.

The elevator is only for the residents and not guests. Also our room, had steep stairs going up from the kitchen and living room upto the bedroom. So not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

• Naiara (9/5): Habitaciones amplias y con mucho encanto en pleno centro de Napoles. - La ubicación es perfecta, y aun que este en una zona muy transitada es tranquilo ya que esta muy bien aislado del ruido, las habitaciones son como palacios con techos altísimos pintados, super amplias. Además fueron muy amables por que nos dejaron hacer el checkin mas tarde ya que no habia reservas y nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde. El ascensor no funcionaba bien , pero solo era un piso.

• Benjamin (10/5): Amazing room - Location was the best part. The room itself was better than expected, it is much larger and the bathroom is great. In kitchen you have everything you would need for your stay, plus coffee if you like and know how to make it in moka. There were enough towels and covers waiting for us. Host is great and communication went amazing without any problems. For us this was not a problem, but if you are a light sleeper, keep in mind that this place is in older building and noise traveles through walls.

Host molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura non avendo nessuno in arrivo il giorno della nostra partenza. Sebbene la casa fosse globalmente ben pulita, il pavimento era parecchio impolverato. Probabilmente è l'effetto casa storica, ma una passata prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti andrebbe data. E aggiungerei qualcosa per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno. Niente di drammatico comunque.

• Anastasia (1/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing and the host’s rude behaviour completely spoiled our impression of the place. - The location of the apartment is central, however our stay was disappointing. The apartment feels worn and very uncomfortable. The furniture seems to have been placed randomly without considering functionality, which makes the space inconvenient to use and overall not cosy. Most electrical outlets are not accessible — we had to move furniture just to charge our devices. In addition, the outlets themselves are non-standard. The walls are thin, so neighbours can be heard easily. The bedding had a very strong detergent smell. We were also surprised that there were no additional sheets or bedding available, even though the booking was clearly for a mother and a teenage son. In many years of travelling this is the first time we encountered a rental without any extra bedding. There are no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels. The shower does not drain properly: water accumulates while showering and you have to turn the water off and wait for it to drain. The shower area also appears poorly maintained, with visible dirt and worn sealant around the base and corners (see photos). The photos in the listing are also not helpful in understanding the apartment. There is no clear photo showing the layout or the space as a whole — most images show only corners or small parts of the rooms. One of the photos actually shows the common corridor of the building rather than the apartment itself, which makes the listing misleading. When we politely asked the host about additional bedding, he responded rudely and literally wrote: “Please do not make any further requests” Another question we asked afterwards was completely ignored. This interaction made the stay feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. After check-in we later noticed another recent review describing a very similar experience with the same host, which unfortunately matches what we experienced. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays we have experienced.

La posizione è eccellente per muoversi a piedi. Ideale per chi viaggia in treno. Consigliatissimo. La raccolta differenziata. Inesistente. Peccato. Se costasse appena meno sarebbe perfetto.
• letitia (1/5): Nice location but rude and pushy host made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. - please read all reviews before booking a place.... I came to Napoli for a week with my daughter looking for a cozy, safe base to come back to after a whole day out. The place looks nice and central, but one of the hosts, Massimo, really ruined the experience. We were given a larger, more expensive room than the one we booked, without being asked and without any explanation. When I asked why he wrote that the room we had booked had problems with the bathroom and this room was “much better”. We had a very busy schedule so bigger size and cooking facilities in the new room were of no relevance to us. In fact, my kid found the long hallway to the bathroom very scary. When I tried to explain (politely, even switching to Italian) why we liked the smaller, cozier room, his replies were rude and aggressive, accusing me of not being “grateful” and “complaining.” It made me feel really uncomfortable and unsafe to stay there, especially with a kid! Even though he first wrote we could move to the room we had booked "if we wanted", and I replied it was okay to stay, that we prefer a room with a working bathroom, he suddenly switched to insisting “tomorrow I move you,” and now claiming the bathroom in the original room had been fixed that afternoon (so it was working all along??): “you have the biggest and most comfortable room and you are not happy , i don’t understand !!! tomorrow i move you to the room you booked if you want, send me please the documents!!” -- i took screenshots of all our message exchanges. The only thing I ever raised as a problem was his tone and attitude, which he kept up when we he came on the second day to move us to the booked room. We had a great trip, in spite of this, and even though some things about the accommodation were ok, the way he behaved made this rating the lowest, it was horrific. P.S. The “bed” in our originally booked room is actually a pullout couch (not in the pictures at our time of booking)

• Julia (9/5): A perfect and very comfortable stay - A perfect location and beautiful room. The street was noisy but you couldn't hear it at all with the windows closed and the air conditioning was excellent. The restaurant immediately downstairs is top notch.
