Swimming n children okayground available on 4th floor. Lits if food around rf area. Walkabe to city square or yse grab to go further. Overall a much better stay than expected except for the many small roaches running around.

- Amanda (10/5): - We stayed one night at this property. The apartment was great, easy to get to by walking from the JB checkpoint, spacious, and clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that because we booked day of, we did not receive the email arranging check-in before leaving. When we arrived, it was very confusing to figure out where to go. There is no central front desk, and the address we had was to the building where the office was housed, but not to the office itself. Luckily I had roaming data and was able to WhatsApp the staff. They were very helpful and met us quickly to help us get situated. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.

- Ivy (8/5): A nice property - The property is nicely maintained and had thoughtful amenities. However, there was some inconvenience. Check in/out timing, was limited to office hours. The heater in particular, did not warm up in time, even though we waited 15mins between each use. A more absorbent bathmat would also be helpful.
- Cynthia (8/5): - Property is nice, convenient with some shops and eateries just downstairs. Food selection within walking distance of the area is so-so, not many varieties. The R&F Mall itself is rather quiet, but there are a few pretty good massage shops upstairs that are very reasonably priced. The 3bedroom unit we stayed in is clean, and the view was nice. It was abit noisy in one of the bedrooms facing the busy road leading to the checkpoint. The condo has great amenities.

- Edmund (8/5): - Stayed with SaffronCasa for multiple times at R&F. The apartment's location is near the customs and shopping malls nearby. There are some shops and eateries just below the apartment. Generally convenient since we are taking grab to our usual spots. Condition of the apartment getting slightly poor, hopefully maintenance can be improved. Overall, good stay and likely to revisit if the price is still affordable.

- Sara (8/5): Great place for families - Very good especially for the price paid. The bed was very very firm and not to my liking. Hence the 3 star comfort rating; everything else was great. You are renting an apartment in a large building so many residents as well as some visitors. The facilities were nice and not really populated. Being Australian we spend a lot of time outside and swimming so the kids love the kids rooms, playground and pools and we had everything to ourselves. I don’t think Malaysians have a strong swim culture as the guards at all the hotels we stayed at (not only this one) were very concerned about the children and asked that they wore swim vests, my 6 year old is a strong swimmer and my one year old is learning that if he falls into the deeper water he sinks, I do pluck him out quickly when he does fall in. The swim vests don’t teach them anything in my philosophy it’s better that they experience sinking and their own limitations. It’s just something to consider I suppose as we were a bit surprised at how actively the staff cared for the children’s safety around the water, maybe being a swim vest if you plan to swim with small children. It was nice that they had such concern. Check in and out you’ll need to arrange with the staff, it’s easy and they are very responsive. Just make sure that you follow the location instructions exactly. Screen shot the information incase like me you lose internet connection and can’t use WhatsApp or check your emails when you arrive also have a phone.
- Siew Foong (10/5): - We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable. - Overall very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Towels provided. Very convenient with supermarket and restaurants and simple shopping downstairs. The air con remotes were low batt and could not display the temperature and mode, so we could not control the temperature.. it was very cold. There was a lot of car horn sounds from roads too.

- Sharifah (8/5): Not very accommodating when comes to request.. - My children and I had more than 20hrs flight from the US to attend my niece's wedding. I had requested for an early check-in through emails and phone call and was disappointed with the lack of understanding from the property management. I had an early arrival and a late departure. I requested for an early check-in around 12 and a late check-out around 3 but they refused to work with me. I sent an email and made a phone call ahead for the request, hoping they would accommodate my request. But, they refused to accommodate. There's reasons why people make a special due to there is no where for them to go between arrival time of their flight and the check-in time. So, I hope the property management would put all the request into consideration and be a litte more accommodating.

Beaucoup de règles avec amendes à la clé ce qui paradoxale car après avoir enlevé les chaussures avant d’entré, j’ai marché dans l’appartement en chaussettes et au bout de 10 minutes, elles étaient carrément noires. Le ménage est inexistant. La literie est bonne. Le Check-in se fait de 14h00 à 18h00 et pour ceux qui arrivent plus tard, il’ faut payer un supplément surtout que la personne qui vous rejoint pour le Check in habite dans le même immeuble.

The staff were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Overall good property and would stay again if in the area.

- Anne (6/5): - The unit is big and clean but without mirror in the bedrooms. It will be easier if owner prepare a box for keys because we need to contact owner for the keys and will be charged even if we arrive late.
- Zhe En (10/5): Singaporean trip to JB - The staff picked up our calls every time. They will also call you to notify the check in time and willing to extend for 3 hours when we are having our late lunch. The security guards are kind and helpful to open the doors for you when my girlfriend hurt her toes during shopping. The scenery is wonderful at 8th floor and the unit is new, clean and furnished just like a 5 stars hotel. We enjoy our weekend getaway there and would definitely recommend to any couples!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very comfortable, clean, quiet, safe, Enjoyed stay - The checkin was very confusing as the office was in one building on the 33rd floor and only an internet dialing kiosk system to advise them that you were there in fact by the time a employee came down there were 4 different booked parties lined up on an outside sidewalk waiting to be taken up where the staff had to do a checkin one at a time. As most were from other countries this took quite a bit of time to chech documents etc. As advertised as an apartment hotel with with limited front desk it was hard to report there no bath towels provided after checkin as by the time a room was assigned due what seemed to be problem with a need to reassign me from the apt. held for me. For all this long process the staff was extremely polite and helpful and helped me a single, older woman with extra luggage across to another building and explain information about how to manage entering and exiting to the upper floors....is a high mall complex still being built so very unfinished in many ways but very convenient and truly secure...note getting in and out with security guards at every doorway....I am a very independent traveler and did need any front desk help until check out but that was difficult as again there was no staff available to reach so they could conduct the necessary check and conduct an inventory required...by running about the elevators and corridors to find someone to alert was this accomplished barely in time....good thing I had no flight to catch...the apartment w
- Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant Stay and Excellent Service - We are very pleased for the stay. The apartment was clean and in great condition. In a very convenient location. Close to custom. Above a shopping mall. Recommended. We found the bed rather small for two persons. Doesn't look like a queen bed. Otherwise it would be almost perfect with this price.
- YONGCONG (8/5): Convenient, clean & cinema - Convenient, clean & cinema: Can walk from checkpoint (not lug too many luggage) via overhead link bridge. New condo unit with cooking facility & aircon. Great Empire movie cinema just at mall below. Checking in need to find though as big property.
- Andrew Cheng (8/5): Housekeeping can be better/ new property - It is clearly stated that there is a washing machine without specifying any types of room booked. I found out that there was no washing machine for studio apartment. Washing machine is only available for other kinds of rooms. Also, there were pans and knives but yet strangely there were no forks and spoons. No large glasses either. In the studio apartment, there were no high stools for eating at the kitchen table. The TV was also not directly in front of the bed. Security Guards were not quite aware of the address of the place even after I showed it to them. It took a while before the guards brought down the staff to bring us up. I think must call them. The actual unit number given to us was also not the same unit number given in the mail after we had booked. There were no signboards of saffroncasa any where. Hosts seemed surprised that we were checking in at 3 plus though we did not send any emails. On the ground floor of the condo, many parts were flooded from the rain. There was not showering facility or any sign stating that swimmers should shower first before getting into the pool. There were also no signs that users in the gym should bring along a towel and wipe the sets clean after use. As such there much perspiration on the seats. It was also a Long walk from the apartment to the gym and Swimming pool and made worse by the rain as large parts of the journey there were unsheltered. The security Guards were extremely on the ball and polite.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very new. Very well furnished. We had a comfortable stay. A suggestion..to provide bathroom slippers. Bedroom slippers would also be good as the flooring is dusty.
- Angela (10/5): Convenient, comfortable & family-friendly - Staff respond promptly and was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient as it is connected to the bridge from JB CIQ/JB Sentral. Situated within the new R&F Mall so eateries, shops and cinema are all within the precinct. Good security. Apartment is very new, clean and has all that we needed. Just don't really like the pillow. It would be nice if the hotel could offer complimentary mineral water.
- Takeshi (8/5): 見えてるのに行き方が分からない＆どの建物か分かりづらい - 男3人旅で利用しました。 まずジョホールバルチェックポイントからの行き方(徒歩)が難しかったです。 歩道橋を見つけられれば1本道だったんですけどね。 次にどの建物か分からない！ そして建物まで行った後にどうやって中に入ったらいいか分からない。(結果的には電話やLINEで入口まで迎えに来てもらいました。) チェックイン手続きは至ってスムーズ！ (時間帯が決まってるので気を付けましょう) 3ベッドルームは広いｘ３ 周辺をウロウロしてればコンビニやスーパーやレストランは沢山ありました。

- Haziq (10/5): - Our second stay here. As usual everything was on tip top condition. Utensils and cooking tools are provided as well. great location. Reception was friendly as well. Overall a great stay.

- Muhammad (8/5): Good place for family - Good apartment, though Princess Cove is still under construction. The place will definitely be more enjoyable to stay once all is built up. The apartment is walking distance away from 2 malls (City Square and Komtar) and from the CIQ. Overall it is a recommended place to stay in JB. Highly recommended!

- ALAUDDIN (8/5): Family Retreat @ Saffroncasa JB - The apartment is amazing! Very new, clean, spacious & comfortable 3-bedroom for my family retreat! It is located near the city centre that makes accessibility to malls and eatery places convenient. However, it would be excellent if the toilets are fixed with bidet. Will definitely book the place again! Happy New Year...!!!
- TAEYOUNG (6/5): 이게 다 지은 건물 맞나요??? - 일단 건물 자체가 짓다가 만 분위기에 실내 마감재나 집안 여기저기 상태가 허접하고 끝처리 제대로 안 돼서 불쾌감이 들려고 하는데 바닥은 얼마나 걸레질을 안 했는지 발바닥에 먼지가 까맣게 온 가족이 묻어서 돌아다님~&욕실 한군데는 배수구가 막혀서 물 안 내려가고 뭔가 악취가 계속 남~~!!!개선이 마니 필요한 숙소!!!직원은 친절함~

- Haziq (10/5): Spacious and clean - The apartment hotel was in good condition. The facilities were still in new and good condition. The only issue is navigating to the hotel. Recommended and adviced to contact the hotel staffs upon arrival. The area around the hotel is still under upgrading. There is a direct underpass from jb sentral station to the hotel which made it really convenient. Overall a great stay.
- KarthikRaL (8/5): Comfy house - The apartment is fairly new. Lots of construction still in progress at adjacent condos. Had to get a parking pass from the office at level 30 to park car at basement. Not much of amenities around since it’s a new place. Had trouble with the access card to the apartment. It had a peculiar way of flashing from top rather than standard waving. Interior was nice. Proper utensils were supplied. Ha don’t sufficient mugs and plates. Micro wave oven, fridge, stove, and many others. Felt that they could have provided more channels on the TV. Some how one of the air conditioning was not working. No big deal as others were just fine. Could not open balcony glass door as construction was going on outside. Despite all the shortcomings the stay was still comfortable. The price could have been reduced further.
