No me gustó que al llegar al lugar tenía que llamar al anfitrión y no tenía su número de teléfono con la característica, por lo tanto, al ser de Argentina no pude acceder a su WhatsApp, tuve que recurrir a la ayuda de amigos italianos para poder comunicarme y que me abran la puerta.

• Mu (8/5): - 房间整洁干净，卫生间也是，私密性强。自助入住非常便捷，提供的指示很清晰。附带早餐。位置优越，出门步行五分钟就是地铁站，附近也有很多小吃店和超市。Maria和工作人员非常友善，我最后一天需要热食物，他们帮我协调并把微波炉搬进了我的屋子。 我只去了周日的那家早餐店一次，店员并没有很友善，尤其是看到我不讲意大利语讲英语、使用酒店提供的餐券兑换食物。能选择的也不多。但是这和酒店本身关系不大。

• Alberto Carli (5/5): Esperienza alloggiativa appena sufficiente - La posizione strategica per muoversi in città a pochi passi dalla fermata metropolitana L2 (gestita da Trenitalia) di Piazza Amedeo. Il wi-fi potente e stabile. Camera minimal ma con tutto quel che necessita. Colazione inclusa effettuata presso esercizi pubblici presenti in zona. Il bagno che non aveva il WC ancorato al pavimento, ma soltanto siliconato. L'accoglienza si è limitata a conversazione su whatsapp con check in e check out effettuata in autonomia (mai visto nessuno in struttura, in considerazione al fatto che uscivo verso le 9 rientrando in prima serata). Proporrei alla gestione un ripasso della normativa di cui all'art.109 del TULPS. (Che non prevede inoltro di foto di documenti ma la sola registrazione dei dati presenti sul documento e la verifica "de visu" dell'identità della persona che si appresta ad alloggiare in struttura). Le richieste inoltrate (sempre in whatsapp) non sono state celermente risolte es. ricevuta di soggiorno richiesta il 10/10 ottenuta solo la sera inoltrata del 14/10 dopo ulteriore richiesta. Frigorifero della camera molto rumoroso. Insonorizzazione ambienti interni scadente. Colazione modesta limitata ad un pezzo (solo dolce) e bevanda (caffè, cappuccino ecc...). Assenza di spazi comuni in struttura.

• Jan (10/5): Great place to stay. Close to comute. - Clean, nice and helpfull staff. Always at service for you. The shower needs an update. Room one is towards the street and a bit noicy at times but we slept good anyway. Breakfast is à croissant and a cup of coffee.

In der Unterkunft bzw. im Zimmer roch es ein wenig unangenehmen. Auch die Klamotten haben den Geruch angenommen. In dem Badezimmer hat es an der Decke geschimmelt und die Halterung für den Duschkopf in der Dusche war nicht mehr fest in der Wand verankert. Das Café, in welchem man das Frühstück zu sich nehmen konnte - bestehend aus einem Croissant und einem Kaffee - hatte am Sonntag früh nicht geöffnet, weshalb ich einen Tag ohne das "Breakfast" in "Bed & Breakfast" auskommen musste... Das B&B One eignet sich zum Übernachten, ist aber - finde ich - keine Unterkunft, in welcher man auch angenehm verweilen kann...

• manos (8/5): Υπάρχει τρένο σε 2-3 σταθμούς φτάνει στο κέντρο της Νάπολης, Αρκετά ήσυχο το πρωινό μία σφολιάτα και ένας καφές ότι χρει - Μου άρεσε πολύ που ήταν σε ήσυχη περιοχή μακριά από το κέντρο βέβαια αλλά και η περιοχή ήταν πάρα πολύ δίπλα στο τρένο Δεν μου αρέσε που στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα Η τουαλέτα βρισκόταν εκτός δωματίου σε ξεχωριστό χώρο και έπρεπε να φοράω πετσέτα κάθε φορά που θα βγω έξω εκτός δωματίου στο διάδρομο κατά τ’άλλα υπέροχό

I have everything which I needed and both the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. Maria, the owner was really kind and assisted me when I arrived in Naples how I can enter my room. The property is close to everything, I can just recommend this to stay.

• Bojana (7/5): Budget-friendly place to stay for non-picky travelers - The B&b is ideally located only 3mins walk from piazza Amedeo metro station where L2 goes and can take you to Pozzuoli, the main train station and even Pompeii. The building is in the hip neighborhood of Chiaya, full of bars and restaurants, and about 20min walk from the city centre, and another 20mins (uphill) from even fancier Vomero. Contactless check in is relatively easy once you get the instructions. The place is clean and tidy. My room was oriented to an inner courtyard, so relatively quiet compared to the typical Neapolitan noise levels. Huge bonus was the air conditioning, otherwise I would have not survived summer in the city. Wifi is of good quality, easily supporting videocalls. On the day of your checkout you can safely store the luggage in locked boxes on the property and take your time to explore the city. My room was quite small, dark, and damp, and the inner courtyard has all airconditioners and water boilers, so there is quite some ambient noise. This is typical for a low budget Neapolitan place like this one. Bright and spacious places easily cost twice the price. No kitchen equipment was available, although the site says they have kitchen available for travelers. There is not even a single drinking glass in the room (but you can find a few cups and electric kettle at the entrance of the b&b). While the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, I only got them after reminding the property manager twice about it.

Everything was clean, the information on how to reach the place was very clear. location of the room, great! 2 steps from the metro! and I was able to sleep at night! not too much noise! In the room, 2 vouchers for a free coffee not far from the room in a small café. the place and the welcome were perfect! special mention for the takeaway cappuccino! the only small downside is that I didn't meet anyone, except a maid... the reception is therefore non-existent but by message, I was able to communicate in a completely satisfactory manner with Maria

Also the room had a mini fridge which was very useful. Bed was uncomfortable. The room had a smell of humidity and it was very hard to sleep.
