• Juan José (4/5): - Mal servicio por parte del perosnal, habiamos 4 personas en la hab y solo dieron 3 toallas. La alberca sucia.

Habitaciones con humedad, agua regadera y lavamanos olían mal y las 2 botellas de agua cortesia de 250ml, no alcanzan para lavarse los dientes. Buen servicio de restaurante, comida sabrosa. Buen lugar para hospedarse.

• Ximena (6/5): no estuvo del todo mal - la estancia en las instalaciones, no estuvo mal ni el servicio , eso estuvo bastante bien solamente la alberca no tiene un debido mantenimiento en el agua y las habitaciones estan viejas, necestan remodelar habitaciones y ser mas meticulosos con la limpieza del hotel. algo que tambien no nos agrado es que no tengan politicas de silencio en las noches ya que no dormimos nada porque en una habitacion estaban cantando a gritos horrible y no hicieron lo debido para callarlos, deberian multar por no guardar silencio a deshoras

La atención les faltó un poco más amabilidad. La demora en el restaurante también es algo que igual podrían mejorar.

El baño del cuarto la regadera se ve que no la tallan y el jabón escurrido, la coladera llena de cabellos. Los meseros muy mal servicio, había que buscarles la cara para que te atendieran. Muy mal por el lugar.

Estacionamiento es afuera pero hay una persona que está al pendiente y está iluminado.

We are from indonesia, we just married at october 2018 and this trip is our honeymoon trip😍😍😍. we do love the taste of food at El Ducito restaurant and they were very kindly people. We stay at Arista Bugambilias Hotel, this hotel clean enough with small room...and It is traditional and not Americanized. the staff help us a lot. We love the restaurant that sets along the beach a little bit expensive. We loved the proximity to the center of town. We loved the peaceful area that had hammocks....Thank you. Gracias, muy amable

• marlee649 (6/5): Great location lovely view - The hotel was comfortable, but very VERY noisy! We spent 2 days here. The first night they were spraying for bugs at 10:30pm in the room below us, all the lights were on and it was extremely noisy!! Sounded like a construction zone, we never got a strait answer as to why this happened, the second night we had to ask them to turn down the music at the vacant pool at 11pm.. the pool was very nice and the restaurant pretty but average food.

• D.F. (4/5): - Parking is in no way secure. Fence on the front of the parking lot, wide open on the back. Wifi doesn’t work, and the reception staff were not helpful in getting it functional. Restaurant prices, and the price for the room, was too high for what it is. Food was basic and bland, and the room was small and basic. Should have been about 60% of the cost. The two good things were the service from the gentlemen in the restaurant and the AC in the room, which did work very well.

• ANGÉLICA (2/5): UNA EXPERIENCIA DESAGRADABLE - El hotel no tiene las condiciones optimas para una condiciones confortables, los camastros son de cemento se ubican como seis alrededor de la alberca y tiene poco espacio para caminar. El área para estar tiene sillas metálicas pesadas las cuales no cuentan con acojinamiento son pocas. El área donde comienza la playa no tiene un espacio para estar, esto resulta muy incomodo. No hay servicio de toallas en la alberca no puedes sacarlas de la habitación, entonces tienes que llevar tus toallas ........ Permiten a las personas alcoholizarse a fuera de los cuartos en área común con todo el ruido a altas horas de la noche, hasta las tres de la mañana, sin importar los demás huéspedes su descanso. Lo mismo pasa con las de limpieza se ponen a hablar con gritos sin importar el descanso de los huéspedes, uno se entera de cada cosa que bueno. EN GENERAL NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR ME PARECIÓ MALO.

• roadwarrior2992 (6/5): Mexican style resort - If you are expecting an American style resort, this is not the place for you. However if you know what to expect from a typical "Mexican" resort, this is it. Sure there are lizards, and you might even see a tarantula, but the Air conditioning works, the pool is cold, the food is good, its a great location right on the beach and the beds are clean. If you want a Cancun resort . . .just go to Cancun! :)
• moorhen (2/5): Dirty smelly hotel - This was the best looking hotel in Arista but boy are appearances deceiving The room was old grubby and shared a window with the next door room whcih meant there was a gap in the wall - The shower tiles were cracked and there were stains on the wall Postivily the aircon worked and here wherte he humidity is about 90% that was essential The bar staff were rude and unhelpful (unique on our 4 week holiday) and the food came straight from the freezer to the deepfat fryer PA is a filthy litter ridden town hiding behind the most beautiful beaches and palapas serving some of the best food we saw in Mexico Go for the bath warm sea and excellent seafood but avoid this hotel like the plague
• grandsportc3 (6/5): We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Arista - Puerto Arista was the last stop on our Mexico trip. The village seems pretty old as are all the buildings including the Hotel. From all the Hotels in the village, the Arista Bugambilias looked the best, so we decided to stay. We got a better than advertised rate (565 Pesos = US$ 51). We stayed in the 3rd floor. The room was good but the bathroom really showed it's age. However, I did not expect luxury. The room and bathroom were both very clean with no insects. The TV was newer and they had plenty of channels. A/C worked very well but it was a noisy wall unit. The pool was nice and clean except for a few leaves that would be blown into the pool. The beach in front of the Hotel is very beautiful. The waves were high and the current strong.. Not really ideal for swimming but great if you like waves (like I do) or surfing. The water temperature was very nice (mid 80's (Fahrenheit)) and that was in December... The Restaurant was good and clean. The prices of the Restaurant were not cheap but I wouldn't consider them expensive either..
• AnnStew (4/5): Overpriced Seaside Getaway - This hotel was disappointing so was Puerto Arista in general. The rooms were pricey especially since our room had a lizard, bugs and lots of ants. The room was small and the small smelly bathroom made it unpleasant in the hot afternoon/evening hours. The hotel was quiet on Thursday and Friday -- there were very few guests. Saturday and Sundays are more hectic as many people flock in. The small pool gets crowded on those days. The hotel is one of the more pleasant-looking ones in Puerto Arista. The restuarant serves good, but overpriced food too. The service is slow -- it takes an hour or more to get food, regardless of what you order. You can watch the staff sit and chat while you wait to be served. They also never seem to have change for anything (this is a general problem in Chiapas). They claimed their credit card machine was not working when we were there in June/July. We even had trouble getting receipts after paying for everthing with cash (this was a problem we encountered all over Chiapas). Your meals are likely to be interrupted by peddlars selling food. The beach was georgeous though. The waves do pound the shore and high tide greets early-morning swimmers. The sunsets are also quite pretty from the beach.
