It was a Sunday morning and we were all subject to loud preaching by Joel Osteen on the breakfast area TV. A program that is non-religious in nature would have been more appropriate for the diverse group of people that were guests.

• Catherine (9/5): Other than a few small issues we enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again. - Breakfast was just average. Coffee always seemed empty except for decaf. We were there for 7 nights. Accommodations were nice and comfy and clean. The perfumey air freshener was overwhelming. We suffer from allergies and thought it was very strong. Once in the elevator we were able to breathe better. Upper floors were fine.

When I spoke with front desk staff to tell them I wasn’t comfortable with the policy, they said I couldn’t check in without agreeing. The same staff was rude after that conversation.

Was really hoping to rest and unwind at pool. Instead became a very sad ice cube. =(

I didn't like that I had to move from my initial room because there was an ant infestation on the chair in the room. I had clothes on the chair. I took immediate action to request to move. major inconvenience in the aftermath of all of this. Hotel said to call Booking.com and Booking.com said to contact the hotel. Poor customer service.

• Kathryn (8/5): Great stay! Great value! A+ - Very nice and modern. Comfortable and clean. Beds were nice and great pillows! Great value and our kids loved staying there! Fire pit was not functioning, but that was a very small detail in comparison to how nice everything else was.
